Description

Formaldehyde scavenging agent, preparation method and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air purification, relates to a formaldehyde scavenger, also relates to a preparation method of the formaldehyde scavenger, and also relates to a use method of the formaldehyde scavenger.
Background
Formaldehyde is one of the most serious indoor organic gas pollutants and has very high toxicity, and a report published by international research center for cancer (IARC) of world health organization 6 months 2004 indicates that high-concentration formaldehyde can cause ear-nose-throat cancer and other body diseases.
Nowadays, people are more and more common in decoration of offices, meeting rooms, living rooms and the like, and the requirement on the air tightness of the space is higher and higher, so that the exchange of indoor air and outdoor air is less and less. The national health, construction and environmental protection departments find out that the indoor decorative materials are randomly checked: the material with polluted gas accounts for about 68 percent, and the decorative materials can volatilize more than 300 volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde, dichloroethylene, benzene, xylene and the like in the using process, and once the decorative materials enter the indoor air and are absorbed by human bodies, various health diseases can be caused. According to the data provided by the academy of Chinese preventive medicine, people spend more than 2/3 time indoors in a lifetime, especially infants, children, teenagers, the elderly, the disabled, so that the indoor environmental pollution has the most direct harm to the human health and the harm degree is larger. Due to the harmfulness and universality of indoor air pollution, experts think that modern people are in the third pollution period marked by indoor air pollution after soot type pollution and photochemical smog type pollution, and the prevention and treatment of organic gas pollution in indoor air become an environmental problem which cannot be ignored.
Indoor formaldehyde mainly comes from formaldehyde pollution liberated from artificial boards, decoration materials and textiles; the formaldehyde is used as a chemical raw material and can be used for synthesizing various adhesives, coatings or textile assistants. Various chemical products synthesized by taking formaldehyde as a raw material, such as artificial boards such as plywood and particle board used in decoration, decoration materials such as wallpaper, wall cloth and paint, or textiles and the like, can have residual formaldehyde free in use. At present, in the formaldehyde remover products on the market, residual formaldehyde is usually removed according to a physical adsorption or chemical adsorption treatment mode, but the formaldehyde remover products have technical defects.
In conclusion, how to improve the defects of the formaldehyde remover in the existing market and develop a high-efficiency and environment-friendly formaldehyde remover is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
