A sealing and closing method for the environmentally friendly, efficient and theft-proof box body comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting materials of a first heat-sealing film 4 and a second heat-sealing film 5, wherein two soft film substrates which can be melted and bonded at high temperature are used, and the substrates are selected from various types, such as: PET \ PVC, LDPE, PO, CPP, TPU, EVA, etc.;
s2, respectively sticking the selected first heat-sealing film 4 and second heat-sealing film 5 film base materials on the upper top cover 2 and the upper inner cover 3 of the box body 1 through box body machine packaging equipment, or sticking the first heat-sealing film 4 on the inner side of the folded piece and sticking the second heat-sealing film 5 on the top of the side of the box body 1, and ensuring that the first heat-sealing film 4 is opposite to the second heat-sealing film 5;
s3, embedding a blade in a template to manufacture a pneumatic point breaking cutting die, and punching two point breaking type dotted line notches 6 on the outermost layer of the upper top cover 2 of the box body 1 and along the parallel edge of the heat sealing film I4 by using the pneumatic point breaking cutting die;
s4, carrying out instant high-temperature heat sealing on the surface of the heat sealing film I4 by an instant heat sealing method, a puncture heat sealing method or a perforation heat sealing method, cooling and solidifying to realize the sealing of the upper top cover 2 and the upper inner cover 3 of the box body 1, and sticking a printing sticker 15 at the punching position of the upper top cover 2 in order to ensure the attractiveness of the sealing of the upper top cover 2 and the upper inner cover 3 in a perforation heat sealing mode.
It should also be noted that: the multiple box body 1 heat seal closing method can be used for machine automatic processing, manual mechanical stamping, electric automatic stamping, semi-automatic stamping, full-automatic stamping and other processing mechanisms for sealing and closing, multiple box body 1 heat seal closing modes can be flexibly selected in actual production, and packaging cost is reduced.
The box body 1 can be opened quickly, and as mentioned above, the upper top cover 2 at the position of the two point-breaking type dotted line notches 6 is torn to break the upper top cover 2, so that the box body 1 can be opened easily without using any foreign objects. This mode of sealed closed type not only saves joint sealing sticky tape cost, more can reject the double faced adhesive tape, and the sealing effect of film substrate is durable more reliable, and the use amount is few moreover, and low cost is high-efficient promptly, environmental protection again, and is more economical, satisfies multiple packaging method's production demand, and of course, this case and box body's sealed closed method also not only restricts to paper packing carton sealed.

s2, respectively sticking the selected first heat-sealing film (4) and second heat-sealing film (5) film base materials on an upper top cover (2) and an upper inner cover (3) of the box body (1) through box body machine packaging equipment, or sticking the first heat-sealing film (4) on the inner side of a folded piece, and sticking the second heat-sealing film (5) on the top of the side of the box body (1), and ensuring that the first heat-sealing film (4) is opposite to the second heat-sealing film (5);
s3, embedding a blade in a template to manufacture a pneumatic point breaking cutting die, and punching two point breaking type dotted line notches (6) on the outermost layer of the upper top cover (2) of the box body (1) and along the parallel edges of the heat sealing film I (4) by using the pneumatic point breaking cutting die;
and S4, carrying out instant high-temperature heat sealing on the surface of the heat sealing film I (4) by using an instant heat sealing method, a puncture heat sealing method or a perforation heat sealing method on the heat sealing film II (5), cooling and solidifying to realize the sealing of the upper top cover (2) and the upper inner cover (3) of the box body (1), and pasting a printing sticker (15) at the punching position of the upper top cover (2) in order to ensure the attractiveness of sealing the upper top cover (2) and the upper inner cover (3) in a perforation heat sealing mode.
