彩钢板,是指彩涂钢板,彩涂钢板是一种带有有机涂层的钢板。彩钢板分为单板、彩钢复合板、楼承板等。彩钢板广泛使用于大型公共建筑、公共厂房、活动板房、及集成房屋的墙面和屋面。由于彩钢板一般都存放在室外环境中,长期的高温暴晒,使彩钢板中合金元素的扩散能力不断的增加,从而导致合金元素在固溶体和碳化物之间发生转移,那些对彩钢板固溶体起强化作用的合金元素不断脱溶,一方面降低了彩钢板的使用效果,另一方面造成资源的无端浪费,不符合现代社会节能环保的要求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种热屏蔽彩钢板,该热屏蔽彩钢板的热屏蔽层采用集热反射、热辐射和热阻隔功能于一体的多功能复合热屏蔽材料,解决现有彩钢板热阻隔性能不足、难以满足市场需要的问题。
一种热屏蔽彩钢板,包括基板,基板的上表面从上到下依次设有热屏蔽复合薄膜、防氧化层、彩涂层,所述热屏蔽复合薄膜从上到下依次包括热反射层、隔热中间层以及防腐底层,所述热反射层以重量计份包括如下成分:
优选的是,其中,所述改性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤:将乳化剂、缓冲剂和去离子水混合后,超声分散后,加入丙烯酸单体、环氧树脂,制得环氧树脂预乳液,升温至80℃,加入过硫酸铵,继续加入丙烯酸和过硫酸铵,保温1-2小时,加入调节剂,调节pH为7-8,过滤即得到所述改性丙烯酸乳液。
优选的是,其中,空心玻璃微珠的粒径为100-325目,助剂为苯甲醇、十二碳醇酯、乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种。
空心玻璃球微珠具有中空、质轻、热导率低的特点,是非常好的反射性填料,将其加入涂层中不但可以利用球形结构反射太阳光、减少反射光的吸收,而且可以利用微珠中的的空气在涂层中形成一道有效的热屏障,起到隔热作用,提高膜的绝热性能。
优选的是,其中,所述防腐底层为镀锌层。
优选的是,其中,所述乳化剂为复合乳化剂,所述复合乳化剂为非离子乳化剂和阴离子乳化剂的混合物,所述非离子乳化剂包括壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、环己醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种,所述阴离子乳化剂包括十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、石油磺酸钠中的至少一种,所述调节剂为氨水。
采用单一的阴离子乳化剂,聚丙烯粒子表面吸附电离的乳化剂阴离子而带负电,在聚合过程中,容易使得聚丙烯乳胶粒子粒径变大或者发生凝块的作用,使得涂膜不紧密,而单独使用非离子乳化剂,则会造成乳化力下降,乳化效果变差,不能形成均匀良好的胶束,最终使得乳液的综合性能下降,采用阴离子乳化剂与非离子乳化剂复配使用,阴离子乳化剂与非离子乳化剂产生了协同效果,提高非离子乳化剂的浊点,阴离子乳化剂与非离子乳化剂两种分子交替吸附在丙烯酸乳胶粒表面,增强乳化剂在丙烯酸乳胶粒上的吸附牢度,降低丙烯酸乳胶粒表面的电荷密度,使带负电的自由基更容易进入乳胶粒中,提高乳液聚合速度。
优选的是,其中,所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,所述A型环氧树脂包括E-10,E-44,E-51中的至少一种。
优选的是,其中,所述隔热中间层以重量计份包括如下成分:
优选的是,其中,所述阻隔型功能填料为空心陶瓷泡,所述成膜助剂为乙二醇丁醚、苯二醇苯醚、苯甲醇中的至少一种。
空心陶瓷泡具有开口、多孔的结构,导热系数低,封闭的中空结构,抑制热传导,紧密排列的中空微球颗粒形成了一层对热具有阻隔效果的气体层,阻断了热桥,从而使涂层具有良好的隔热效果。
优选的是,其中,所述马来酸二丁酯在所述马来酸二丁酯-乙酸乙烯共聚物中的质量分数为20%-30%。
优选的是,其中,所述复合薄膜由热反射层、隔热中间层以及防腐底层进行贴压复合而成。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:(1)这种集高效防腐与热阻隔、热反射于一体的复合热屏蔽层,综合反射、阻隔、辐射三种材料的优点,减少材料内外热量的传递和交换,充分发挥反射、阻隔、辐射以及其他降温技术的协同效应,获得高性能防腐、降温、装饰为一体的彩钢涂层材料体系,显著降低材料的热传递效率且隔热效果优良,耐候性、耐腐蚀性良好;(2)热反射层通过在材料中加入加入一种或几种功能材料,调节薄膜表面的热平衡温度,满足隔热保温效果;中间层则通过改性丙烯酸乳液实现对热传递的显著阻抗;防腐底层通过镀锌涂层,提高耐酸碱腐蚀效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种热屏蔽彩钢板,包括基板,基板的上表面从上到下依次设有热屏蔽复合薄膜、防氧化层、彩涂层,热屏蔽复合薄膜从上到下依次包括热反射层、隔热中间层以及防腐底层,热反射层以重量计份包括如下成分:
其中,改性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤:将乳化剂、缓冲剂和去离子水混合后,超声分散后,加入丙烯酸单体、环氧树脂,制得环氧树脂预乳液,升温至80℃,加入过硫酸铵,继续加入丙烯酸和过硫酸铵,保温1-2小时,加入调节剂,调节pH为7-8,过滤即可得到所述改性丙烯酸乳液。
