Background
The existing SIM (Subscriber Identity Modula user identification) card slot design needs to be processed on the SIM card slot after being formed by stamping through a numerical control machine tool, the SIM card slot needs to be positioned before processing, and the tolerance fluctuation of the product after each die is formed is larger.
At present, the industry is traditional that products are classified according to tolerance, each type of tolerance corresponds to one centering jig, centering efficiency is low, and centering jig cost and labor cost are wasted.

Further, one end of the positioning main body corresponding to each guide block is provided with a connecting pin, and a connecting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the connecting pin, of each guide block.
Further, two oilless bushings are arranged on two sides of the positioning main body, and the positioning main body is connected with the numerical control base through the two oilless bushings.
Further, the spring cover plate is located at the lower side of the loose clamp handle and provided with a plurality of limiting pins.

Specifically, the centering clamp 20 includes a positioning main body 21 and centering clamp assemblies disposed on two sides of the positioning main body 21, each centering clamp assembly includes a guide block 22 disposed on one side of the positioning main body 21, a spring cover plate 23 disposed on the outer side of the guide block 22, a plurality of centering blocks 24 disposed in the guide block 22, a plurality of clamp blocks 25 disposed at the lower end of the centering blocks 24, a plurality of connecting rods 26 connected with the clamp blocks 25, springs 231 disposed between the spring cover plate 23 and the clamp blocks 25, and a loose clamp handle 27 disposed on the outer side of the plurality of connecting rods 26, the clamp blocks 25 penetrate through the guide block 22 and extend toward the positioning main body 21, the centering blocks 24 and the clamp blocks 25 are movably connected, the centering blocks 24 penetrate through the guide block 22 and extend toward the positioning main body 21, a plurality of receiving slots 211 are disposed in the middle of the positioning main body 21, the positioning main body 21 and the clamp blocks 25 are disposed at positions corresponding to the clamp blocks 21, and the jacks 212 are disposed in the two centering main body 21 and the corresponding positions of the positioning main body 21.

When the automatic clamping device for separating the SIM card slot is used, the loose clamp handle 27 is opened, the loose clamp handle 27 drives the connecting rod 26 to move backwards, the clamping block 25 is pulled to move backwards, the clamping block 25 drives the separating block 24 to move backwards, products are filled at the moment, the loose clamp handle 27 is closed, the spring 231 drives the separating block 24 to move forwards in the guide block 22, the separating block 24 extrudes two sides of the products 100, the products are separated, the spring 231 drives the clamping block 25, the clamping block 25 moves forwards in the guide block 22, the inclined surface of the clamping block 25 extrudes the frame of the products 100, the products 100 are compressed, the separating clamp 20 is placed in the numerical control base 10 to fix and process side holes of the products 100, the separating clamp 20 is taken out after the processing is completed, the loose clamp handle 27 is opened, the clamping block 25 is retracted, the separating block 24 is taken out, the products 100 are clamped in a plurality of SIM card slots (the products 100) simultaneously, and the processing efficiency of the separating card slot is improved.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the centering block 24 includes a block 241 and two centering protrusions 242 disposed at the same end of the block 241, and the two centering protrusions 242 respectively correspond to one of the centering insertion holes 212.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in order to ensure that the centering block 24 and the clamping block 25 are in contact with the product 100 with a gap difference, a linkage block 251 is provided at a position of the clamping block 25 corresponding to the centering block 24, an assembly groove 243 is provided at a position of the centering block 24 corresponding to the linkage block 251, and the length of the assembly groove 243 is greater than that of the linkage block 251, when the centering block 24 moves, the linkage block 251 moves in the assembly groove 243, the clamping block 25 is stationary, when the centering block 24 is in contact with the product 100, the linkage block 251 abuts against a side wall of the assembly groove 243, and the clamping block 25 moves until the centering block 24 completely centers the product 100, and the clamping block 25 clamps the product 100.

Specifically, in this embodiment, two oil-free bushings 28 are disposed on two sides of the positioning main body 21, the positioning main body 21 is connected with the numerical control base 10 through two oil-free bushings 28, and fine positioning is performed through the bushings, so that positioning accuracy is repeated by ±0.01mm.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic SIM card slot centering and clamping device, and the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that, in the second embodiment, a plurality of limiting pins 271 are disposed on the lower side of the spring cover 23, where the spring cover is located on the lower side of the loose clamping handle 27, so as to limit the downward rotation angle of the loose clamping handle 27 and prevent the spring 231 from being excessively compressed.
