Abstract
本发明公开一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,包括防潮层、吸附层、吸水层、致密层、增强层、支撑层、净化层、不透液层组成,所述包括防潮层设置于吸附层顶端与吸附层连接,所述吸附层设置于吸水层顶端与吸水层连接,所述吸水层设置于致密层顶端与致密层连接,所述致密层设置于增强层顶端与增强层连接,所述增强层设置于支撑层顶端与支撑层连接,所述支撑层设置于净化层顶端与净化层连接,所述净化层设置于不透液层顶端与不透液层连接。本发明具有较好的吸附能力,有效的提高了过滤效率,有效的提高了截留率,增加烟气经过滤后的流动性,降低材料的过滤阻力,减少设备的运行能耗;本发明结构简单,使用方便,易制作,易推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有除尘的环保材料结构。
背景技术
随着中国经济进入重化工时代,环境污染越来越严重,尤其是工业排放的PM2.5可吸入微细颗粒物对人健康影响最大,它对人类的呼吸系统、免疫功能、心血管系统和中枢神经系统等造成严重的危害,因此,减少PM2.5微细粒子的排放,对保护环境、保障人们的身心健康至关重要。
通常情况下,常规滤料主要依靠布朗扩散、截留、惯性碰撞、重力沉降等物理机械阻挡作用来过滤空气中的微粒,因此其对粒径较小特别是粒径小于5μm的粒子过滤效果不理想,普通过滤材料为达到较高过滤效率,通常会降低过滤材料中的纤维直径、增加克重或者将织物织得更加紧密,但是材料的过滤阻力却大幅上升,增加了除尘器的设备阻力。
因此,一种具有除尘的环保材料结构亟待研究。
发明内容
为全面实现上述目的,针对现有技术所存在的不足提供了一种具有除尘的环保材料结构。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用以下技术手段:
一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,包括防潮层、吸附层、吸水层、致密层、增强层、支撑层、净化层、不透液层组成,所述包括防潮层设置于吸附层顶端与吸附层连接,所述吸附层设置于吸水层顶端与吸水层连接,所述吸水层设置于致密层顶端与致密层连接,所述致密层设置于增强层顶端与增强层连接,所述增强层设置于支撑层顶端与支撑层连接,所述支撑层设置于净化层顶端与净化层连接,所述净化层设置于不透液层顶端与不透液层连接。
进一步的,所述防潮层由植物材料制作而成。
进一步的,所述吸附层中含有沸石。
进一步的,所述吸水层由高分子吸水树脂材料制成。
进一步的,所述增强层由高性能纤维制造而成。
进一步的,所述支撑层由纤维细度在1-2tex的纤维组成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明具有较好的吸附能力,有效的提高了过滤效率,有效的提高了截留率,增加烟气经过滤后的流动性,降低材料的过滤阻力,减少设备的运行能耗;本发明结构简单,使用方便,易制作,易推广。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,包括防潮层1、吸附层2、吸水层3、致密层4、增强层5、支撑层6、净化层7、不透液层8组成,所述防潮层1由植物材料制作而成,所述包括防潮层1设置于吸附层2顶端与吸附层2连接,所述吸附层2中含有沸石,所述吸附层2设置于吸水层3顶端与吸水层3连接,所述吸水层3由高分子吸水树脂材料制成,所述吸水层3设置于致密层4顶端与致密层4连接,所述致密层4设置于增强层5顶端与增强层5连接,所述增强层5由高性能纤维制造而成,所述增强层5设置于支撑层6顶端与支撑层6连接,所述支撑层6由纤维细度在1-2tex的纤维组成,所述支撑层6设置于净化层7顶端与净化层7连接,所述净化层7设置于不透液层8顶端与不透液层8连接。
本发明为一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,具有较好的吸附能力,有效的提高了过滤效率,有效的提高了截留率,增加烟气经过滤后的流动性,降低材料的过滤阻力,减少设备的运行能耗;本发明结构简单,使用方便,易制作,易推广。

1.一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,其特征在于,包括防潮层(1)、吸附层(2)、吸水层(3)、致密层(4)、增强层(5)、支撑层(6)、净化层(7)、不透液层(8)组成,所述包括防潮层(1)设置于吸附层(2)顶端与吸附层(2)连接,所述吸附层(2)设置于吸水层(3)顶端与吸水层(3)连接,所述吸水层(3)设置于致密层(4)顶端与致密层(4)连接,所述致密层(4)设置于增强层(5)顶端与增强层(5)连接,所述增强层(5)设置于支撑层(6)顶端与支撑层(6)连接,所述支撑层(6)设置于净化层(7)顶端与净化层(7)连接,所述净化层(7)设置于不透液层(8)顶端与不透液层(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,其特征在于,所述防潮层(1)由植物材料制作而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,其特征在于,所述吸附层(2)中含有沸石。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,其特征在于,所述吸水层(3)由高分子吸水树脂材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,其特征在于,所述增强层(5)由高性能纤维制造而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘的环保材料结构,其特征在于,所述支撑层(6)由纤维细度在1-2tex的纤维组成。
