Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of washing and caring articles, and particularly relates to a washing and caring product containing a novel surfactant and a process.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to their appearance, and a plurality of hairdressing and beauty industries are developed vigorously. For example, the hair brush has dry, clean, black and dense hair, not only represents the health of a person, but also can brighten and brighten the mental appearance of people. However, the pursuit of beauty is diversified, and many people still choose to adopt ways of dyeing hair, perming hair and the like to show different styles.
The traditional hair dyeing and perming method adopts the method that the hair scales on the surface layer of the hair are damaged under the condition of normal temperature or high temperature, so that the hair is dried and loses elasticity and softness. In addition, during the perming process, lipid oxidation of scalp skin can be caused, thus leading to scalp skin aging, skin pruritus, dandruff generation and the like. For example, chinese patent publication CN105232404A describes the following contents, which explains how the hair waving and dyeing process is harmful to the hair quality: ammonium sulfonium acid (alkaline) in the special hair perming liquid enters a cortex layer through hair scales on the surface layer of hair to change the protein chain structure of the hair to form curly hair, and the hair perming is generally to firstly use reductive chemical liquid to disassemble a small spring of cystine so that the sulfur dredging bridge bond of the cystine is disconnected to form two cysteines. At this time, the amino acid chain of the hair is loosened and distributed with the person, and the hair is coiled into a certain waveform. Then smearing fixing agent to make the cysteine which breaks the small spring combine in pairs to form new spring to fix the hair style. During the perming process, the scales on the surface layer of the hair can be damaged due to the alkaline components and oxidation in the liquid medicine. The internal structure of the hair is left unprotected, so that the internal water and nutrient contents are lost, the hair, the scalp and the hair follicle are harmed, more or less keratin of the hair is denatured, and the hair is easy to yellow and crisp, has no luster and has no elasticity.
The hair dyeing is that the scales on the surface layer of the hair are opened by the alkaline components in the dye cream (the scales on the hair are opened by alkali), the artificial pigment enters the cortex of the hair and is combined with one part of the natural pigment to form the required color. The Armounia in the hair dye paste has strong destructive effect on hair scales on the hair surface layer during hair dyeing, and scale falling, water loss, roughness, fluffiness, lack of luster and no elasticity of the hair can be caused if the hair is not maintained properly.
In order to solve the technical problems, various washing and caring products are available on the market, such as shampoo specially used for washing hair, hair conditioner used for caring after washing hair, scalp repairing, anti-dandruff and anti-allergy washing and caring products in various shapes and colors, and the washing and caring products mainly adopt anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants and the like as the cleaning effects, and adopt cationic polymers, silicone oil and various additives to realize the conditioning and repairing functions. However, how to select a proper active cleaning agent with a cleaning function and what type of components with a nursing function, how to realize the proportion among the components, so as to obtain the shampoo with the function of repairing damaged hair after permanent dyeing, meet the pursuit of people on healthy, flexible and natural hair, and become one of the technical problems to be solved by washing and caring product manufacturers.

On the basis of the above-mentioned embodiments, the present application continues to describe the technical features and functions of the technical features mentioned therein in detail to help those skilled in the art to fully understand the technical solutions of the present application and reproduce the same.
The cationic surfactant is less than the content of the anionic surfactant in the shampoo, the cationic surfactant is in a state of being solubilized by the anionic surfactant, the shampoo is diluted by water in the process of washing hair, anions in the anionic surfactant and cations in the cationic surfactant are dissociated, so that the charge of the cations is reduced, and flocculation generated by the anions and the cations is separated out of the shampoo. The ratio of the cations to the anions in the invention is 3: 4, which can be effectively matched with the rest silicone oil emulsion and the like to complete the cleaning operation of the hair.
In the invention, the cationic surfactant comprises one of guar gum, polyquaternium-7 and amino acid surfactant, wherein the guar gum can be dissolved in water, can show excellent antistatic performance and conditioning effect after being adsorbed on hair, improves the wet combing performance of the hair, and enables the hair to keep luster, softness and high elasticity for a long time. Mildness is very mild to the skin and eyes and can reduce the irritation of surfactants in the formulated product. The compatibility has good compatibility with anions, zwitterions and surfactants, and can be used in products of various surfactants. The deposition of the particles is increased, and the particles have carrying and synergistic effects with high-molecular silicone oil and an antidandruff agent when used in a formula, and the fullness degree and stability of foam are improved.
The polyquaternium-7 can be dissolved in water, and is safe, non-toxic and good in hydrolytic stability. When the substances are applied to shampoo products, the repairability and the manageability of hair can be greatly improved, the hair can be promoted to be smooth and easy to comb after being washed, the hair can be ensured to have good moisture and luster, and the shampoo foam can be stabilized.
In the invention, the amino acid surfactant can be mild and skin-friendly, and the amino acid surfactant is preferably a weakly acidic solvent which can be close to the pH value of human skin and can not cause the sensitivity of the human skin. The hair conditioner can promote the hair conditioner to generate flocculation when being applied to the shampoo, so that the conditioner, the silicon oil component, the nutrient component and the like can be quickly adsorbed on the hair, the using amount of the components in the shampoo can be reduced by improving the using efficiency of the components, and a certain cost can be reduced.
In the present invention, the anionic surfactant includes a hydrophilic group and a lipophilic group, which can help to astringe the scales of the hair by using the reducibility of the anion, such as one of sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, and amino acid surfactants described in the present invention.
In the invention, the content of the amphoteric surfactant is between that of an anionic surfactant and that of a cationic surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant contains both anionic hydrophilic groups and cationic hydrophilic groups in the same molecule, has certain bactericidal performance, good emulsifying performance and good dispersibility, and is a good soft conditioner, for example, dodecyl dimethyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine can be adopted.
In the invention, the sweet wormwood herb extract has an antibacterial effect and can have a strong antibacterial effect on staphylococcus, catacoccus, bacillus anthracis, diphtheria bacillus and the like existing in epidermal cells.
In the invention, carbomer SF-1 is an anionic crosslinked acrylic acid and ester copolymer, and has the performance of promoting the viscosity to keep basic balance in the shampoo so as to ensure the stability of the viscosity of the shampoo at different temperatures. Meanwhile, the addition of the substances can be matched with other substances, so that the product is ensured to have good stability, excellent skin feeling and easy and uniform coating.
Finally, although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description of the present description is for clarity reasons only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can be appropriately combined to form other embodiments that can be understood by those skilled in the art.
