本发明提供一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,包括铸铁框架,铸铁框架内两侧设有弹簧,两侧所述弹簧的底端之间连接有模具安装板,所述模具安装板的两侧焊接有加强辅助板,两个加强辅助板之间焊接有若干组磁路铁芯,本发明提供了一种减少能耗的振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及振动摩擦焊接机技术领域,具体为一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构。
背景技术
振动摩擦焊接是针对热塑性材料不添加辅助焊接材料的焊接机器,焊接方法是一种电能转换成机器能在两个热塑性产品之间产生相对运行,产生摩擦热,使接触面产生高温熔解,然后停止摩擦,在保持压力下冷却后固化成型的焊接方法。振动摩擦的焊接效率高,可适应各种热塑性塑料,在汽车、家电行业应用比较多,在塑料产品焊接连接面,其强度可达到本体材料的强度,与其他焊接相比,振动摩擦不需要添加辅助焊接材料,利用材料特性,焊接面积大功耗低,在异形塑料产品焊接应用越来越广泛。
振动机构是振动摩擦焊接技术的核心部件,在现有技术中,通过输入三相交流电经过电源驱动器对电磁线圈驱动,把电能转化成机器能产生振动,在实际应用中,电磁线圈得电产生磁力,推动模具安装板磁路铁芯,利用弹簧强度复位,振动运行过程中对弹簧、磁路铁芯、模具安装板的安装连接固定要求非常高,在现有技术安装连接都是采用螺栓连接紧固,振动过程中因多级连接会产生共振,消耗功率,降低电源驱动器驱动效率。

解决的技术问题]
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种减少能耗的振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
技术方案]
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,包括铸铁框架,铸铁框架内两侧设有弹簧,两侧所述弹簧的底端之间连接有模具安装板,所述模具安装板的两侧焊接有加强辅助板,两个加强辅助板之间焊接有若干组磁路铁芯。
进一步的,所述磁路铁芯由多层矽钢片叠装,多层所述矽钢片焊接为一整体。
进一步的,所述磁路铁芯设有两组。
进一步的,所述磁路铁芯设有六组。
进一步的,所述弹簧的上下两端分别与铸铁框架与模具安装板螺栓连接。
进一步的,若干组磁路铁芯分布在模具安装板两端。
有益效果]
综上所述,本发明将磁路铁芯与模具安装板焊接形成一个整体,减少了层层传导过程,使振动力直接传导到焊接模具上,有效消除共振异响,增加焊接效率,提高焊接模具下挂高度及重量。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图4对本发明一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构的实施例作进一步说明。
一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,包括铸铁框架10,铸铁框架10内两侧设有弹簧11,两侧所述弹簧11的底端之间连接有模具安装板13,所述模具安装板13的两侧焊接有加强辅助板12,两个加强辅助板12之间焊接有若干组磁路铁芯14,所述磁路铁芯14由多层矽钢片叠装,多层所述矽钢片焊接为一整体。
振动机构工作时,主要由电源变频驱动器,控制两个电磁线圈交替通断电输出高强磁力,与磁路铁芯14形成回路产生振动,弹簧11起到平衡复位作用,传统的连接方式,磁路铁芯14矽钢片叠层组上下平面采用夹板,打孔用螺栓紧固压紧矽钢片,磁路铁芯14与模具安装板13再次采用螺栓连接。由于螺栓连接主要受力点集中在螺栓连接面,振动力由电磁线圈传导到磁路铁芯14上,再由磁路铁芯14传导到模具安装板13,焊接模具安装在模具安装板13上,在层层连接传导过程中螺栓连接点会产生共振异响,影响振动力传送及增加功耗。本发明的磁路铁芯14与模具安装板13采用整体焊接组装工艺,增加加强辅助板12,磁路铁芯14与模具安装板13形成一个整体,减少了层层传导过程,使振动力直接传导到焊接模具上,有效消除共振异响,增加焊接效率,提高焊接模具下挂高度及重量。
本实施例中所述磁路铁芯14设有两组或者六组,具体可根据机器输出功率大小确认磁路铁芯14的组数。
本实施例中所述弹簧11的上下两端分别与铸铁框架10与模具安装板13螺栓15连接,用于连接固定弹簧11。
本实施例中若干组磁路铁芯14分布在模具安装板13两端使得其振动及受力均匀。

1.一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,其特征在于:包括铸铁框架,铸铁框架内两侧设有弹簧,两侧所述弹簧的底端之间连接有模具安装板,所述模具安装板的两侧焊接有加强辅助板,两个加强辅助板之间焊接有若干组磁路铁芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,其特征在于:所述磁路铁芯由多层矽钢片叠装,多层所述矽钢片焊接为一整体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,其特征在于:所述磁路铁芯设有两组。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动机构及驱动装置集成连接结构,其特征在于:所述弹簧的上下两端分别与铸铁框架与模具安装板螺栓连接。
