Abstract

本发明涉及空压机润滑油技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,解决现有技术中存在的抗水解性能不佳的缺点,包括以下重量份的组分:复合合成基础油90份、抗磨剂1.2~4.8份、抗氧化剂0.5~1.8份、防锈剂0.3~1.2份、防腐蚀剂0.3~0.8份、降凝剂0.2~0.8份、分散添加剂0.05~0.3份、黏度指数改进剂0.1~0.3份、摩擦改进剂0.3~0.8份、酸中和剂0.01~0.2份;复合合成基础油由80~85重量份的聚α—烯烃和5~10重量份的聚醚组成。本发明采用聚α—烯烃和聚醚调配成复合合成基础油,不影响润滑油抗水解性能,兼具破乳和消泡的作用,酸中和剂可使分散添加剂附着在酸中和剂上,均匀分散在润滑油中,抑制油泥和积碳的产生。

一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及空压机润滑油技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油。
背景技术
空气压缩机润滑油主要用于压缩机汽缸运动部件及排气阀的润滑,并起防锈、防腐、密封和冷却作用。由于空压机一直处于高压、高温及有冷凝水存在的环境中,因此空压机油应具有优良的高温氧化安定性、低的积炭倾向性、适宜的粘度和粘温性能、及良好的油水分离性、防锈防腐性。螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油中,基础油的比例占到90%以上,分为矿物油、半合成基础油和合成基础油,合成基础油主要由聚α—烯烃构成,其黏度高、倾点低、氧化安定性佳、挥发性低、热安定性好,故其保养周期长,一般可达到8000小时以上,但其添加剂溶解性不好,需要和酯调配使用,但合成酯抗水解性能差,对橡胶件的相容性一般,影响润滑油的综合性能。
因此,我们提出了一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的抗水解性能不佳的缺点,而提出的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油。
一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,包括以下重量份的组分:复合合成基础油90份、抗磨剂1.2~4.8份、抗氧化剂0.5~1.8份、防锈剂0.3~1.2份、防腐蚀剂0.3~0.8份、降凝剂0.2~0.8份、分散添加剂0.05~0.3份、黏度指数改进剂0.1~0.3份、摩擦改进剂0.3~0.8份、酸中和剂0.01~0.2份;所述复合合成基础油由80~85重量份的聚α—烯烃和5~10重量份的聚醚组成。
优选的,所述聚α—烯烃为PAO7、PAO8、PAO9、PAO10、PAO25、PAO40和PAO100中的一种。
优选的,所述聚醚通过环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和环氧丁烷中的一种或多种通过开环均聚或共聚制得。
优选的,所述聚醚通过环氧丁烷开环均聚制得,工艺参数为:聚合温度88℃~92℃,催化剂NaOH,催化剂用量0.4%~0.6%,起始剂CH3CH2OH,起始剂配比0.4%~0.6%,聚合压力0.3MPa,老化时间7.2~7.8h。
优选的,所述分散添加剂为单丁二酰亚胺分散剂。
优选的,所述黏度指数改进剂为氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯丙烯共聚物和聚异丁烯中的一种。
优选的,所述摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代硫酸钼和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种。
优选的,所述酸中和剂为纳米碳酸钙。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用聚α—烯烃和聚醚调配成复合合成基础油,在不影响润滑油抗水解性能同时,聚醚兼具破乳和消泡的作用。
2、润滑油中添加了酸中和剂,可使分散添加剂附着在酸中和剂上,均匀分散在润滑油中,抑制油泥和积碳的产生。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一:
一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,包括以下重量份的组分:复合合成基础油90份、抗磨剂3份、抗氧化剂0.5份、防锈剂0.8份、防腐蚀剂0.5份、降凝剂0.5份、分散添加剂0.05份、黏度指数改进剂0.2份、摩擦改进剂0.5份、酸中和剂0.01份;复合合成基础油由80重量份的聚α—烯烃和10重量份的聚醚组成。
本实施例中,聚α—烯烃为PAO8,聚醚通过环氧丁烷开环均聚制得,工艺参数为:聚合温度90℃,催化剂NaOH,催化剂用量0.5%,起始剂CH3CH2OH,起始剂配比0.5%,聚合压力0.3MPa,老化时间7.5h,分散添加剂为单丁二酰亚胺分散剂,黏度指数改进剂为乙烯丙烯共聚物,摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代硫酸钼,酸中和剂为纳米碳酸钙。
实施例二:
一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,包括以下重量份的组分:复合合成基础油90份、抗磨剂3份、抗氧化剂1.2份、防锈剂0.8份、防腐蚀剂0.5份、降凝剂0.5份、分散添加剂0.15份、黏度指数改进剂0.2份、摩擦改进剂0.5份、酸中和剂0.1份;复合合成基础油由80重量份的聚α—烯烃和10重量份的聚醚组成。
