Abstract
The invention discloses a dye for gold stamping processing of the surface of a glass bottle and a preparation process thereof, wherein the dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 60 percent of organic nano color paste, 5 to 15 percent of dispersant, 5 to 15 percent of color fixing agent, 6 to 10 percent of defoaming agent, 5 to 15 percent of wetting agent and 10 to 14 percent of curing agent; the organic nano color paste comprises 50-60% of organic pigment powder, 5-15% of powder modifier, 20-40% of wetting agent and 5-15% of dispersing agent; the color of the organic pigment powder is three, namely magenta, yellow and cyan; the average particle size of the organic pigment is between 100nm and 200nm, and the peak value of the particle size of the organic pigment powder is 150 nm. The dye is suitable for coating for gold stamping processing treatment on the surface of a glass bottle, has the advantages of no color change at high temperature, easy dissolution, good solvent resistance and the like, and can not cause the problem that gold stamping patterns are easy to fade in the gold stamping processing and using processes of the glass bottle.

s2, respectively adding a certain amount of three organic pigment powders, a certain amount of powder modifier, a certain amount of wetting agent and a certain amount of dispersing agent into three stirring mixers to stir and mix uniformly, wherein the organic pigment powder in each stirring mixer is single-color, so as to obtain organic nanometer color paste with three colors;
and S3, respectively adding a certain amount of three organic nano color pastes, a dispersant, a color fixing agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a curing agent into the three stirring and mixing machines, and uniformly stirring and mixing, wherein the organic nano color paste in each stirring and mixing machine is single-color, so that the dyes with three colors are obtained.
