Description

Open channel flow household metering charging control method, device and terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural irrigation, in particular to an open channel flow household metering and charging control method, device and terminal for agricultural water price.
Background
In order to ensure the normal growth of crops and obtain high and stable yield, the crops must be supplied with sufficient water, and the field irrigation is an effective way for supplementing the water required by the crops, wherein the open channel irrigation is one of the field irrigation ways. When the open channel irrigation method is used for irrigating farmlands, irrigation water sources and irrigation lands need to be connected through irrigation channels for connecting irrigation water sources and irrigation lands, so that water quantity drawn from the water sources is conveyed and distributed to all parts of the irrigation lands.
When the open channel is irrigated, the cost required to be paid for irrigation needs to be calculated according to the water quantity used for irrigation. In a traditional method, in order to obtain the total water used for irrigation, an open water intake is arranged on an irrigation channel, and an open channel flow meter is arranged at the water intake. When irrigation is initiated, the open channel flow meter begins to calculate the water flow rate for irrigation use. During irrigation, manual attendance is required, and the water flow of the water consumers is manually recorded. After irrigation is finished, recording the total water flow used for the irrigation, and manually calculating the total cost required to be paid for the irrigation and the water consumption cost of each water user according to the finally obtained total water flow and the water flow of each water user.
In the mode, the open channel flow meter only records the irrigation water flow rate. When multiple users use the system in sequence, the water flow of each user needs to be manually recorded, then the water fee of each price interval is manually calculated according to the water flow of each water user, the total water fee is manually accumulated, and the water fee is collected after the fee is manually calculated. There are cases of manual recording errors, calculation errors, and management personnel cheating. Therefore, the management of open channel irrigation water is disordered, the disputes of artificial water and measuring results are constant, and the working efficiency is low.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method, a device and a terminal for controlling the flow of the open channel, the flow of which is measured and charged by each user for the comprehensive reformation of the current agricultural water price, and the method, the device and the terminal are used for measuring and charging the water consumption of each user in real time so as to solve the problems that the open channel irrigation management work efficiency is low and the manmade water and manual measurement results are disputed continuously in the traditional technology.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a method for controlling metering and charging of channel flow by individual users, where the method includes:
acquiring first management information and first user information, wherein the first user information is user account information input by any user needing irrigation, and the user account information comprises an account ID and an account balance of the user;
when the first management information and the first user information are acquired simultaneously, starting an open channel flow individual metering and charging control system; the simultaneous acquisition here means that after the first management information or the first user information is acquired, another information is acquired within a certain time, and the two information may be input successively, but not simultaneously;
determining a first irrigation water unit price corresponding to a first irrigation water amount according to the first irrigation water amount obtained by the open channel flow household metering and charging control system corresponding to the first moment in the irrigation process, wherein the first irrigation water amount and the first irrigation water unit price are used for calculating the cost to be paid for irrigation at the first moment, and the first moment is any moment in the irrigation process;
and when second user information is detected at a second moment, settling the cost which needs to be paid for the irrigation of the user corresponding to the first user information, wherein the second moment is any moment after the first moment, and the second user is any user except the user who irrigates before the second moment.
And if only the management information or only the user information is input, the control system does not start to work but waits for the input of the other information until the two information are input.
The management information comprises account ID of an administrator and the like, the user information is user account information input by any user needing irrigation, the account information at least comprises the account ID of the user and corresponding account balance, each user has an account and can recharge the account, the user information can be received by means of an IC card, a two-dimensional code, a remote instruction and the like, the user stores value in the account and then uses the account, irrigation can be started when the account balance is larger than zero, equal to zero or smaller than zero, and settlement is carried out when the irrigation is finished.
After irrigation starts, if information of the next user is input, the previous user can automatically settle the fee, the fee is directly deducted from the account balance of the user, and the like, the control system does not need to be shut down, so that the efficiency is improved, and the use is convenient.
Preferably, the method for obtaining the first irrigation water quantity comprises the following steps:
acquiring the irrigation water quantity of a current user in each unit time before a first moment;
and accumulating the irrigation water amount in each unit time to obtain a first irrigation water amount.
The open channel flowmeter acquires water level and flow rate information once every certain time, the unit time is the time of each interval, for example, the open channel flowmeter acquires the water level and flow rate information once every 2s, the unit time is 2s, the water consumption in the unit time can be calculated according to the water level and flow rate information acquired by the open channel flowmeter, the water consumption of current irrigation users in each unit time before the first moment is superposed, and the first irrigation water quantity of the users is acquired.
When each user irrigates, the irrigation time starts from zero, for example, in the irrigation process of a first user, the first time is a certain time in the irrigation process of the first user, after the first user irrigates, when a second user starts irrigation, the irrigation time of the second user starts from zero, but not continuously overlapping at the time after the first user irrigates.
Preferably, the determining a first irrigation water unit price corresponding to the first irrigation water quantity according to the first irrigation water quantity comprises:
determining a price interval of the first irrigation water quantity;
and determining the first irrigation water unit price according to the price interval of the first irrigation water quantity.
