When the box sealing is performed, the first upper wing plate 111, the third upper wing plate 131, the first lower wing plate 112, and the third lower wing plate 132 are bent and overlapped at the opening of the packing box, and then the second upper wing plate 121, the fourth upper wing plate 141, the second lower wing plate 122, and the fourth lower wing plate 142 are bent, so that the second upper wing plate 121, and the fourth upper wing plate 141 cover the upper surfaces of the first upper wing plate 111, and the third upper wing plate 131, and the second lower wing plate 122, and the fourth lower wing plate 142 cover the lower surfaces of the first lower wing plate 112, and the third lower wing plate 132. As shown in fig. 15, the third adhesive tape device 5 includes a first surface 51, a second surface 52, and a pull-off tear tape 53, the third adhesive tape device 5 fixes the first surface 51 to the edge of the second plate 12 close to the second upper wing plate 121 through an adhesive layer, the second adhesive tape device 4 is fixed to the second lower wing plate 122 through an adhesive layer, and the second surface 52 of the third adhesive tape device 5 and the releasing layer of the second surface 52 are adjacent to the second upper wing plate 121.
It should be noted that the fourth upper wing panel 141 is larger in area than the second upper wing panel 121, and the sum of the areas of the second upper wing panel 121 and the second face 42 of the second tape means 4 does not exceed the area of the fourth upper wing panel 141.
In the first sealing, as shown in fig. 16, the packing plate 1 is bent at each side thereof so that the first side 11 is in contact with the fourth side 14, and the first side 11 is connected to the fourth side 14 by means of an adhesive tape device or an extension plate 15, thereby forming a packing box structure. The first upper wing plate 111, the third upper wing plate 131, the first lower wing plate 112 and the third lower wing plate 132 are bent and overlapped at the opening of the packing box, and then the second lower wing plate 122 and the fourth lower wing plate 142 are bent, so that the fourth lower wing plate 142 and the second lower wing plate 122 sequentially cover the lower surfaces of the first lower wing plate 112 and the third lower wing plate 132. And (3) pulling off the release layer of the second tape device 4 to adhere the second surface 42 of the second tape device 4 to the surface of the fourth board 14, respectively, thereby completing the bottom packaging of the packaging box. As shown in fig. 17, the second upper wing plate 121 is bent to cover the upper surfaces of the first upper wing plate 111 and the third upper wing plate 131, so as to ensure that the second surface 42 of the second adhesive tape device 4 is placed flatly. The fourth upper flap 141 is folded and the fourth upper flap 141 is covered on the upper surface of the second upper flap 121, and the releasing layer of the third tape device 5 is removed to adhere the second surface 52 of the third tape device 5 to one end of the second upper flap 121, as shown in fig. 18, thereby completing the box sealing.
In the second carton sealing, the third adhesive tape device 5 is pulled off by pulling the tear tape 53, the fourth upper wing plate 141 and the second upper wing plate 121 are sequentially turned up, as shown in fig. 19, the fourth upper wing plate 141 is covered on the upper surfaces of the first upper wing plate 111 and the third upper wing plate 131, the second upper wing plate 121 is bent to cover the upper surface of the fourth upper wing plate 141 with the second upper wing plate 121, the releasing layer of the second adhesive tape device 4 is removed, and the second surface 42 of the second adhesive tape device 4 is bonded to the surface of the fourth upper wing plate 141, as shown in fig. 20, thereby completing the carton sealing.
The embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the third adhesive tape device structure is arranged, so that the packaging box is provided with the additional adhesive tape device structure which is not used, when a receiver returns goods due to dissatisfaction of product quality and other problems, the receiver can use the additional adhesive tape device structure to re-package the packaging box, the goods can be conveniently returned and changed, the use frequency of the packaging box is improved, and the effect of saving resources is achieved. In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, by reducing the area of the second upper wing plate 121, the sum of the areas of the second upper wing plate 121 and the second surface 42 of the second adhesive tape device 4 is not more than the area of the fourth upper wing plate 141, so that the second adhesive tape device 4 can be flatly unfolded and placed on the upper surfaces of the first upper wing plate 111 and the third upper wing plate 131 when performing the first packaging, and excessive bending of the second adhesive tape device 4 is avoided, so as to ensure that the second adhesive tape device 4 can be normally used when performing the second packaging.
