Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型的碳纤维复合材料面板结构,属于保温技术领域,该面板结构包括面板主体,所述的面板主体是由芯材和包裹在芯材外表面的蒙皮所组成,所述的芯材为碳纤维夹层结构,所述的蒙皮为碳纤维层合板,所述的碳纤维层合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维夹层结构的外表面上,所述的碳纤维夹层结构为碳纤维管阵列结构;本发明通过碳纤维管阵列结构代替了传统的铝蜂窝夹层结构,减少温度变化对天线面板面形精度的影响,保证了高精度望远镜的观测效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保温技术领域,特别是一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构。
背景技术
面板构成天线的主反射面,主反射面是望远镜系统当中收集天体暗弱辐射的重要部件,其面形精度将直接影响望远镜的集光效率,因此有极高的精度要求。在有利天文观测的极端台址环境下,碳纤维增强复合材料是更为合理及先进的一种材料选择。它的热变形小,比强度高、比模量大,因此在天线主反射面的方案中,单块面板的尺寸可以较大,面板总数少,有利于现场的快速装调。目前,碳纤维材料在实际应用于天线面板时大多都采用的是一种将高精度碳纤维层合板作为蒙皮,铝蜂窝结构作为芯材的夹层结构。但是从仿真和低温试验的结果来看,以铝蜂窝为芯材的面板结构的热稳定性并不能满足天线的精度要求,蜂窝法向较高的热膨胀系数(CTE)仍然会引起面形在温度变化时有细微的改变,但这足以影响高精度望远镜的观测效率。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,公开了一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构,通过碳纤维结构代替传统的铝蜂窝结构,减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度望远镜的观测效率。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构,包括面板主体,其特征在于,所述的面板主体包括由芯材和以及包裹在芯材外表面的蒙皮,所述的蒙皮为粘接在芯材上下表面的上层蒙皮、下层蒙皮;所述的芯材为碳纤维夹层结构,所述的碳纤维夹层结构为碳纤维管阵列结构;所述的蒙皮为碳纤维层合板。碳纤维管阵列结构能够大幅度的提高面板的热稳定性,降低芯材法向的热变形量,降低芯材法向指向对面板热变形误差的影响系数。
进一步,所述的碳纤维层合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维管阵列结构的上下外表面上。
进一步,所述的碳纤维管阵列结构为垂直密布排列,碳纤维管阵列的排列遵循材料属性面内各向同性的原则。本发明中的单根碳纤维管的铺层顺序设计为[±45]S。进一步,所述的面板结构通过模压成型,其具体步骤为:S1、通过模具制成蒙皮;S2、将芯材的下表面通过树脂固化胶粘接到下层蒙皮上;S3、将上层蒙皮通过树脂固化胶粘接到芯材的上表面上。
进一步,本发明设计的结构为天线反射面,主要追求的是接收波的上层蒙皮的平整度,对下层无要求。本发明的上层蒙皮接到芯材上表面后的平整度为小于10μm。
本发明与现有技术的有益效果在于,本发明采用面板主体是由芯材和包裹在芯材外表面的蒙皮,芯材采用的碳纤维夹层结构、蒙皮为碳纤维层合板的结构,代替了传统的铝蜂窝结构,该结构可以减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度望远镜的观测效率;并且本设计还具有结构简单、易于制造和实用高效的优点。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚,明确,以下列举实例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当指出此处所描述的具体实施仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,为本发明一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构的示意图,包括面板主体,该面板主体是由芯材1和包裹在芯材1外表面的蒙皮所组成,所述的芯材1为碳纤维管阵列结构,所述的蒙皮为碳纤维层合板,所述的碳纤维合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维夹层结构的外表面上。如图2所示的碳纤维管阵列结构为垂直密布排列,碳纤维管阵列的排列需遵循材料属性面内各向同性的原则。
如图3所示,图3为制备本发明一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构的模具结构示意图,本发明的面板主体通过图3所示的模具模压成型,其具体步骤为:S1、通过模具制成蒙皮;S2、将芯材1的下表面通过树脂固化胶粘接到下层蒙皮3上;S3、将上层蒙皮2通过树脂固化胶粘接到芯材1的上表面上。上述的上层蒙皮接到芯材上表面后的平整度为小于10μm。本发明通过将芯材采用碳纤维结构,代替了传统的铝蜂窝结构,减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度望远镜的观测效率提高20%以上。天线的观测效率由RUZE公式计算得出:
其中ηS为望远镜的观测效率,ε为上蒙皮的平整度,λ为波长。
采用低膨胀的碳管阵列结构能够大幅度的提高面板的热稳定,随着芯材法向的热变形量降低,芯材法向指向对面板热变形误差的影响系数也降低了,因此碳管阵列是高精度碳纤维夹芯结构的合理选择。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构,包括面板主体,其特征在于,所述的面板主体包括由芯材(1)和以及包裹在芯材(1)外表面的蒙皮,所述的蒙皮为粘接在芯材(1)上下表面的上层蒙皮(2)、下层蒙皮(3);所述的芯材(1)为碳纤维夹层结构,所述的碳纤维夹层结构为碳纤维管阵列结构;所述的蒙皮为碳纤维层合板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构,其特征在于,所述的碳纤维层合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维管阵列结构的上下外表面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构,其特征在于,所述的碳纤维管阵列结构为垂直密布排列,碳纤维管阵列的排列遵循材料属性面内各向同性的原则。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构,其特征在于,所述的面板结构通过模压成型,其具体步骤为:S1、通过模具制成蒙皮;S2、将芯材(1)的下表面通过树脂固化胶粘接到下层蒙皮(3)上;S3、将上层蒙皮(2)通过树脂固化胶粘接到芯材(1)的上表面上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型碳纤维复合材料望远镜天线面板结构,其特征在于,所述的上层蒙皮(2)接到芯材(1)上表面后的平整度为小于10μm。
