When the sub-space 25 for storing the mattress receives the second piled mattress, the mattress storage conveyer belt 24 starts to work, and moves to one side far away from the conveyer assembly for storing the second piled mattress, and so on, when the first sensor detects that the mattress is present, the sub-space 25 is used for indicating that enough mattresses are stored, and at the moment, other sub-spaces 25 need to be replaced for storing the mattresses.
According to the invention, through the mutual cooperation of the conveying assembly, the storage assembly, the transferring assembly and the reversing conveying assembly, the mattress conveyed on the conveying assembly is automatically transferred to the storage assembly for storage without manual operation, so that the manual labor is greatly reduced, the space required by using a forklift for transferring is avoided, and the occupied area of the whole production line is reduced.
