Description

Data processing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to data processing technologies, and in particular, to a data processing method, apparatus, and electronic device.
Background
The external communication of the enterprise is not separated from the telephone communication. Typically, an organization architecture of an enterprise is complex (e.g., has multiple departments, and/or has multiple branches). In this way, the enterprise registers multiple accounts, each associated with multiple telephone numbers, so that multiple departments and/or multiple branches of the enterprise can communicate using the telephone numbers under the different accounts.
In order to facilitate business processing of telephone numbers under each account for enterprises, some communication operators have developed enterprise business processing systems specifically for enterprises. The first interface of the enterprise business processing system includes a plurality of controls, each for triggering a different business function. When any control is triggered, historical processing records of a plurality of services can be displayed from top to bottom, and each historical processing record of the service comprises account information and telephone numbers. Thus, the user can directly select the history processing record of any service, and can directly process the service without inputting account information and telephone numbers again. However, the sorting of the history processing records of the plurality of services is inconvenient for the user to find the history processing record of the required service, and the operation efficiency is low.

Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application provides a data processing method which is applied to a communication system formed by terminal equipment and a server. The terminal device may be a computer or a mobile phone, and in this embodiment of the present application, the terminal device is taken as a computer for illustration. As shown in fig. 1, the terminal device is communicatively connected to the server. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided in the present application includes:
s201: the terminal device 101 displays a first interface 301, the first interface 301 comprising a plurality of first controls 302, each first control 302 being for executing a different service when triggered.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the plurality of first controls 302 may be a "pay" control, an "electronic invoice" control, a "spot ticket query" control, and an "electronic bill" control, respectively. When the payment control is triggered, a payment service can be executed; when the electronic invoice control is triggered, the business of the electronic invoice application can be executed; when the special ticket inquiry control is triggered, the business of the special ticket inquiry can be executed; when the "electronic bill" control is triggered, a business of electronic bill inquiry may be performed.
S202: the terminal device 101 responds to triggering operation of a target control in the plurality of first controls 302, and displays a second interface 401, wherein the second interface 401 is used for executing the service to be processed, and the second interface 401 comprises a second control 402.
For example, when a user wants to pay, a "pay" control (i.e., a target control) of the plurality of first controls 302 may be triggered. As shown in fig. 4, the terminal device 101 may display the second interface 401 in response to a trigger operation of the "pay" control. The second interface 401 is used for executing a payment service (i.e. a service to be processed). A "common account" control (i.e., second control 402) is included in the second interface 401. The "commonly used account" control is used to request a history of the acquired business.
S203: the terminal device 101 transmits a service request to the server 102 in response to a trigger operation of the second control 402 by the user.
The business request is used for requesting a history processing record of the business, the history processing record of each business comprises account information and a first telephone number, and the business request carries a target enterprise identity associated with each account information and an identifier for indicating the business to be processed by the terminal equipment 101.
Typically, a target business identity (i.e., a unified social code license number) corresponds to a plurality of account information, each of which corresponds to a plurality of first telephone numbers.
S204: the server 102 receives a service request from the terminal device 101.
S205: and the server responds to the service request, acquires the history processing records matched with the identifiers of the services to be processed from the history processing records of the plurality of services, and sets the priority corresponding to the matched history processing records to be higher than the priority corresponding to other history processing records.
The history processing record is associated with a unified social code certificate number, and the specific implementation manner of S205 may be: the server 102 detects whether a target application has been registered, wherein the target application is for processing a plurality of services. When the target application is logged in, the server 102 searches for a unified social code certificate number according to account information of the logged-in target application. The server 102 looks up historical processing records for a plurality of businesses associated with the unified social code license number.
In addition, the history processing record is associated with a unified social code certificate, and the specific implementation manner of S205 may further be: the server 102 detects whether a target application has been registered, wherein the target application is for processing a plurality of services. When the target application is not logged in, the server 102 receives a second telephone number from the user of the terminal device 101. If the second telephone number passes the verification, the unified social credit code certificate number is found according to the second telephone number. The server 102 finds historical processing records for a plurality of services associated with the unified social code license number. When the target application is not logged in, the second telephone number of the user is required to be verified a priori, the history processing record of the service can be searched, and the information safety is improved.
Illustratively, in another embodiment, the historical processing records of the plurality of services associated with the searched target enterprise identity may further include: the method comprises the steps of a historical processing record 1 of a payment service (i.e. a service to be processed), a historical processing record 2 of the payment service (i.e. the service to be processed), a historical processing record of an electronic invoice application service and a historical processing record of an inquiring electronic bill service.
In addition, the server can also acquire the history processing record of the business of the client center. Further, the server uses the history of the business, which is not included in the history of the plurality of businesses associated with the unified social code certificate, as one of the bases of the arrangement of S206 described below. In this way, the integrity of the data is ensured.
S206: the server ranks the history records based on their priorities.
For example, when the server 102 receives the identifier of the service to be processed carried in the service request, it may determine that the priority of the service to be processed is highest. For example, when the service to be processed is a payment service, the priority of the payment service is priority 1. The priority of the electronic invoice application service preconfigured by the server 102 is priority 2, and the priority of the query electronic invoice service is priority 3. Wherein priority 1 is higher than priority 2, and priority 2 is higher than priority 3. In this way, the sorting of the history processing records of each service may be from top to bottom: the method comprises the steps of collecting historical processing records 1 and 2 of the payment service, applying for the historical processing records of the electronic invoice and inquiring the historical processing records of the electronic bill service.
The history processing record of each arranged service can be understood as: display policy for historical processing records of each service configured by the server 102.
Illustratively, the server 102 deduplicates the history of transactions for which account information is the same as the first telephone number. In this way, repeated data can be reduced, so that a user can conveniently find the required history processing record.
In addition, if the same account information is included in both the history of the service having the first telephone number and the history of the service not having the first telephone number, among the history of the plurality of services of the same service, the history of the service not having the first telephone number is deleted. In this way, repeated data can be reduced, so that a user can conveniently find the required history processing record.
S207: the server 100 sends the sorted history processing records to the terminal device for the terminal device to perform display processing.
S208: the terminal device 101 displays the history of each service on the second interface 401 according to the display policy.
As shown in fig. 5, the second interface 401 displays, from top to bottom, a history of payment service 1, a history of payment service 2, a history of electronic invoice application service, and a history of inquiring electronic bill service.
In summary, according to the data processing method provided by the present application, the server receives a service request from the terminal device. The server responds to the service request, acquires the history processing records matched with the identification of the service to be processed from the history processing records of the plurality of services, and sets the priority corresponding to the matched history processing records to be higher than the priority corresponding to other history processing records. The server ranks the history records based on their priorities. In this way, the history processing records to be processed in the history processing records of the services displayed by the terminal equipment are also ranked forefront, so that the user can more conveniently find the history processing records of the required services, and the operation efficiency of the user can be improved.
In fig. 5, since the time of the history 1 of the payment service is later than the time of the history 2 of the payment service, the history 1 of the payment service is arranged above the history 2 of the payment service. It can be seen that the arrangement manner of the plurality of history processing records of the same service is as follows: the service processing time is sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the later the service processing time is, the more the history processing record of the service is. Therefore, the user can find the required history processing record more conveniently, and the operation efficiency of the user can be further improved.