In particular, the package further has an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate, the edges of the first upper wing plate 111, the second upper wing plate 121, the third upper wing plate 131 and the fourth upper wing plate 141 are flush, and the edges of the first lower wing plate 112, the second lower wing plate 122, the third lower wing plate 132 and the fourth lower wing plate 142 are flush;
the upper cover plate of the packing case is formed by splicing the second upper wing plate 121 and the fourth upper wing plate 141, the lower cover plate of the packing case is formed by splicing the second lower wing plate 122 and the fourth lower wing plate 142, the first adhesive tape device 3 is fixedly installed at the edge of the second upper wing plate 121 or the fourth upper wing plate 141 through an adhesive layer, and the second adhesive tape device 4 is fixedly installed at the edge of the second lower wing plate 122 or the fourth lower wing plate 142 through an adhesive layer.
Particularly, two ends of the first adhesive tape device 3 are also connected with the adjacent upper wing plates at two sides of the connected upper wing plate through adhesive layers; and/or
And two ends of the second adhesive tape device 4 are also connected with the adjacent lower wing plates at two sides of the lower wing plate connected with the second adhesive tape device through the adhesive layer.
Particularly, the joint of the two adjacent upper wing plates on the two sides and the first adhesive tape device 3 is further provided with a first easy-to-tear line 34, and the first easy-to-tear line 34 is arranged on the two adjacent upper wing plates on the two sides around the adhesive layer of the first adhesive tape device 3.
Particularly, a second easy-to-tear line 44 is further disposed at a connection portion of the two adjacent lower wing plates on the two sides and the second adhesive tape device 4, and the second easy-to-tear line 44 is disposed on the two adjacent lower wing plates around the adhesive layer of the second adhesive tape device 4.
In addition, a first release structure layer is arranged between the upper wing plates adjacent to the two sides and the first adhesive tape device 3, and a second release structure layer is arranged between the lower wing plates adjacent to the two sides and the second adhesive tape device 4.
As shown in fig. 21, the first adhesive tape device 3 is disposed at the edge of the second upper wing plate 121, two ends of the first adhesive tape device 3 are respectively connected to the first upper wing plate 111 and the third upper wing plate 131, and the first easy-to-tear line 34 is disposed on the first upper wing plate 111 and the third upper wing plate 131 around the first surface 31 of the first adhesive tape device 3. The second tape device 4 is disposed at the edge of the second lower wing plate 122, two ends of the second tape device 4 are respectively connected to the first lower wing plate 112 and the third lower wing plate 132, and the second easy-to-tear line 44 is disposed on the first lower wing plate 112 and the third lower wing plate 132 around the first surface 41 of the second tape device 4. A first release structure layer is further arranged between the first upper wing plate 111, the third upper wing plate 131 and the first adhesive tape device 3, a second release structure layer is further arranged between the first lower wing plate 112, the third lower wing plate 132 and the second adhesive tape device 4, and the first release structure layer and the second release structure layer can be selected from one or more of release paper, silicone oil paper or adhesive tape devices. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first release structure layer and the second release structure layer are single-sided tape devices, the adhesive surfaces of the single-sided tape devices are attached to the wing plates, and the first surface 31 of the first tape device 3 and the first surface 41 of the second tape device 4 are both attached to the smooth surfaces of the single-sided tape devices.
