4) cleaning the lens, wherein the lens after edge grinding is cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning machine by adopting a cleaning agent;
5) secondary curing, namely curing the lens in a curing furnace again to eliminate internal stress and perform surface finishing;
6) plating a blue-proof film, plating a layer of blue-proof film on the surface of the lens to prepare a blue-proof lens main body 1; plating a layer of anti-blue light film on the surface of the lens by adopting an optical vacuum coating machine;
7) and (4) detecting the light transmittance, hardness, yellow index, impact resistance, center thickness and the like of the lens.
