Claims (10)
1. The vehicle-mounted air purifier with the fixing function and the long service life is characterized by comprising a main body (1), a protection mechanism and a plurality of supporting mechanisms, wherein the main body (1) is provided with a plurality of keys (2) and a plurality of indicating lamps (3), the main body (1) is internally provided with a PLC, the keys (2) and the indicating lamps (3) are electrically connected with the PLC, and the supporting mechanisms are circumferentially and uniformly distributed below the main body (1);
the supporting mechanism comprises a sucker (4), a fixed pipe (5), a sealing plate (6), a connecting rod (7), a driving assembly, a fastening ring (8) and two fastening assemblies, wherein the sucker (4) is fixed below the main body (1) through the fixed pipe (5), the driving assembly, the connecting rod (7) and the sealing plate (6) are arranged in the fixed pipe (5) from top to bottom, the periphery of the sealing plate (6) is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the fixed pipe (5), the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the connecting rod (7), the fastening ring (8) is sleeved on the upper portion of the sucker (4), the two fastening assemblies are respectively positioned on two sides of the fixed pipe (5), each fastening assembly comprises a bar-shaped opening, a connecting frame (9), a fastening pipe (10), a sliding rod (11), a first magnet (12) and a second magnet (13), and the bar-shaped opening is arranged on the fixed pipe (5), one end of the connecting frame (9) is connected with the driving assembly, the other end of the connecting frame (9) is connected with the fastening pipe (10), the first magnet (12) is fixed at the bottom in the fastening pipe (10), the second magnet (13) is arranged in the fastening pipe (10), the magnetism of the first magnet (12) and the magnetism of the second magnet (13) repel each other, and the second magnet (13) is fixedly connected with the fastening ring (8) through a sliding ring;
the protection mechanism comprises a rotating assembly, a support (14), a first baffle plate (15), an extension assembly and two second baffle plates (16), wherein the rotating assembly is arranged above the main body (1), the rotating assembly is in transmission connection with one end of the support (14), the other end of the support (14) is fixedly connected with the first baffle plate (15), the extension assembly is arranged on one side, close to the main body (1), of the first baffle plate (15), the extension assembly is positioned between the two second baffle plates (16), the extension assembly comprises a first motor (17), a driving rod (18) and two driven rods (19), the first motor (17) is fixed on the first baffle plate (15), the first motor (17) is electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller), the first motor (17) is in transmission connection with the center of the driving rod (18), two ends of the driving rod (18) are hinged with the second baffle plates (16) through the two driven rods (19) respectively, and sliding units are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the second baffle (16).

The long-life car air cleaner with fixing function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the drive assembly comprises a second motor (20), a support unit and two drive units, the second motor (20) is fixed in the fixed pipe (5), the driving unit comprises a gear (21), a convex shaft (22) and a driving frame (23), the two gears (21) are mutually meshed, the second motor (20) is in transmission connection with one gear (21), the other gear (21) is connected with the supporting unit, the convex shafts (22) are positioned at two sides of the driving frames (23), and in the two driving frames (23), one of the driving frames (23) is fixedly connected with the connecting frame (9), the other driving frame (23) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (7), and the two convex shafts (22) are respectively fixed at the lowest position and the highest position of the two gears (21).

The stationary long-life vehicle air cleaner according to claim 2, wherein the supporting unit includes a stationary shaft (24) and two protruding plates (25), the stationary shaft (24) is fixed in the stationary pipe (5), the two protruding plates (25) respectively abut against both sides of the gear (21), the protruding plates (25) are fixed on the stationary shaft (24), and the gear (21) is fitted over the stationary shaft (24).

The vehicle-mounted air purifier with fixing function and long service life according to claim 2, wherein two ends of the driving frame (23) are provided with first sliding rings (26), inner walls of two sides of the fixing tube (5) are provided with first sliding rails (27), the first sliding rings (26) correspond to the first sliding rails (27) one by one, the first sliding rails (27) are U-shaped, two ends of the first sliding rails (27) are fixed on the inner walls of the fixing tube (5), and the first sliding rings (26) are sleeved on vertical parts of the first sliding rails (27).
5. The long-life vehicle air purifier with fixing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing ring (28) is provided in the fastening tube (10), and the fixing ring (28) is sleeved on the sliding rod (11).
6. The stationary long-life vehicle air cleaner according to claim 1, wherein a spring (29) is provided between the first magnet (12) and the second magnet (13), and the spring (29) is in a compressed state.

The vehicle-mounted air purifier with the fixing function and the long service life as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a third motor (30), a rotating block (31), a fixing block (32) and two rollers (33), the third motor (30) is electrically connected with the PLC, the fixing block (32) is fixed at the center of the upper part of the main body (1), a notch is formed in the upper part of the fixing block (32), the rotating block (31) is arranged in the notch, the rotating block (31) is matched with the notch, the rotating block (31) is in the shape of a conical cylinder, the rotating block (31) and the bracket (14) are respectively fixed below and above the third motor (30), the two rollers (33) are respectively located at two sides of the third motor (30), and the third motor (30) is in transmission connection with the rollers (33).
8. The stationary-function long-life vehicle-mounted air cleaner according to claim 7, wherein an outer diameter of one side of the rotating block (31) adjacent to the third motor (30) is smaller than an outer diameter of the other side of the rotating block (31).

The vehicle-mounted air purifier with fixing function and long service life as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding unit comprises a second sliding ring (34) and a second sliding rail (35), the second sliding rail (35) is U-shaped, the second sliding ring (34) is sleeved on the second sliding rail (35), two ends of the second sliding rail (35) are fixedly connected with the first photovoltaic panel, and the second sliding ring (34) is fixedly connected with the second baffle (16).
10. The long-life vehicle air cleaner with fixing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first baffle (15) and the second baffle (16) are both photovoltaic panels.
