and uploading the payment record corresponding to the to-be-paid order information to the block chain to form a historical payment record.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment user can input the payment request, the user identity identification to be paid and the payment subject in the interactive interface of the payment terminal. The tax bureau system server can respond to the payment request sent by the payment terminal to acquire the user identity and the payment subject to be paid so as to determine the order information to be paid, after the information of the order to be paid is determined, the tax bureau system server can send the information of the order to be paid to the payment terminal so that the payment terminal can pay according to the information of the order to be paid, under the condition of receiving the payment success notice, the tax bureau system server can generate the payment record corresponding to the order information to be paid according to the order information to be paid and the payment order mark corresponding to the order information to be paid, and the payment record corresponding to the information of the order to be paid is uploaded to the block chain to form a historical payment record, and synchronizing the historical payment records to each industry system server through a distributed consistency algorithm, thereby finishing the storage of the historical payment records.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the payment user may further input an inquiry time period in the interactive interface of the payment terminal, so that the tax bureau system server may obtain the inquiry time period, and more accurately determine the information of the order to be paid according to the user identity, the payment subject and the inquiry time period.
In the embodiment of the invention, the historical payment record can be uploaded to the block chain only by the tax bureau system server under the condition that any payment order is determined to be in a successful payment state, so that the authenticity and the validity of the information stored on the block chain are ensured.
The specific method for determining the information of the order to be paid according to the user identity and the payment subject can comprise the following steps:
sending an unpaid order inquiry request corresponding to the user identity identification to an industry system server corresponding to the payment subject so that the industry system server can respond to the unpaid order inquiry request and inquire the information of the order to be paid corresponding to the user identity identification;
and receiving the information of the order to be paid fed back by the industry system server.
In other embodiments of the present invention, before acquiring the payment record query request corresponding to the payment order identifier to be queried, the information query method may further include:
responding to the order change request, and acquiring the order mark to be changed and the order information to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed;
inquiring a historical payment record to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed in the historical payment records stored in the block chain;
updating the historical payment record to be changed according to the order information to be changed to obtain the updated payment record;
and uploading the updated payment record to a block chain to form a historical payment record.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, under any condition that the order state of the payment order is changed, the tax authority system server may obtain the order change request, and the order change request may be sent to the tax authority system server after the industry system server detects the order state change condition, or may be obtained after the tax authority system server detects the order state change condition, which is not limited herein. The tax bureau system server can respond to the obtained order change request, obtain the order mark to be changed and the order information to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed, inquire the historical payment record to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed in the historical payment record stored in the block chain, update the historical payment record to be changed according to the order information to be changed, obtain the updated payment record, then upload the updated payment record to the block chain, form the historical payment record, and synchronize the historical payment record to each industry system server through a distributed consistency algorithm, thereby completing the storage of the historical payment record.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the historical payment record is provided with the order state, the order state is recorded from the payment success state to the record invalidation state, and only the tax bureau system server can have the right to upload the historical payment record.
Moreover, the historical payment records uploaded to the block chain are all real information and cannot be tampered, real-time data sharing can be achieved through an efficient distributed consistency algorithm and a transaction gateway design, high synchronization of information between the tax bureau system server and each industry system server is guaranteed, the distributed consistency algorithm can guarantee stable work under the condition that certain malicious nodes exist, the possibility that any party modifies information can be eliminated, and stable work in an untrusted network can be achieved.
In some embodiments of the invention, in order to shield details of the underlying layer blockchain Service, the tax administration system server may upload payment records to the blockchain through a blockchain Service middleware, that is, a Web-Service, which can reduce development, operation and maintenance costs to a great extent, greatly enhance the support capability for different distributed account book technology platforms, and can switch different underlying layers more flexibly to achieve compatibility.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an information query method according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the information query method may be applied to a target server, that is, the industry system server 102 and/or the tax authority system server 103 shown in fig. 1, where the information query method may further include:
s330, under the condition that the order state of the target historical payment record comprises a warehousing success state and does not comprise a record invalidation state, acquiring a payment voucher application request corresponding to a payment order identifier;
s340, responding to the payment voucher application request, and acquiring a payment voucher image of the payment order mark.
Since the tax administration will only issue the payment voucher to the payment user in the status of the account warehousing, after step S320, the target server will obtain the payment voucher application request corresponding to the payment order identifier only when the order status of the target historical payment record includes the warehousing success status and does not include the record revocation status.
