The embodiment provides an environment-friendly coating with functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of alkyd resin, 17 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 12 parts of nano attapulgite, 12 parts of nano kaolinite, 10 parts of diatomite, 4 parts of lithium silicate, 8 parts of polyamide resin, 0.5 part of mineral oil defoamer, 1.2 parts of nano titanium oxide, 8 parts of gas-purifying bactericidal powder, 0.8 part of organic bentonite, 0.1 part of polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersant, 0.2 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 4 parts of coconut oil and 55 parts of deionized water; the air purifying and sterilizing powder is prepared by crushing and mixing dry wormwood, cape jasmine, lemon eucalyptus leaves, apple eucalyptus leaves and lemon grass in a mass ratio of 3:1:1:2: 1.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the environment-friendly coating comprises the following steps:
a. firstly, grinding diatomite, lithium silicate and organic bentonite into fine powder, and then uniformly mixing the fine powder with nano attapulgite, nano kaolinite, nano titanium oxide and gas purification sterilization powder to prepare mixed powder;
b. mixing alkyd resin, polyacrylate emulsion and polyamide resin, stirring for 30min at the stirring speed of 300r/min, adding a polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersing agent, a mineral oil defoaming agent, carboxymethyl cellulose, coconut oil, deionized water and the mixed powder prepared in the step a, and stirring for 8h at the stirring speed of 1000r/min to obtain the environment-friendly paint with the functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification.
Example four
The embodiment provides an environment-friendly coating with functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 57 parts of alkyd resin, 19 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 11 parts of nano-attapulgite, 13 parts of nano-kaolinite, 9 parts of diatomite, 5 parts of lithium silicate, 6 parts of polyamide resin, 0.6 part of mineral oil defoamer, 1.0 part of nano-titanium oxide, 9 parts of gas-purifying bactericidal powder, 0.6 part of organic bentonite, 0.1 part of polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersant, 0.2 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 5 parts of coconut oil and 50 parts of deionized water; the air purifying and sterilizing powder is prepared by crushing and mixing dry wormwood, cape jasmine, lemon eucalyptus leaves, apple eucalyptus leaves and lemon grass in a mass ratio of 3:1:1:2: 1.

The embodiment provides an environment-friendly coating with functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of alkyd resin, 17 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 10 parts of nano attapulgite, 12 parts of nano kaolinite, 8 parts of diatomite, 4 parts of lithium silicate, 5 parts of polyamide resin, 0.5 part of mineral oil defoamer, 0.8 part of nano titanium oxide, 8 parts of gas-purifying bactericidal powder, 0.5 part of organic bentonite, 0.1 part of polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersant, 0.1 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 4 parts of coconut oil and 45 parts of deionized water; the air purifying and sterilizing powder is prepared by crushing and mixing dry wormwood, cape jasmine, lemon eucalyptus leaves, apple eucalyptus leaves and lemon grass in a mass ratio of 3:1:1:2: 1.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the environment-friendly coating comprises the following steps:

The raw material components in the above examples are all commercially available.
And (3) performance testing:
1. the environment-friendly coatings with the functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification prepared in the first to fifth embodiments are respectively coated on a wall, the dosage of the coatings is controlled to be the same as the surface area of the wall coated with the five coatings, the phenomenon of the coatings in the using process is observed and recorded, and the results are shown in table 1:

As shown in Table 1, the environment-friendly coatings prepared in the first to fifth examples have excellent adhesion performance, high bonding strength, excellent service performance and air freshening effect.
2. The water resistance, impact strength, adhesion level and drying time of the environment-friendly coatings of the first to fifth examples are tested by the existing testing method, and the results are shown in Table 2:

As shown in Table 2, the environmental protection coatings prepared in the first to fifth examples have excellent adhesion and impact strength, good water resistance and quick curing.
3. And (3) sterilization test: the antibacterial rate of the products of the first embodiment and the fifth embodiment is tested according to the method in GB/T2591-2003, and the calculation formula of the antibacterial rate is as follows: q ═ X1-X2/X1 × 100%, where: x1 is the average number of recovered bacteria of the blank control sample, and X2 is the average number of recovered bacteria of the paint sample; coli and aspergillus niger were selected for testing, and the results are shown in table 3:

As can be seen from table 3, the present application has excellent antifungal and bactericidal properties.
Finally, the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, and all of them should be covered in the claims of the present invention.

An environment-friendly coating with sterilization, mould prevention and air purification functions is characterized in that: the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-60 parts of alkyd resin, 17-20 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 10-12 parts of nano attapulgite, 12-15 parts of nano kaolinite, 8-10 parts of diatomite, 4-6 parts of lithium silicate, 5-8 parts of polyamide resin, 0.5-0.8 part of mineral oil defoamer, 0.8-1.2 parts of nano titanium oxide, 8-10 parts of net gas sterilization powder, 0.5-0.8 part of organic bentonite, 0.1-0.2 part of polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersant, 0.1-0.2 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 4-6 parts of coconut oil and 45-55 parts of deionized water;
the air purifying and sterilizing powder is prepared by crushing and mixing dry wormwood, cape jasmine, lemon eucalyptus leaves, apple eucalyptus leaves and lemon grass in a mass ratio of 3:1:1:2: 1.

The environment-friendly paint with functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 57 parts of alkyd resin, 19 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 11 parts of nano-attapulgite, 13 parts of nano-kaolinite, 9 parts of diatomite, 5 parts of lithium silicate, 6 parts of polyamide resin, 0.6 part of mineral oil defoamer, 1.0 part of nano-titanium oxide, 9 parts of gas-purifying bactericidal powder, 0.6 part of organic bentonite, 0.1 part of polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersant, 0.2 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 5 parts of coconut oil and 50 parts of deionized water.
3. The environment-friendly paint with functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that:
the preparation method of the environment-friendly coating comprises the following steps:
a. firstly, grinding diatomite, lithium silicate and organic bentonite into fine powder, and then uniformly mixing the fine powder with nano attapulgite, nano kaolinite, nano titanium oxide and gas purification sterilization powder to prepare mixed powder;
b. mixing alkyd resin, polyacrylate emulsion and polyamide resin, stirring at a stirring speed of 300r/min for at least 30min, adding a polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersing agent, a mineral oil defoaming agent, carboxymethyl cellulose, coconut oil, deionized water and the mixed powder prepared in the step a, and stirring at a stirring speed of 1000r/min for 8h to obtain the environment-friendly paint with the functions of sterilization, mildew prevention and air purification.
