本发明公开了一种运动场专用PVC地板的制造方法,涉及PVC地板技术领域,该地板为六层结构,各层依次为:抗菌层、PVC耐磨层、抗菌层、玻璃纤维加强层、PVC发泡缓冲层和基层组成,所述抗菌层包括钛酸酯偶联剂和聚氯乙烯等,以钛酸酯偶联剂作为改性剂,采用机械搅拌分散的方式对ZnO/Ag进行表面改性处理,反应时间为2h,反应温度为45°。本发明利用钛酸酯偶联剂对ZnO/Ag进行改性处理,并使改性后的抗菌剂与聚氯乙烯充分混合,制备的具有抗菌功能的抗菌层材料,通过采用两层交错的方式将抗菌层结合到地板结构中,使得到的抗菌层可保持自身清洁,防止孩童爬行接触细菌所可能引发的交叉感染,能进一步提高地板的使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC地板技术领域,具体为一种运动场专用PVC地板及制造方法。
背景技术
我国地板主要分为实木地板、强化木地板、实木复合地板、竹木地板和软木地板这五大类,这几种地板都不具有良好的弹性功能,对于羽毛球、乒乓球、排球、网球、篮球等的运动场地不适用,于是出现了PVC塑胶地板,这种地板具有很好的弹性,于是被广泛的应用于运动场地。
而由于比较稚嫩的孩童的抵抗力不够,孩童往往直接是采用坐或者爬的方式与地板进行接触,那现有的PVC地板并不能很好的对孩童起到保护的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有的PVC地板并不能很好的对孩童起到保护的作用的问题,提供一种运动场专用PVC地板及制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种运动场专用PVC地板,该地板为六层结构,各层依次为:抗菌层、PVC耐磨层、抗菌层、玻璃纤维加强层、PVC发泡缓冲层和基层组成,所述抗菌层包括钛酸酯偶联剂和聚氯乙烯等。
优选地,所述一种运动场专用PVC地板的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)以钛酸酯偶联剂作为改性剂,采用机械搅拌分散的方式对ZnO/Ag进行表面改性处理,反应时间为2h,反应温度为45°;
(2)将上述改性后的抗菌剂与聚氯乙烯进行均匀混合后混炼压片得到抗菌层;
(3)将橡胶、树脂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、抗氧剂、抗老化剂、硫磺促进剂、填充剂混合后,经密炼、开炼、压延、硫化、打磨切边后得到PVC耐磨层;
(4)将基材方式涂覆机涂覆工艺一段,经过辊涂涂覆搅拌好的玻璃纤维糊料,将玻璃纤维糊料经过烘箱加热凝胶定型得到加强层;
(5)利用刀涂覆含有发泡剂的PVC糊料,分两段涂覆,各段进入烘箱凝胶,有输送网带牵引得到PVC缓冲层;
(6)将抗菌层、PVC耐磨层、抗菌层、加强层、缓冲池和基层利用加热轮加压贴合装置紧密贴合,待静置冷却。
优选地,所述PVC发泡缓冲层采用“菱形”状纹路处理。
优选地,所述PVC耐磨层的原材料主要为悬浮法通用PVC树脂。
优选地,所述步骤(1)和(2)采用均质机进行搅拌混合。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中的橡胶可以是丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、高苯乙烯橡胶中的一种或多种,填充剂可以为高岭土或碳酸钙。
优选地,所述抗菌层的厚度为0.05-0.2mm。

实施例1
作为优选的一种实施例,一种运动场专用PVC地板的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)以钛酸酯偶联剂作为改性剂,采用机械搅拌分散的方式对ZnO/Ag进行表面改性处理,反应时间为2h,反应温度为45°;
(2)将上述改性后的抗菌剂与聚氯乙烯进行均匀混合后混炼压片得到抗菌层;
(3)将橡胶、树脂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、抗氧剂、抗老化剂、硫磺促进剂、填充剂混合后,经密炼、开炼、压延、硫化、打磨切边后得到PVC耐磨层;
(4)将基材方式涂覆机涂覆工艺一段,经过辊涂涂覆搅拌好的玻璃纤维糊料,将玻璃纤维糊料经过烘箱加热凝胶定型得到加强层;
(5)利用刀涂覆含有发泡剂的PVC糊料,分两段涂覆,各段进入烘箱凝胶,有输送网带牵引得到PVC缓冲层;
(6)将抗菌层、PVC耐磨层、抗菌层、加强层、缓冲池和基层利用加热轮加压贴合装置紧密贴合,待静置冷却。
本实例中,将丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、高苯乙烯橡胶的一种或多种投入密炼机,待回软2min后,投入0.2%氧化锌、0.2%硬脂酸、0.2%抗氧剂、0.2%抗老化剂、0.2%硫磺促进剂,加热到120°,投入高岭土或碳酸钙,然后泄压,将混料排出加入硫磺促进剂待其静置,塑化后利用压延机至所需尺寸,送入鼓式硫化机硫化,再打磨、切边。
该种运动场专用PVC地板通过以ZnSO4和/AgNO3为原料,NH4HCO3,为沉淀剂,采用液相两步沉淀法制备抗菌剂前驱体,将前驱体进行干燥后放入马弗炉中煅烧,得到ZnO/Ag,然后将ZnO/Ag与钛酸酯偶联剂进行研磨,20min后,转移至烧杯中,搅拌20min,超声分散30min,静置,得到改性后的抗菌剂团聚程度大为降低,并在相当长时间保持悬浮稳定性,抗菌剂粒径分布在20~40nm,可较好的发挥抗菌作用。

作为优选的一种实施例,PVC发泡缓冲层采用“菱形”状纹路处理。

该种运动场专用PVC地板通过悬浮法通用PVC树脂价格低廉,在制备过程中节省成本,结合压延机的工艺,使耐磨层使用效果更好。

作为优选的一种实施例,步骤(1)和(2)采用均质机进行搅拌混合。
该种运动场专用PVC地板利用均质机对步骤(1)中的ZnO/Ag和钛酸酯偶联剂与步骤(2)中的混料进行搅拌,对混料可进行超细分散,使其混合的效果更好。
实施例5
作为优选的一种实施例,抗菌层的厚度为0.05-0.2mm。
该种运动场专用PVC地板通过将两层抗菌层结合到地板结构中,使该地板结构的厚度增加0.1-0.4之间,使该地板的厚度在制备后处于4.0-5.5之间,使其保证一定的冲击吸收。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种运动场专用PVC地板的制造方法,其特征在于:包括步骤:
(1)以钛酸酯偶联剂作为改性剂,采用机械搅拌分散的方式对ZnO/Ag进行表面改性处理,反应时间为2h,反应温度为45°;
(2)将上述改性后的抗菌剂与聚氯乙烯进行均匀混合后混炼压片得到抗菌层;
(3)将橡胶、树脂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、抗氧剂、抗老化剂、硫磺促进剂、填充剂混合后,经密炼、开炼、压延、硫化、打磨切边后得到PVC耐磨层;
(4)将基材方式涂覆机涂覆工艺一段,经过辊涂涂覆搅拌好的玻璃纤维糊料,将玻璃纤维糊料经过烘箱加热凝胶定型得到加强层;
(5)利用刀涂覆含有发泡剂的PVC糊料,分两段涂覆,各段进入烘箱凝胶,有输送网带牵引得到PVC缓冲层;
(6)将抗菌层、PVC耐磨层、抗菌层、加强层、缓冲池和基层利用加热轮加压贴合装置紧密贴合,待静置冷却。