In step S330 of some embodiments of the present invention, the target server may obtain a payment credential application request corresponding to the payment order identifier sent by the payment terminal. In step S330 of other embodiments of the present invention, the target server may obtain a request input by a worker on an interactive device in communication with the industry system server.
In step S320 of some embodiments of the present invention, in the case that the target server is a tax administration system server, in response to the request for applying the payment voucher, the target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identifier may be directly queried in the historical payment records stored in the block chain, and payment user information and payment details corresponding to the payment order identifier are determined according to the target historical payment record, so as to generate a payment voucher image with an electronic seal.
In step S320 of another embodiment of the present invention, in case that the target server is an industry system server, the industry system server may further directly forward the payment voucher application request to the tax office system server in response to the payment voucher application request, so that the tax office system server queries a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identifier in the historical payment records stored in the blockchain in response to the payment voucher application request, and determines payment user information and payment details corresponding to the payment order identifier according to the target historical payment record, thereby generating a payment voucher image with an electronic seal.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the target server is an industry system server and the payment certificate application request is a request input by a worker on an interactive device communicated with the industry system server, the industry system server can send the payment certificate image to the interactive device communicated with the industry system server, so that the worker can obtain the electronic payment certificate on line and can compare the electronic payment certificate with the payment certificate provided by a payment user so as to verify the authenticity of the payment certificate provided by the payment user and improve the authenticity verification efficiency of the certificate.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the target server is an industry system server and the payment certificate application request is a request input by a worker on an interactive device communicated with the industry system server, the industry system server can also respond to a certificate verification request input by the worker on the interactive device communicated with the industry system server to obtain a collected image of a certificate to be verified, and determine a verification result of the certificate to be verified according to a comparison result of the collected image and the payment certificate image so as to verify the authenticity of the payment certificate provided by a payment user, thereby improving the authenticity verification efficiency of the certificate.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a process of storing payment records according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the payment record storage process is a payment record storage process in a medical insurance payment scenario. The medical insurance payment system comprises an acceptance terminal, a payment platform system server, a tax bank platform server, a tax social insurance management system server and a tax bureau block chain platform. Specifically, the acceptance terminal is the payment terminal in the above method embodiment, the tax bank platform server is the tax bureau system server in the above method embodiment, and the tax agency premium management system server is the industry system server in the above method embodiment. And the acceptance terminal is provided with a payment platform application program which is provided with an interactive interface for interacting with the payment user.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, a specific method of a payment record storage process in a medical insurance payment scenario may include:
s401, receiving payment inquiry information such as a user identity, a payment subject, an inquiry time period and the like input by a payment user in an interactive interface of a payment platform application program, and receiving a payment request initiated by the user by an acceptance terminal;
s402, the acceptance terminal forwards payment inquiry information and a payment request to a payment platform system server;
s403, the payment platform system server forwards payment inquiry information and a payment request to the tax bank platform server;
s404, the tax bank platform server sends an unpaid order query request corresponding to the user identity and the query time period to the tax social security management system server according to the payment subject;
s405, the tax social security management system server inquires the information of the order to be paid corresponding to the user identity;
s406, the tax social security management system server feeds back the information of the order to be paid to the tax bank platform server;
s407, the tax bank platform server feeds back the information of the order to be paid to the payment platform system server;

Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a fee-based information query process according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the payment information query process is a payment information query process in a medical insurance payment scenario. The medical insurance payment system is the same as the system shown in fig. 6, and is not described herein.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, assuming that the latest order status of the historical payment order corresponding to the payment information to be queried is a warehousing success status, a specific method of the payment information query process in the medical insurance payment scenario may include:
s501, receiving a payment information query request initiated by a payment user in an interactive interface of a payment platform application program by an acceptance terminal, and acquiring a payment order identification to be queried;
s502, the acceptance terminal sends a payment record inquiry request to the payment platform system server;
s503, the payment platform system server forwards a payment record inquiry request to the tax bank platform server;

Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an information query apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the information query device may be applied to the payment terminal 101 shown in fig. 1, where the information query device may include:
a request receiving module 610, configured to obtain a payment information query request;
an identifier obtaining module 620, configured to, in response to the payment information query request, obtain a payment order identifier to be queried;
