Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构,包括面板主体,其特征在于:所述的面板主体是由芯材和包裹在芯材外表面的蒙皮所组成,芯材的上下表面各连接有一层蒙皮,所述的芯材为碳纤维夹层结构,所述的蒙皮为碳纤维层合板,所述的碳纤维合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维夹层结构的外表面上。本发明通过碳纤维结构代替了传统的铝蜂窝结构,减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度太赫兹望远镜的观测效率。

Description

一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构
技术领域
本发明专利涉及保温技术领域,特别是一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构。
背景技术
面板构成天线的主反射面,主反射面是望远镜系统当中收集天体暗弱辐射的重要部件,其面形精度将直接影响望远镜的集光效率,因此有极高的精度要求。在有利天文观测的极端台址环境下,碳纤维增强复合材料是更为合理及先进的一种材料选择。它的热变形小,比强度高、比模量大,因此在太赫兹天线主面的方案中,单块面板的尺寸可以较大,面板总数少,有利于现场的快速装调。目前,碳纤维材料在实际应用于天线面板时大多都采用的是一种将高精度碳纤维层合板作为蒙皮,铝蜂窝结构作为芯材的夹层结构,可是在仿真和低温试验的结果看,铝蜂窝芯材的面板结构的热稳定性并不能满足太赫兹天线的精度要求,蜂窝法向较高的热膨胀系数(CTE)仍然会到引起面形在温度变化时有细微的改变,但这足以影响高精度太赫兹望远镜的观测效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过碳纤维结构代替了传统的铝蜂窝结构,减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度太赫兹望远镜的观测效率,而发明了一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构,包括面板主体,其特征在于所述的面板主体是由芯材和包裹在芯材外表面的蒙皮所组成,芯材的上下表面各连接有一层蒙皮,所述的芯材为碳纤维夹层结构,所述的蒙皮为碳纤维层合板,所述的碳纤维合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维夹层结构的外表面上。
进一步:所述的碳纤维夹层结构为碳纤维管阵列结构或碳纤维格栅结构中的一种。
又进一步:所述的面板主体通模具模压成型,其具体步骤为:S1:通过模具制成蒙皮,S2:将芯材的下表面粘接到下层蒙皮上,S1:将上层蒙皮粘接到芯材的上表面上。
又进一步:所述的上层蒙皮接到芯材上表面后的平整度为优于5μm。
再进一步:所述的模具是由支撑板、内圆弧板、外圆弧板以及连接在内圆弧板和外圆弧板两端的两块侧板所组成,所述的内圆弧板、外圆弧板以及两块侧板设置在支撑板上,所述的内圆弧板、外圆弧板和两块侧板围城一个扇形结构。
采用上述结构后本发明通过碳纤维结构代替了传统的铝蜂窝结构,减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度太赫兹望远镜的观测效率;并且本设计还具有结构简单、易于制造和实用高效的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构,包括面板主体,所述的面板主体是由芯材1和包裹在芯材外表面的蒙皮2所组成,芯材1的上下表面各连接有一层蒙皮2,所述的芯材1为碳纤维夹层结构,所述的蒙皮2为碳纤维层合板,所述的碳纤维合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维夹层结构的外表面上。在极端环境下,碳纤维结构法向的CTE参数至少小于2×10-6/K,所以为了保证面板的面形精度,本设计采用全碳材料的面板结构,芯材和蒙皮都采用碳纤维材料制成,通过碳纤维结构代替了传统的铝蜂窝结构,减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度太赫兹望远镜的观测效率。
上述的碳纤维夹层结构为碳纤维管阵列结构或碳纤维格栅结构中的一种。
上述的面板主体通模具模压成型,其具体步骤为:S1:通过模具制成蒙皮,S2:将芯材的下表面粘接到下层蒙皮上,S1:将上层蒙皮粘接到芯材的上表面上。
上述的上层蒙皮接到芯材上表面后的平整度为优于5μm。
如图2所示的模具是由支撑板3、内圆弧板4、外圆弧板5以及连接在内圆弧板和外圆弧板两端的两块侧板6所组成,所述的内圆弧板4、外圆弧板5以及两块侧板6设置在支撑板3上,所述的内圆弧板4、外圆弧板5和两块侧板6围城一个扇形结构。
综上所述本发明通过碳纤维结构代替了传统的铝蜂窝结构,减少温度变化对芯材面形精度的影响,保证了高精度太赫兹望远镜的观测效率;并且本设计还具有结构简单、易于制造和实用高效的优点。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构,包括面板主体,其特征在于:所述的面板主体是由芯材和包裹在芯材外表面的蒙皮所组成,芯材的上下表面各连接有一层蒙皮,所述的芯材为碳纤维夹层结构,所述的蒙皮为碳纤维层合板,所述的碳纤维合板通过树脂固化胶结连接在碳纤维夹层结构的外表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构,其特征在于:所述的碳纤维夹层结构为碳纤维管阵列结构或碳纤维格栅结构中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构,其特征在于:所述的面板主体通模具模压成型,其具体步骤为:S1:通过模具制成蒙皮,S2:将芯材的下表面粘接到下层蒙皮上,S1:将上层蒙皮粘接到芯材的上表面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型的太赫兹碳纤维复合材料面板结构,其特征在于:所述的上层蒙皮接到芯材上表面后的平整度为优于5μm。