其中,乳化剂为复合乳化剂,复合乳化剂为非离子乳化剂和阴离子乳化剂混合物,其中,非离子乳化剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,阴离子乳化剂为十二烷基磺酸钠,调节剂为氨水。
其中,空心玻璃微珠的粒径为325目,助剂为乙二醇单丁醚。环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂E-44。
其中,隔热中间层以重量计份包括如下成分:
马来酸二丁醋-乙酸乙烯共聚物80份;
其中,阻隔型功能填料为空心陶瓷泡,成膜助剂为乙二醇丁醚,马来酸二丁酯在所述马来酸二丁酯-乙酸乙烯共聚物中的质量分数为25%。
其中,防腐底层为镀锌层。
其中,热屏蔽复合薄膜由热反射层、隔热中间层以及防腐底层进行贴压复合而成。
实施例2
本实施例的工艺和原料与实施例一基本相同,唯一不同之处在于,热反射层以重量计份包括如下成分:

其中,马来酸二丁酯在马来酸二丁酯-乙酸乙烯共聚物中的质量分数为25%。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的工艺和原料基本相同,唯一不同之处在于复合溶剂为脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚与十二烷基磺酸钠的混合物。
为了说明本发明的效果,发明人提供比较实验如下:
对比例1
本对比例与实施例4的工艺和原料基本相同,唯一不同之处在于将改性丙烯酸乳液改为丙烯酸乳液。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的工艺和原料基本相同,唯一不同之处在于不添加空心玻璃微珠。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的工艺和原料基本相同,唯一不同之处在于不添加阻隔型功能填料。
以上实施例1-4及对比例1-3的产品性能如下表所示,以下为性能测试结果:
光反射率:按照GB 7240-1987标准进行测试。
绝对温升:WR-64A温控器件智能测试系统进行测试。
耐腐蚀性:按照GB/T31034-2014第6.15节、GB/T31034-2014第6.16节标准测试。
实施例4与对比例1相比,改性丙烯酸乳液中环氧树脂通过共聚形式以微小粒子的形式分布在丙烯酸表面,在丙烯酸的作用下扩张并增加其表面积,增大其界面张力,从而形成均一稳定的共聚乳液,使得制备的热反射层具有优异的附着力、耐水性和耐腐蚀性以及柔韧性。
实施例1与对比例2相比,实施例中添加的粒度100-325目的空心玻璃微珠,除了具有优良的反射太阳光和热辐射效果以外,还能利用空心玻璃球微珠中空、质轻、热导率低的特点,达到阻隔热量的目的,从而提高热屏蔽复合膜的绝热性能。
实施例1与对比例3相比,阻隔型功能填料陶瓷空心泡表观密度小、内部结构疏松,显著降低材料的导热系数,阻止热量的传递,从而提高隔热中间层的隔热效果。
可见,本发明热屏蔽彩钢板集高性能防腐、降温、装饰为一体,从而提高彩钢板的热屏蔽性能、延长彩钢板的使用寿命。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (8)
2.根据权利要求1所述的热屏蔽彩钢板,其特征在于,所述空心玻璃微珠的粒径为100-325目,所述助剂为苯甲醇、十二碳醇酯、乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热屏蔽彩钢板,其特征在于,所述防腐底层为镀锌层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热屏蔽彩钢板,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为非离子乳化剂和阴离子乳化剂的混合物,所述非离子乳化剂包括壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、环己醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种,所述阴离子乳化剂包括十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、石油磺酸钠中的至少一种,所述调节剂为氨水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热屏蔽彩钢板,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,所述双酚A型环氧树脂包括E-10,E-44,E-51中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热屏蔽彩钢板,其特征在于,所述阻隔型功能填料为空心陶瓷泡,所述成膜助剂为乙二醇丁醚、苯二醇苯醚、苯甲醇中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热屏蔽彩钢板,其特征在于,所述马来酸二丁酯在所述马来酸二丁酯-乙酸乙烯共聚物中的质量分数为20%-30%。
8.一种制备如权利要求 1-7中任意一项所述热屏蔽复合薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合薄膜由热反射层、隔热中间层以及防腐底层进行贴压复合而成。
