Abstract

一种电动工具及其控制方式,电动工具包括:功能元件(12),用于实现电动工具的功能;电机(13),可操作地与功能元件连接,用于输出动力驱动功能元件工作;电机包括转子、定子和定子绕组;驱动电路(22),与电机电连接,用于驱动电机输出动力;控制器(21),与驱动电路电连接,用于输出控制信号以控制驱动电路;控制器被配置为:根据电机的采样电流,输出跟随转子位置变化的而变化的控制信号来控制驱动电路,以使得电机的输入电压和/或电流呈近似正弦波变化。该电动工具及其控制方法使得电动工具转矩波动小,且重载效率高,动态响应好。