The first irrigation water quantity is the sum of the water quantities used by the current irrigation users in the time before the first moment, the water price is usually the step water price, and the water unit price of the water used at the moment can be judged according to the first irrigation water quantity.
Preferably, when the second user information is detected at the second moment, the settlement of the fee to be paid for the irrigation of the user corresponding to the first user information includes:
calculating the cost to be paid in each price interval according to the irrigation water quantity and the irrigation water unit price of each price interval corresponding to the first user information when the user irrigates;
overlapping the cost to be paid in each price interval to obtain the cost to be paid for the irrigation of the user corresponding to the first user information;
and deducting corresponding cost from the account balance according to the cost which needs to be paid by the user for irrigation and corresponds to the first user information.
When a first user irrigates, the system continuously acquires the water volume used by the first user and the unit price of the water volume in each stage along with the irrigation, the cost required to be paid in each price interval can be calculated according to the water volume and the unit price in each price interval of the stepped water price, the cost required to be paid in each price interval is superposed to be the total cost required to be paid by the first user, and when second user information is detected at a second moment, the system deducts the cost of the first user from the account balance according to the total cost.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
when the account balance is smaller than the cost required to be paid by the irrigation of the user, judging whether account information is bound with a pre-stored cost account or not;
when the account information is bound with a pre-stored fee account, continuously settling the fee to be paid by the irrigation of the user from the pre-stored fee account;
and when the account information is not bound with the pre-stored fee account, continuously settling the fee to be paid by the irrigation of the user, and realizing overdraft of the account balance.
When the account balance is less than the fee to be paid by the user for irrigation, namely the account balance of the user is not enough to pay the fee, if the account information is bound with a pre-stored fee account, the insufficient fee can be directly deducted from the pre-stored fee account after the amount in the account balance is deducted; if the account information is not bound with the pre-stored fee account, the fee can be continuously deducted after the amount of money in the account balance is deducted, the amount of the continuous fee deduction is displayed as a negative number in the account balance, namely the fee is owed, the user can recharge before the next irrigation, the recharged amount is larger than the fee, and the account balance is restored to be larger than zero.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
and when the irrigation is finished at the third moment and no user continues to use the irrigation system, inputting third user information and management information, settling the charge of the third user, and closing the open channel flow household metering and charging control system.

In the first case, when the first user is still irrigating, the second user can swipe the card in advance to occupy the space, and after the occupation succeeds, the first user finishes irrigating, and the second user can irrigate. However, if the second user takes the place of the place to leave by swiping the card, and the first user directly swipes the card to settle, the second user cannot realize the diversion of the open channel on site, and at this time, the second user may start to charge, and the first user continues to be irrigated. Yet another consideration is to prevent malicious occupancy by the second user.
In the second case, when the first user applies for settlement by swiping a card, the second user swipes the card to assist the first user in completing the settlement, at the moment, the irrigation fee of the first user is cleared up, and the second user starts irrigation. But the balance of the first user is still remained in the system, and if the first user does not take back, the first user can not realize irrigation by swiping a card to other water meters. Therefore, the first user also needs to swipe the card again to retrieve the balance into the card.

Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an open channel flow household metering and charging control method for agricultural water prices provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining first management information and first user information, wherein the first user information is user account information input by any user needing irrigation, and the user account information comprises an account ID and an account balance of the user.
The input mode of the management information and the user information can be either IC card swiping or two-dimensional code scanning and logging in. The input of the administrator information and the user information is not sequential, and only the input of the two kinds of information is required.
S102: and when the first management information and the first user information are acquired simultaneously, starting an open channel flow individual metering and charging control system.
When both the management letter and the user letter are input, the system starts to work.
S103: determining a first irrigation water unit price corresponding to the first irrigation water amount according to the first irrigation water amount obtained by the open channel flow household metering and charging control system corresponding to the first moment in the irrigation process, wherein the first irrigation water amount and the first irrigation water unit price are used for calculating the cost to be paid for irrigation at the first moment, and the first moment is any moment in the irrigation process.
The method for acquiring the first irrigation water quantity comprises the following steps:
acquiring the irrigation water quantity of a current user in each unit time before a first moment;
and accumulating the irrigation water amount in each unit time to obtain a first irrigation water amount.
Determining a first irrigation water unit price corresponding to a first irrigation water quantity according to the first irrigation water quantity comprises:
determining a price interval of the first irrigation water quantity;
and determining the first irrigation water unit price according to the price interval of the first irrigation water quantity.
The time interval, namely unit time, for the open channel flowmeter to acquire water level and flow rate information can be preset in the system.
S104: and when second user information is detected at a second moment, settling the cost which needs to be paid for the irrigation of the user corresponding to the first user information, wherein the second moment is any moment after the first moment, and the second user is any user except the user who irrigates before the second moment.
