本发明涉及一种UV橘皮型混合逆向光油及应用UV逆向光油的印刷品制备方法,本发明提供了UV逆向光油的配比,底油各组分及各组分质量分数为三甲基丙烷三酰基化物10%~20%,环氧丙烯酸酯10%~20%,4,4'‑(1‑甲基亚乙基)二苯酚与(氯甲基)环氧乙烷和2‑丙烯酸酯的聚合物10%~20%,丙烯酸酯1%~10%,氢封端的二甲基硅氧烷和聚硅氧烷与二丙烯酸‑2,2‑双[[(1‑氧代2‑丙烯基)氧代]甲基]‑1,3‑丙二基酯的反应产物1%~10%,颜料和其它辅料,剩余为助剂;还提供了面油配方。本发明印刷工艺步骤简单、易操作,具有橘皮状手感,而且产品美观性更好,并且油墨不容易脱落。

技术领域
本发明属于包装印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种UV橘皮型混合逆向光油。
背景技术
包装印刷是指在包装上印上装饰性花纹、图案或者文字,以此来使产品更有吸引力或更具说明性。包装印刷(package printing),以各种包装材料为主要产品的印刷。
包装印刷通常使用到颜色各异的油墨,通过将油墨印刷在纸板等各种材料的表面形成印刷品。然而,目前的油墨印刷只能在同一印刷品上形成镜面的高亮光效果或哑光的非高亮光效果,美观性不够,不能满足人们需求,并且油墨容易脱落,导致产品美观性不好。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种UV橘皮型混合逆向光油,印刷工艺步骤简单、易操作,具有橘皮状手感,而且产品美观性更好,并且油墨不容易脱落。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种UV橘皮型混合逆向光油,包括面油和底油,所述底油各组分及各组分质量分数为三甲基丙烷三酰基化物10%~20%,环氧丙烯酸酯10%~20%,4,4'-(1-甲基亚乙基)二苯酚与(氯甲基)环氧乙烷和2-丙烯酸酯的聚合物10%~20%,丙烯酸酯1%~10%,氢封端的二甲基硅氧烷和聚硅氧烷与二丙烯酸-2,2-双[[(1-氧代2-丙烯基)氧代]甲基]-1,3-丙二基酯的反应产物1%~10%,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物0.1%~1%,氧代二(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)二-2-丙烯酸酯0.1%~1%,二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦0.1%~0.25%,α,α',α”-1,2,3-三丙基三[ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)羟基]-聚[氧化(甲基-1,2-亚乙基)]0.1%~1%,颜料1%~10%,剩余为助剂;
所述面油各组分及各组分质量分数为光固化聚氨酯树脂为63%~65%、改性环氧丙烯酸树脂15%~25%、乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯8%~12%、(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦(TPO)3%~4%、助剂0.1%~0.2%。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述颜料为二氧化钛、炭黑或有机颜料。
进一步,所述聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物中,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚的占比为3:1。
进一步,所述面油的助剂为对羟基苯甲醚。
本发明的的有益效果是:本发明采用较为特殊的配方,能够具有较佳的附着性能和较好的固化后韧性,配合使用时具有橘皮状的手感,产品美观性更好,并且油墨不容易脱落,稳定性更好,利于长久保持产品美观。

