It can be understood that when the spool 102 winds the filament 103, the cross section of the filament 103 on the spool 102 forms an inward-curved shape, and the cutting surface of the cutting knife 30 fits the inward-curved surface on the spinning cake 101, so that when the cutting knife 30 moves towards the spinning cake 101, the cutting surface of the cutting knife 30 can contact with the spinning cake 101 at the same time.