When the second user information is detected at the second moment, the settlement of the fee to be paid for the irrigation of the user corresponding to the first user information comprises the following steps:
calculating the cost to be paid in each price interval according to the irrigation water quantity and the irrigation water unit price of each price interval corresponding to the first user information when the user irrigates;
overlapping the cost to be paid in each price interval to obtain the cost to be paid for the irrigation of the user corresponding to the first user information;
and deducting corresponding cost from the account balance according to the cost which needs to be paid by the user for irrigation and corresponds to the first user information.
After a user starts irrigation, the open channel flowmeter continuously acquires water level and flow rate information, the system continuously calculates the water consumption in units, and the calculated water consumption in each unit is accumulated to obtain the total water consumption in the irrigation process of the user.
The total water consumption can be divided into a plurality of intervals, the water quantity in each interval corresponds to different water prices, the water fee of each interval is calculated according to the water quantity and the water prices of the corresponding intervals, and the water fees of each interval are superposed to obtain the total water fee.
Typically, the water price of irrigation water is a stepped water price, e.g., 100m3The water price in the water is 3 yuan/m3,100m3The water price of between 200m3 is 5 yuan/m3200m3 to 260m3There is a price, assuming 8 yuan/m3When calculating the total water cost according to the total water consumption and the water price, firstly, the total water consumption is determined according to the water price interval, for example, the total water consumption is 240m3Then, there is 100m3Has a water price of 3 yuan/m3At 100m of3Has a water value of 5 yuan/m3And also 40m3Has a water price of 8 yuan/m3Then the total water charge is: 100*3+100*5+40*8.
The system can be preset with a formula for judging the water price interval, for example, whether the total water consumption is more than 100m or not is judged firstly3If it is not more than 100m3Directly multiplying the total water consumption by the water price of the first stage, if the total water consumption is more than 100m3Then, the total water consumption is determined to be reduced by 100m3Whether or not the rear is larger than 100m3If it is not more than 100m3Then directly using the total water consumption to subtract 100m3Is multiplied by the water price of the second stage, if greater than 100m3Then, the total water consumption is continuously judged to be subtracted by 100m twice3Whether the latter value is greater than 60m3If not, directly using the total water consumptionSubtract twice by 100m3And multiplying the value by the water price of the third stage, and if the value is larger than the water price of the third stage, continuously judging whether the difference value is larger than the water quantity of the water price of the next stage or not, wherein the total water fee is the sum of the water fees of all stages.
The first mode is that when the first user does not irrigate completely, the second user takes the place of the first user by swiping a card, and within a preset time, the first user swipes the card to settle accounts, so that the first user and the second user can realize on-the-spot handover.
And the second method is that when the first user finishes irrigation, the first user swipes a card to apply settlement, the second user swipes a card to determine that the settlement of the first user is successful, and the first user swipes the card again to retrieve the account balance of the first user.
S105: and when the account balance is less than the cost required to be paid by the irrigation of the user, judging whether the account information is bound with a pre-stored cost account.
S106: and when the account information is bound with a pre-stored fee account, continuously settling the fee to be paid by the irrigation of the user from the pre-stored fee account.
S107: and when the account information is not bound with the pre-stored fee account, continuously settling the fee to be paid by the irrigation of the user, and realizing overdraft of the account balance.
After irrigation is started, if a next user signal is input, the previous user can automatically settle the fee, the fee is directly deducted from the account balance of the user, if the account balance of the user is not enough to pay the fee, whether the account information is bound with a pre-stored fee account is judged, if the account information is bound with the pre-stored fee account, the insufficient fee can be directly deducted from the pre-stored fee account after the amount of money in the account balance is deducted, and the account balance is displayed as zero when the user uses the system next time; if the account information is not bound with the pre-stored fee account, the fee can be continuously deducted after the amount of money in the account balance is deducted, the amount of the continuous fee deduction is displayed as a negative number in the account balance, namely the fee is owed, the charging can be carried out before the next irrigation, when the charged amount of money is larger than the amount of the fee owing, the account balance is recovered to be larger than zero, the charging can be not carried out before the next irrigation, the account balance is continuously displayed as a negative number, but when the fee is owed to exceed a certain amount, the irrigation can be set to be impossible, and the irrigation can be carried out after the charging is needed, so that the amount of the fee is prevented.
S108: and when the irrigation is finished at the third moment and no user continues to use the irrigation system, inputting third user information and management information, settling the charge of the third user, and closing the open channel flow household metering and charging control system.
For example, after the irrigation of the third user is finished, the information of the third user is input again to indicate that the irrigation of the third user is finished, at the moment, the management information needs to be input, the irrigation metering and charging are stopped, and the open channel flow household metering and charging control system is closed. If the third user information is input at the moment and no management information is input, the open channel flow individual metering and charging control system is not closed, and the water flow is counted into the account number of the third user and the water charge corresponding to the water price is deducted.
Or if the second management information is received in the irrigation process and is the same as the first management information, the irrigation of all users is finished, the cost of the irrigation users is automatically settled after the second management information is input, the system is closed, and the irrigation is stopped.