本发明所设计的一种UV橘皮型混合逆向光油,包括面油和底油,所述底油各组分及各组分质量分数为三甲基丙烷三酰基化物10%~20%,环氧丙烯酸酯10%~20%,4,4'-(1-甲基亚乙基)二苯酚与(氯甲基)环氧乙烷和2-丙烯酸酯的聚合物10%~20%,丙烯酸酯1%~10%,氢封端的二甲基硅氧烷和聚硅氧烷与二丙烯酸-2,2-双[[(1-氧代2-丙烯基)氧代]甲基]-1,3-丙二基酯的反应产物1%~10%,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物0.1%~1%,氧代二(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)二-2-丙烯酸酯0.1%~1%,二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦0.1%~0.25%,α,α',α”-1,2,3-三丙基三[ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)羟基]-聚[氧化(甲基-1,2-亚乙基)]0.1%~1%,颜料1%~10%,剩余为助剂;
所述面油各组分及各组分质量分数为光固化聚氨酯树脂为63%~65%、改性环氧丙烯酸树脂15%~25%、乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯8%~12%、(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦(TPO)3%~4%、助剂0.1%~0.2%。
优选的,所述颜料为二氧化钛、炭黑或有机颜料。白色颜料采用二氧化钛,黑色颜料采用炭黑,红、黄、蓝三原色采用有机颜料。印油的色彩依据上述颜料调配获得。
优选的,所述聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物中,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚的占比为3:1。
优选的,所述面油的助剂为对羟基苯甲醚。
本发明还提供了应用上述UV逆向光油的印刷品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将除颜料外的各原料组分按照配比混合均匀,得到基础光油;
2)向步骤1)的基础光油中添加颜料调色,得到成品光油;
3)将步骤2)得到的成品光油涂刷到需印刷区域,得到印刷半成品;
4)将步骤步骤3)得到的印刷半成品光照固化,得到最终印刷品。
优选的,所述步骤4)中,光照时间为30-80m/min。
优选的,所述步骤4)中,光照的灯管功率大于120w/cm。
优选的,所述步骤4)中,光照固化能量大于60mJ/cm2
实施例1
配方:包括面油和底油
底油:三甲基丙烷三酰基化物10%,环氧丙烯酸酯20%,4,4'-(1-甲基亚乙基)二苯酚与(氯甲基)环氧乙烷和2-丙烯酸酯的聚合物10%,丙烯酸酯10%,氢封端的二甲基硅氧烷和聚硅氧烷与二丙烯酸-2,2-双[[(1-氧代2-丙烯基)氧代]甲基]-1,3-丙二基酯的反应产物1%,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物1%,氧代二(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)二-2-丙烯酸酯1%,二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦0.1%,α,α',α”-1,2,3-三丙基三[ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)羟基]-聚[氧化(甲基-1,2-亚乙基)]1%,二氧化钛10%,剩余为助剂。
面油:光固化聚氨酯树脂为63%、改性环氧丙烯酸树脂25%、乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯8%、(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦(TPO)3.8%、助剂0.2%。
印刷时先印刷底油,在底油固化或未固化时印刷面油,而后光照固化即可完成印刷。
光照固化的光照时间为60m/min,光照的灯管功率大于120w/cm,光照固化能量大于60mJ/cm2
实施例2
配方:
三甲基丙烷三酰基化物20%,环氧丙烯酸酯10%%,4,4'-(1-甲基亚乙基)二苯酚与(氯甲基)环氧乙烷和2-丙烯酸酯的聚合物20%,丙烯酸酯1%%,氢封端的二甲基硅氧烷和聚硅氧烷与二丙烯酸-2,2-双[[(1-氧代2-丙烯基)氧代]甲基]-1,3-丙二基酯的反应产物10%,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物0.1%,氧代二(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)二-2-丙烯酸酯0.1%,二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦0.25%,α,α',α”-1,2,3-三丙基三[ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)羟基]-聚[氧化(甲基-1,2-亚乙基)]0.1%,有机颜料5%,剩余为助剂。
面油:光固化聚氨酯树脂为65%、改性环氧丙烯酸树脂20%、乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯11.9%、(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦(TPO)3%、助剂0.1%。
印刷时先印刷底油,在底油固化或未固化时印刷面油,而后光照固化即可完成印刷。
光照固化的光照时间为60m/min,光照的灯管功率大于120w/cm,光照固化能量大于80mJ/cm2

1.一种UV橘皮型混合逆向光油,其特征在于:包括面油和底油,所述底油各组分及各组分质量分数为三甲基丙烷三酰基化物10%~20%,环氧丙烯酸酯10%~20%,4,4'-(1-甲基亚乙基)二苯酚与(氯甲基)环氧乙烷和2-丙烯酸酯的聚合物10%~20%,丙烯酸酯1%~10%,氢封端的二甲基硅氧烷和聚硅氧烷与二丙烯酸-2,2-双[[(1-氧代2-丙烯基)氧代]甲基]-1,3-丙二基酯的反应产物1%~10%,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物0.1%~1%,氧代二(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)二-2-丙烯酸酯0.1%~1%,二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦0.1%~0.25%,α,α',α”-1,2,3-三丙基三[ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)羟基]-聚[氧化(甲基-1,2-亚乙基)]0.1%~1%,颜料1%~10%,剩余为助剂;

3.根据权利要求1所述一种UV橘皮型混合逆向光油,其特征在于:所述底油中聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚混合物中,聚α-氢-ω-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧]-(氧-1,2-二乙基)和2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇醚的占比为3:1。