a request sending module 630, configured to send a payment record query request corresponding to the payment order identifier to the target server, so that the target server queries, in response to the payment record query request, a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identifier from historical payment records stored in the block chain, where the historical payment record is uploaded to the block chain by the tax authority system server;
and the record display module 640 is configured to display the target historical payment record fed back by the target server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment order identification required to be inquired by a payment user can be obtained in response to a received payment information inquiry request, then a payment record inquiry request corresponding to the payment order identification is sent to a target server, so that the target server can inquire a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identification in a historical payment record uploaded by a tax bureau system server and stored in a block chain in response to the payment record inquiry request, and finally the target historical payment record fed back by the target server is displayed, so that the payment user can inquire the payment information in real time, the transparency of a payment service is improved, and in addition, the historical payment record is uploaded to the block chain by the tax bureau system server for storage, and the information security of the historical payment record can also be improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target server can be an industry system server corresponding to a payment subject to which the payment order mark belongs, and the target server can also be a tax bureau system server and can be set according to actual requirements.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the identity acquisition module 620 is further configured to:
responding to a payment information inquiry request, and acquiring a user identity;
determining a historical payment order corresponding to the user identity;
and determining the payment order identification to be inquired according to the payment order identification corresponding to the historical payment order.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in a case that the number of the historical payment orders is multiple, the identifier obtaining module 620 is further configured to:
enabling an order display module to display a plurality of historical payment orders;
and responding to the order selection operation, and taking the payment order identifier corresponding to the target historical payment order selected from the plurality of historical payment orders by the order selection operation as the payment order identifier to be inquired.
In the embodiment of the invention, the historical payment record can be uploaded to the block chain only by the tax bureau system server under the condition that any payment order is determined to be in a successful payment state, so that the authenticity and the validity of the information stored on the block chain are ensured.
The historical payment records uploaded to the block chain by the tax bureau system server and the target historical payment records inquired by the target server can comprise payment order identification, payment user information, payment details and payment order state information, the payment order state information can comprise order states and order state change time, and the order states can comprise payment success states, uploading success states, warehousing success states and record invalidation states.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the case that the number of the target historical payment records is multiple, the record display module 640 is further configured to:
determining a target historical payment record with the latest order state change time in a plurality of target historical payment records fed back by a target server;
and displaying the determined target historical payment record.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the information query apparatus further includes a credential obtaining module configured to:
after the record display module 640 displays the target historical payment record fed back by the target server, under the condition that the order state of the target historical payment record includes a warehousing success state and does not include a record invalidation state, acquiring a payment voucher application request corresponding to a payment order identifier;
sending the payment voucher application request to a target server so that the target server responds to the payment voucher application request and acquires a payment voucher image of a payment order mark;
and displaying the payment voucher image fed back by the target server.
It should be noted that the information query apparatus provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 8 can implement all the steps of the information query method provided in the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 3, and implement the same effect, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an information query apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the information query apparatus may be applied to a target server, that is, the industry system server 102 and/or the tax bureau system server 103 shown in fig. 1, where the industry system server 102 identifies an industry system server corresponding to a payment subject to which a payment order to be queried belongs, where the information query apparatus may include:
a request obtaining module 710, configured to obtain a payment record query request corresponding to a payment order identifier to be queried;
and the record query module 720 is configured to query a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identifier in the historical payment records stored in the block chain in response to the payment record query request, where the historical payment record is uploaded to the block chain by the tax bureau system server.
In the embodiment of the invention, in response to the acquired payment record query request corresponding to the payment order identifier to be queried, a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identifier is queried in the historical payment record uploaded by the tax bureau system server and stored in the block chain, and finally the target historical payment record fed back by the target server is displayed, so that the payment information can be queried in real time, and the transparency of the payment service is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the payment record query request acquired by the request acquiring module 710 may be a request sent by the payment terminal 101 shown in fig. 1, or a request input by a worker on an interactive device in communication with the industry system server 102 shown in fig. 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the historical payment record can be uploaded to the block chain only by the tax bureau system server under the condition that any payment order is determined to be in a successful payment state, so that the authenticity and the validity of the information stored on the block chain are ensured.
