The invention discloses a device for grinding ultrathin metal sheets, which comprises a base, a supporting block, a driving motor, a rotating shaft, a supporting frame, a slideway and a grinding device, wherein the supporting block is fixed at one end of the base; the slideway is fixed above the rotating shaft and is horizontally arranged; the polishing device is arranged at the lower part of the slideway and can move on the slideway; the polishing device comprises abrasive paper, a fixing plate, a sliding block, a pressing piece and a bolt, wherein two ends of the abrasive paper are fixed on one side of the fixing plate through the pressing piece and the bolt, so that the abrasive paper is in a tightened state; the opposite side of fixed plate is fixed with the sliding block, and the sliding block card is in the recess of slide, makes the sliding block remove in the recess. The grinding efficiency is high while the labor intensity of workers can be reduced, and the roughness of the surface of the ground rubber roller is effectively guaranteed.

the polishing device comprises abrasive paper 2, a fixing plate 1, a sliding block 5, a pressing sheet 3 and a bolt 4, wherein two ends of the abrasive paper 2 are fixed on one side of the fixing plate 1 through the pressing sheet 3 and the bolt 4, so that the abrasive paper 2 is in a tightened state; the opposite side of fixed plate 1 is fixed with sliding block 5, and sliding block 5 card makes sliding block 5 remove in the recess at slide 8 in the recess.

the polishing device comprises abrasive paper (2), a fixing plate (1), a sliding block (5), a pressing sheet (3) and a bolt (4), wherein two ends of the abrasive paper (2) are fixed on one side of the fixing plate (1) through the pressing sheet (3) and the bolt (4), so that the abrasive paper (2) is in a tightened state; the other side of fixed plate (1) is fixed with sliding block (5), and sliding block (5) card is in the recess of slide (8), makes sliding block (5) can remove in the recess.