本实施例中,聚α—烯烃为PAO8,聚醚通过环氧丁烷开环均聚制得,工艺参数为:聚合温度90℃,催化剂NaOH,催化剂用量0.5%,起始剂CH3CH2OH,起始剂配比0.5%,聚合压力0.3MPa,老化时间7.5h,分散添加剂为单丁二酰亚胺分散剂,黏度指数改进剂为乙烯丙烯共聚物,摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代硫酸钼,酸中和剂为纳米碳酸钙。
实施例三:
一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,包括以下重量份的组分:复合合成基础油90份、抗磨剂3份、抗氧化剂1.2份、防锈剂0.8份、防腐蚀剂0.5份、降凝剂0.5份、分散添加剂0.15份、黏度指数改进剂0.2份、摩擦改进剂0.5份、酸中和剂0.1份;复合合成基础油由85重量份的聚α—烯烃和5重量份的聚醚组成。
本实施例中,聚α—烯烃为PAO25,聚醚通过环氧丁烷开环均聚制得,工艺参数为:聚合温度90℃,催化剂NaOH,催化剂用量0.5%,起始剂CH3CH2OH,起始剂配比0.5%,聚合压力0.3MPa,老化时间7.5h,分散添加剂为单丁二酰亚胺分散剂,黏度指数改进剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯,摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼,酸中和剂为纳米碳酸钙。
实施例四:
一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,包括以下重量份的组分:复合合成基础油90份、抗磨剂3份、抗氧化剂1.8份、防锈剂0.8份、防腐蚀剂0.5份、降凝剂0.5份、分散添加剂0.3份、黏度指数改进剂0.2份、摩擦改进剂0.5份、酸中和剂0.2份;复合合成基础油由85重量份的聚α—烯烃和5重量份的聚醚组成。
本实施例中,聚α—烯烃为PAO25,聚醚通过环氧丁烷开环均聚制得,工艺参数为:聚合温度90℃,催化剂NaOH,催化剂用量0.5%,起始剂CH3CH2OH,起始剂配比0.5%,聚合压力0.3MPa,老化时间7.5h,分散添加剂为单丁二酰亚胺分散剂,黏度指数改进剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯,摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代硫酸钼,酸中和剂为纳米碳酸钙。
对比例:
一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,包括以下重量份的组分:矿物油90份、抗磨剂3份、抗氧化剂1份、防锈剂0.8份、防腐蚀剂0.5份、降凝剂0.5份、摩擦改进剂0.5份。
本实施例中,摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代硫酸钼。
对实施例一至实施例四以及对比例的润滑油进行评测,评测结果如下表:

1.一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:复合合成基础油90份、抗磨剂1.2~4.8份、抗氧化剂0.5~1.8份、防锈剂0.3~1.2份、防腐蚀剂0.3~0.8份、降凝剂0.2~0.8份、分散添加剂0.05~0.3份、黏度指数改进剂0.1~0.3份、摩擦改进剂0.3~0.8份、酸中和剂0.01~0.2份;所述复合合成基础油由80~85重量份的聚α—烯烃和5~10重量份的聚醚组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,所述聚α—烯烃为PAO7、PAO8、PAO9、PAO10、PAO25、PAO40和PAO100中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,所述聚醚通过环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和环氧丁烷中的一种或多种通过开环均聚或共聚制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,所述聚醚通过环氧丁烷开环均聚制得,工艺参数为:聚合温度88℃~92℃,催化剂NaOH,催化剂用量0.4%~0.6%,起始剂CH3CH2OH,起始剂配比0.4%~0.6%,聚合压力0.3MPa,老化时间7.2~7.8h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,所述分散添加剂为单丁二酰亚胺分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,所述黏度指数改进剂为氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯丙烯共聚物和聚异丁烯中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,所述摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代硫酸钼和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑油,其特征在于,所述酸中和剂为纳米碳酸钙。
