Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of buildings, in particular to an installation method of an end unit of an assembly wall and a wall prepared by the same.
Background
The traditional house building, especially the building with a steel structure and an integrally cast cement structure, can be internally provided with an inner partition wall according to the requirements of specific house purposes, and divides the whole floor into functional rooms one by one. The existing inner partition wall is usually manufactured by adopting light steel keels and gypsum boards for field construction, so that the construction field is messy, construction wastes such as wastes and leftover materials are too much, the partition wall is not suitable for being recycled in a detachable mode, the field labor amount is large, the labor cost is too high, and the construction size precision is low. In order to respond to national policy guidelines on green, environment-friendly, factory-like, rapidity, detachability and material recycling of novel buildings, the novel assembly type partition wall technology is vigorously developed, conventional modulus is set according to building size, the inside and outside integrated functional partition wall is produced and completed in a factory in a large scale mode, and the partition wall is conveyed to a building construction site only by being fixedly installed between an upper floor and a lower floor, and is rapid and simple.
In order to realize the butt joint installation of a T-shaped wall body, namely the forming of a corner of the wall body, a fixing piece is often adopted to fix an end unit and a top wall into a whole, and the fixing piece for fixing usually protrudes out of the wall surface, so that the decoration work such as later-stage wall surface coating is influenced. The fasteners need to be customized and manufactured, and additional processing is required between the end units and the headwall, which increases cost and construction processes.

2) positioning and mounting: arranging the end head unit at a preset position between an upper floor slab and a lower floor slab, and enabling the end head keel to abut against the wall surface of the top head wall to form a T shape;
3) and (3) fixing an expansion screw: using expansion bolts to drive the head wall in the head unit, wherein the expansion bolts penetrate through the head keel and are driven into the head wall;
4) filling and removing materials: reinstalling the thermal insulation material and the wall panel removed in the step 1) into the end head unit.
In one possible design, step 3), at least three expansion bolts are used to fix the headwall and the end keel.
In one possible design, in step 1), the wall panel is a gypsum board, a calcium silicate board, a glass magnesium board, a glass wool board, a ceramic board, a fire-proof board, an acoustic board, a carbon felt board, a cement board, a medium density board, an europa board, a metal board, an inorganic fiber board, a wood-plastic board or a wood board.
One possible design, in step 2), the end keels are metal keels, wood keels or wood-plastic keels.
One possible design, in step 2), the end fossil fragments are U type or C type fossil fragments, including bottom plate and the curb plate of setting in its both sides, the curb plate is fixed with the shingle nail laminating, the bottom plate is fixed with the wall laminating of top wall.
One possible design, step 1), removes insulation within a predetermined distance from the end keel.
In one possible design, a plurality of the expansion bolts are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the end keel.
The application also provides a wall body prepared by the mounting method of the end unit of the assembly wall body, which comprises a T-shaped end unit and a top wall, wherein the end unit comprises a keel framework, wall panels and heat insulation materials; the keel frame comprises splicing keels and end keels, the splicing keels are arranged at two ends of the length direction of the end units, the end keels are fixed on the top wall through expansion bolts, which are vertically driven into the end units, of the top wall, and the expansion bolts penetrate through the end keels.
Compared with the prior art, the installation method and the wall prepared by the method can avoid the problem of inconvenient later decoration caused by using the fixing piece, not only can ensure the strength and the installation convenience of the wall, but also can reduce the production and processing cost.
Furthermore, the installation method and the wall body prepared by the installation method are fixed by at least more than three expansion bolts, so that the connection is firmer.
Further, the mounting method of the invention transports the end unit to the site for disassembly, which is more convenient for transportation and avoids the damage of each part caused by transportation and stacking compared with the method that transports each part of the end unit to the site for assembling the end unit.
Furthermore, the installation method only removes part of the heat insulation materials for later use, does not need to dismantle all the heat insulation materials, only provides nailing space for driving the expansion bolt, and reduces the construction amount.