The historical payment records uploaded to the block chain by the tax bureau system server and the target historical payment records inquired by the target server can comprise payment order identification, payment user information, payment details and payment order state information, the payment order state information can comprise order states and order state change time, and the order states can comprise payment success states, uploading success states, warehousing success states and record invalidation states.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the information query apparatus may further include a credential determination module configured to:
under the condition that the order state of the target historical payment record comprises a warehousing success state and does not comprise a record invalidation state, acquiring a payment certificate application request corresponding to a payment order identifier;
and responding to the payment voucher application request, and acquiring a payment voucher image of the payment order mark.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the information query apparatus may further include a credential checking module configured to:
responding to the certificate verification request, and acquiring a collected image of the certificate to be verified;
and determining the verification result of the certificate to be verified according to the comparison result of the collected image and the payment certificate image.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the information query apparatus may further include an information upload module configured to:
responding to a payment request sent by a payment terminal, and acquiring a user identity identifier and a payment subject to be paid;

sending an unpaid order inquiry request corresponding to the user identity identification to an industry system server corresponding to the payment subject so that the industry system server can respond to the unpaid order inquiry request and inquire the information of the order to be paid corresponding to the user identity identification;
and receiving the information of the order to be paid fed back by the industry system server.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the information query apparatus may further include an information update module configured to:
responding to the order change request, and acquiring the order mark to be changed and the order information to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed;
inquiring a historical payment record to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed in the historical payment records stored in the block chain;
updating the historical payment record to be changed according to the order information to be changed to obtain the updated payment record;
and uploading the updated payment record to a block chain to form a historical payment record.
It should be noted that the information query apparatus provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 9 can implement all the steps of the information query method provided in the embodiments shown in fig. 4 to 5, and implement the same effect, which is not described herein again.
The information query method and the information query device of the embodiment of the invention can be realized by information query equipment. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing a hardware configuration of an information inquiry apparatus 800 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the information inquiry apparatus 800 includes an input apparatus 801, an input interface 802, a central processor 803, a memory 804, an output interface 805, and an output apparatus 806. The input interface 802, the central processing unit 803, the memory 804, and the output interface 805 are connected to each other via a bus 810, and the input device 801 and the output device 806 are connected to the bus 810 via the input interface 802 and the output interface 805, respectively, and further connected to other components of the information query device 800.
Specifically, the input device 801 receives input information from the outside, and transmits the input information to the central processor 803 through the input interface 802; the central processor 803 processes input information based on computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 804 to generate output information, temporarily or permanently stores the output information in the memory 804, and then transmits the output information to the output device 806 via the output interface 805; the output device 806 outputs the output information to the outside of the information inquiry apparatus 800 for use by the user.
That is, the information inquiry apparatus shown in fig. 10 may also be implemented to include: a memory storing computer-executable instructions; and a processor, which when executing computer-executable instructions, may implement the information query method and apparatus described in embodiments of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium has computer program instructions stored thereon; the computer program instructions realize the information query method provided by the embodiment of the invention when being executed by a processor.
The functional blocks shown in the above structural block diagrams may be implemented as hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. When implemented in hardware, it may be, for example, an electronic circuit, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), suitable firmware, plug-in, function card, or the like. When implemented in software, the elements of the invention are the programs or code segments used to perform the required tasks. The program or code segments may be stored in a machine-readable medium or transmitted by a data signal carried in a carrier wave over a transmission medium or a communication link. Claims (17)

1. An information query method, comprising:
receiving a payment information inquiry request;
responding to the payment information inquiry request, and acquiring a payment order identification to be inquired;
sending a payment record query request corresponding to the payment order identification to a target server so that the target server responds to the payment record query request and queries a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identification in a historical payment record stored in a block chain, wherein the historical payment record is uploaded to the block chain by a tax bureau system server;
and displaying the target historical payment record fed back by the target server.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the payment order identifier to be queried in response to the payment information query request comprises:
responding to the payment information inquiry request, and acquiring a user identity;
determining a historical payment order corresponding to the user identity;
and determining the payment order identification to be inquired according to the payment order identification corresponding to the historical payment order.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein, in a case that the number of the historical payment orders is multiple, determining the payment order identifier to be queried according to the payment order identifier corresponding to the historical payment order comprises:
displaying a plurality of historical payment orders;
and responding to order selection operation, and taking a payment order identifier corresponding to the target historical payment order selected in the plurality of historical payment orders by the order selection operation as a payment order identifier to be inquired.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the target historical payment record includes payment order status information corresponding to the payment order identification, the payment order status information including order status change time;
wherein, under the condition that the number of the target historical payment records is multiple, the displaying the target historical payment records fed back by the target server comprises:
determining a target historical payment record with the latest order state change time in a plurality of target historical payment records fed back by the target server;
and displaying the determined target historical payment record.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target historical payment record includes payment user information, payment details and payment order status information corresponding to the payment order identification, and the payment order status information includes an order status;
wherein, after the displaying the target historical payment record fed back by the target server, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the order state of the target historical payment record comprises a warehousing success state and does not comprise a record invalidation state, acquiring a payment voucher application request corresponding to the payment order identification;
sending the payment voucher application request to the target server so that the target server responds to the payment voucher application request and acquires a payment voucher image of a payment order mark;
and displaying the payment voucher image fed back by the target server.
