Claims (10)

1. A project risk assessment reminding system based on a cloud computing technology is characterized by comprising a user management module, a project management module, a risk assessment module and a risk reminding module;
the user management module is used for managing user roles and user permissions;
the project management module is used for managing projects and project risk items according to the authorities of different users;
the risk evaluation module is used for calculating a risk value of each project according to the project risk items and the project risk coefficients and carrying out risk evaluation on each project;
and the risk reminding module is used for reminding the project risk and sending an alarm when the project risk value exceeds a preset risk alarm threshold value of the project.
2. The cloud computing technology-based project risk assessment reminding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user management module comprises:
the user role management unit is used for creating a user role and setting user role authority; the user roles comprise a system administrator, a project manager, a project development member and a project test member;
the user management unit is used for creating a user and distributing a user role to the user;
and the user authentication unit is used for authenticating the user name and the password to realize user login when the user logs in, and authenticating the role authority of the user when the user performs related operations.

The cloud computing technology-based project risk assessment reminding system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the user management module sets the user authority of the system administrator to be capable of accessing and managing all projects and function modules of the system, creating user roles, creating users, creating or approving projects to be created, and maintaining project members;
the user management module sets the user authority of the project manager as a function module which can access and manage the project related to the project which is responsible for the user authority, can check the risk item and the risk value of the project which is responsible for the user authority, and can set the risk alarm threshold and the maintenance risk coefficient of the project which is responsible for the user authority; the total risk value of the item ═ Σ (the number of occurrences of each risk item corresponds to a risk coefficient);
the user management module sets the user right of a project development member as a risk item which can inquire and maintain the project to which the user management module belongs, can change or newly increase the demand of the project to which the user management module belongs, and can check the development demand working hours and the development investment working hours of the project to which the user management module belongs;
the user management module sets the user authority of the project testing member as a risk item which can inquire and maintain the project to which the user management module belongs, can add a test item to the project to which the user management module belongs, and can check the testing requirement working hours and the testing investment working hours of the project to which the user management module belongs.
4. The cloud computing technology-based project risk assessment reminding system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the user authentication unit comprises:
the user token generation subunit is used for generating a unique token of the user according to the user name and the password;
the user authentication subunit is used for verifying the user identity through the token when the user logs in or performs related operations on the user, and if the token is consistent, allowing the user to log in or perform user authority verification;
and the user permission verification subunit is used for performing related operations by the user, verifying whether the user has permission to perform the related operations according to the user ID and the RBAC permission of the server when token verification passes, and returning a verification result.
5. The cloud computing technology-based project risk assessment reminding system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the project management module comprises:
the project creating unit is used for creating projects by a system administrator and adding project participants for each project; the project participants of a project comprise a user with a user role as a project manager, a plurality of users with user roles as project development members and a plurality of users with user roles as project testing members;
the project risk management unit is used for managing project risk items by a system administrator, a project manager, project development members and project testing members according to respective permissions;
and the project risk reminding setting unit is used for setting a risk alarm threshold value of the belonged project by the project manager, setting the opening or closing of the risk reminding of the belonged project, and setting the mode of the risk reminding of the belonged project to adopt an email or a short message.
6. The cloud computing technology-based project risk assessment reminding system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the project risk management unit comprises:
the system administrator project risk management subunit is used for maintaining built-in project risk items by a system administrator; the built-in risk items comprise demand change, demand increase, demand deletion, human resource shortage, environmental abnormity, equipment shortage, demand dependence and environmental deployment time;
the project manager project risk management subunit is used for adding the user-defined project risk items by the project manager, maintaining the risk coefficient corresponding to each project risk item, checking the project risk in real time, and updating the project risk items and the risk values after the risk is eliminated;
the project development member project risk management subunit is used for querying and maintaining the risk items of the projects to which the project development member belongs, filling the change or newly-increased demand of the project development member, and filling the project development requirement working hours and the development investment working hours;
and the project risk management subunit is used for the project testing members to inquire and maintain the risk items of the projects to which the project testing members belong, fill in newly added test items, fill in the test required working hours and the test input working hours.
7. The cloud computing technology-based project risk assessment reminding system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the risk assessment module comprises:
the risk item acquisition unit is used for acquiring the real-time item risk items of the project and the occurrence frequency of each risk item;
the risk coefficient acquisition unit is used for acquiring a risk coefficient corresponding to each project risk item;
the risk value calculating unit is used for calculating the risk value of each item risk item, namely the risk factor of the occurrence times of the risk item, and summing the risk values;
and the risk evaluation unit is used for evaluating and analyzing the total risk value of the project.
8. The cloud computing technology-based project risk assessment reminding system of claim 7, wherein the risk reminding module comprises:
the project risk value acquisition unit is used for acquiring the real-time risk value of the project calculated by the risk evaluation module;
the risk alarm threshold value acquisition unit is used for acquiring a preset risk alarm threshold value of the project set by the project manager;
the risk alarm judging unit is used for comparing the difference value of the real-time risk value of the project with the preset risk alarm threshold value of the project and judging whether the difference value is greater than 0;
and the risk warning unit is used for warning according to a set project risk reminding mode when the real-time risk value of the project exceeds a project preset risk warning threshold value and the risk prompt is started.
9. A project risk assessment reminding method based on a cloud computing technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, a user management module manages user roles and user permissions;
s2, managing the project and the project risk item by the user through the project management module according to the authority of different users;
s3, a risk evaluation module calculates a risk value of each project according to the project risk items and the project risk coefficients and carries out risk evaluation on each project;
and S4, when the project risk value exceeds a project preset risk alarm threshold value, the risk reminding module automatically reminds the project risk and sends out an alarm.
