the first adjusting mechanism is composed of two supporting seats (13), a first threaded rod (14) and a connecting block (15), the rotating shaft (5) is connected with one side of the connecting block (15) through a bearing, the two supporting seats (13) are fixedly installed on one side, away from the driving belt (7), of the supporting plate (3), one end of the first threaded rod (14) is connected with one of the supporting seats (13) through the bearing, the other end of the first threaded rod (14) penetrates through the other supporting seat (13) and is fixedly connected with a hand wheel, the connecting block (15) is in threaded connection with the outer surface of the first threaded rod (14), a second adjusting mechanism is arranged between the galvanizing bath (1) and the supporting plate (3), the second adjusting mechanism is composed of two connecting seats (18), an adjusting roller (19) and two second threaded rods (20), and two ends of the adjusting roller (19) are respectively connected with the two connecting seats (18) through the bearing, the bottom ends of the two second threaded rods (20) are respectively connected with the tops of the two connecting seats (18) through bearings, and the top ends of the two second threaded rods (20) respectively penetrate through the two supporting plates (3) and extend to the outer parts of the top ends of the supporting plates (3);
the four upright posts (2) are respectively provided with an auxiliary mechanism, the auxiliary mechanism consists of an auxiliary rod (16) and an auxiliary roller (17), the interior of the galvanizing pool (1) is connected with a protection plate (25) through bolts, the protection plate (25) is provided with a plurality of through holes (26), the interior of the galvanizing pool (1) is provided with a stirring mechanism positioned below the protection plate (25), the stirring mechanism consists of a power motor (21), a stirring shaft (22) and a plurality of stirring blades (23), the power motor (21) is fixedly arranged on the left side of the galvanizing pool (1), an output shaft of the power motor (21) extends to the interior of the galvanizing pool (1) and is fixedly connected with the left end of the stirring shaft (22), the right end of the stirring shaft (22) is connected with the inner wall on the right side of the galvanizing pool (1) through a bearing, and the plurality of stirring blades (23) are arranged on the outer surface of the stirring shaft (22), the bottom of the inner cavity of the galvanizing pool (1) is provided with a plurality of heating plates (24).
2. A metal surface galvanizing treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that two driving rollers (6) are respectively arranged on the outer surfaces of the two rotating shafts (5), and the driving belt (7) is in driving connection between the two driving rollers (6).

The metal surface galvanizing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the hook (10) is fixedly installed in the middle of the top end of the cylinder (9), the fixing bolt (11) is screwed on one side of the cylinder (9), and one end of the fixing bolt (11) penetrates through the cylinder (9) and extends to the inside of the cylinder (9).

s1: preparing a metal workpiece;
s2: adjusting a transmission belt (7);
s3: preparing a galvanizing solution;
s4: and (4) galvanizing the metal workpiece.

The method of claim 6, wherein the step S1 includes removing the hook (10) from the suspension ring (8), inserting the top end of the metal workpiece into the barrel (9), tightening the fixing bolt (11) to fix the metal workpiece by the cooperation of the fixing bolt (11) and the barrel (9), and repeating the above operations to press the metal workpieces into the barrels (9) respectively to complete the preparation of the metal workpiece.

The method of claim 6, wherein the metal surface is treated by zinc plating, the step S4 includes a part of workers hanging the non-galvanized metal workpiece from the left side of the galvanizing bath (1) to the hanging ring (8), the rotating shaft (5) and the driving roller (6) are driven to rotate by the driving motor (12), the rotation of the rotating shaft (5) and the driving roller (6) drives the driving belt (7) to rotate, the hanging ring (8) and the metal workpiece are driven to move by the rotation of the driving belt (7), the metal workpiece enters the galvanizing bath (1) from the left side of the galvanizing bath (1) and is gradually immersed in the galvanizing liquid in the galvanizing bath (1), thereby completing the galvanization, then leaving from the right side of the galvanizing bath (1), and the other part of workers take the hooks (10) coming out from the right side of the galvanizing bath (1) off the hanging rings (8), and then screw off the fixing bolts (11) to take down the galvanized metal workpiece.