6. The method of claims 1-5, wherein the target server comprises an industry system server or the tax office system server corresponding to a payment subject to which the payment order identification belongs.
7. An information query method, comprising:
acquiring a payment record query request corresponding to a payment order identification to be queried;
and responding to the payment record inquiry request, inquiring a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identification in a historical payment record stored in a block chain, wherein the historical payment record is uploaded to the block chain by a tax bureau system server.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the target historical payment record includes payment user information, payment details and payment order status information corresponding to the payment order identification, and the payment order status information includes an order status;
after querying a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identifier in a historical payment record stored in the block chain, the method further includes:
under the condition that the order state of the target historical payment record comprises a warehousing success state and does not comprise a record invalidation state, acquiring a payment voucher application request corresponding to the payment order identification;
and responding to the payment voucher application request, and acquiring a payment voucher image of a payment order mark.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein after generating payment credentials according to the payment user information and the payment details corresponding to the payment order identifier, further comprising:
responding to the certificate verification request, and acquiring a collected image of the certificate to be verified;
and determining the verification result of the certificate to be verified according to the comparison result of the collected image and the payment certificate image.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein before the acquiring of the payment record query request corresponding to the payment order identifier to be queried, the method further comprises:
responding to a payment request sent by a payment terminal, and acquiring a user identity identifier and a payment subject to be paid;
determining the order information to be paid according to the user identity identification and the payment subject;

and uploading the payment record corresponding to the to-be-paid order information to the block chain to form a historical payment record.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the determining the payment order information according to the user identity and the payment subject comprises:
sending an unpaid order inquiry request corresponding to the user identity identification to an industry system server corresponding to the payment subject, so that the industry system server responds to the unpaid order inquiry request and inquires the information of the order to be paid corresponding to the user identity identification;
and receiving the information of the order to be paid fed back by the industry system server.
12. The method according to claim 7, wherein before the acquiring of the payment record query request corresponding to the payment order identifier to be queried, the method further comprises:
responding to an order change request, and acquiring an order mark to be changed and order information to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed;
inquiring the historical payment record to be changed corresponding to the order mark to be changed in the historical payment record stored in the block chain;
updating the historical payment record to be changed according to the order information to be changed to obtain an updated payment record;
and uploading the updated payment record to the block chain to form a historical payment record.
13. An information query apparatus, comprising:
the request receiving module is used for acquiring a payment information inquiry request;
the identifier acquisition module is used for responding to the payment information inquiry request and acquiring a payment order identifier to be inquired;
the request sending module is used for sending a payment record query request corresponding to the payment order identifier to a target server so that the target server responds to the payment record query request and queries a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identifier in a historical payment record stored in a block chain, wherein the historical payment record is uploaded to the block chain by a tax bureau system server;
and the record display module is used for displaying the target historical payment record fed back by the target server.
14. An information query apparatus, comprising:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring a payment record query request corresponding to a payment order identification to be queried;
and the record query module is used for responding to the payment record query request, and querying a target historical payment record corresponding to the payment order identification in the historical payment records stored in the block chain, wherein the historical payment record is uploaded to the block chain by the tax bureau system server.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the apparatus is applied to an industry system server and/or the tax bureau system server corresponding to a payment subject to which the payment order identifier belongs.
16. An information inquiry apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: a processor and a memory storing computer program instructions;
the processor, when executing the computer program instructions, implements the information query method of any of claims 1-6 or claims 7-12.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, having computer program instructions stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, implement the information query method of any one of claims 1-6 or claims 7-12.
