Abstract
The invention provides a stainless steel surface dedusting agent which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: salicylic acid 2.3-7.3%, nitric acid 12.3-14.3%, dessimidine oxidant 1.8-2.8%, lauric acid 5.0-7.1%, and water in balance. The stainless steel surface dedusting agent can completely remove the stainless steel surface oxidation film, and clean the viscous film, black carbide and black impurities during subsequent roughening treatment so as to ensure the binding force of the stainless steel matrix with plastics, glue and paint.

The invention belongs to the technical field of metal treatment, and particularly relates to a stainless steel surface dedusting agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The surface of stainless steel is chemically treated (chemically corroded) to obtain a micro-rough structure on the surface of stainless steel, which changes the hydrophobicity into hydrophilicity to increase the binding force between paint, plastic or glue and the surface of stainless steel.
The surface chemical roughening process is used for improving the adhesion of the metal surface to the anticorrosion, shock-insulation and noise-reduction material.