In the case of sealing, as shown in fig. 22, the packing plate 1 is bent at each side thereof so that the first surface 11 and the fourth surface 14 are in contact with each other, and the first surface 11 and the fourth surface 14 are connected to each other by an adhesive tape device or an extension 15 to form a packing box structure. Tearing off the wing panel structures bonded to the first surface 31 of the first adhesive tape device 3 and the first surface 41 of the second adhesive tape device 4 along the first easy-tear line 34 and the second easy-tear line 44, bending and overlapping the first upper wing panel 111, the third upper wing panel 131, the first lower wing panel 112 and the third lower wing panel 132 at the opening of the packing box, bending the second upper wing panel 121, the fourth upper wing panel 141, the second lower wing panel 122 and the fourth lower wing panel 142 to cover the upper surfaces of the first upper wing panel 111 and the third upper wing panel 131, and covering the lower surfaces of the first lower wing panel 112 and the third lower wing panel 132 with the second upper wing panel 121 and the fourth upper wing panel 141, respectively, and the second lower wing panel 122 and the fourth lower wing panel 142. The releasing layers of the first tape device 3 and the second tape device 4 are removed, and the first tape device 3 and the second tape device 4 are bonded to the fourth upper blade 141 and the fourth lower blade 142, respectively. Removing the wing plate structures at the two ends of the first adhesive tape device 3 and the second adhesive tape device 4, and respectively bonding the two ends of the first adhesive tape device 3 and the second adhesive tape device 4 with the first plate 11 and the third plate 13, as shown in fig. 23, thereby completing the box sealing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lengths of the first adhesive tape device 3 and the second adhesive tape device 4 are extended, so as to increase the contact area between the first adhesive tape device 3 and the packing box plate and between the second adhesive tape device 4 and the packing box plate, and compared with other embodiments of the present invention, an excessive gap is prevented from being generated between the second upper wing plate 121 and the second lower wing plate 122 and the first plate 11 and the third plate 13, so as to improve the sealing effect of the packing box after being sealed. In addition, compared with the embodiment with the structure of the third adhesive tape device, the embodiment of the invention can effectively reduce the surface area of the packaging box plate on the premise of the same accommodating volume, thereby reducing the usage amount of the packaging box plate (the maximum saving amount can reach 30% of the embodiment), and achieving the effect of saving resources.
Optionally, the packaging box board is a paperboard.
The paperboard used in the embodiment of the invention is corrugated paper, and the embodiment of the invention can also adopt honeycomb paper as the board of the packing box according to actual requirements.
Optionally, the substrate of the tape device is a PLA film.
The PLA film of the embodiment of the invention is a PLA (polylactic acid) fully degradable film.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the PLA film is used as the base material of the adhesive tape device, so that the adhesive tape device can be rapidly degraded, the environment pollution caused by the waste adhesive tape device is avoided, and the environment-friendly effect is achieved.

Claims (6)

1. A packaging box board, comprising in a length direction: the first plate, the second plate, the third plate and the fourth plate are sequentially connected in a bending manner, opposite two side edges of the first plate are respectively connected with a first upper wing plate and a first lower wing plate in a bending manner, opposite two side edges of the second plate are respectively connected with a second upper wing plate and a second lower wing plate in a bending manner, opposite two side edges of the third plate are respectively connected with a third upper wing plate and a third lower wing plate in a bending manner, opposite two side edges of the fourth plate are respectively connected with a fourth upper wing plate and a fourth upper wing plate in a bending manner, the areas of the first plate and the third plate are equal, and the areas of the second plate and the fourth plate are equal;
the packaging box plate is also provided with an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate, the upper cover plate is formed by splicing the second upper wing plate and the fourth upper wing plate, and the lower cover plate is formed by splicing the second lower wing plate and the fourth lower wing plate;
the packaging box plate is also provided with an adhesive tape device, the adhesive tape device is provided with a strip-shaped base material, the base material is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, the first surface is continuously coated with an adhesive layer along the length direction of the base material, and the second surface is continuously coated with a release layer along the length direction of the base material; the adhesive tape device comprises a first adhesive tape device and a second adhesive tape device, the first adhesive tape device is fixedly arranged at the edge of the second upper wing plate or the fourth upper wing plate through an adhesive layer, and the second adhesive tape device is fixedly arranged at the edge of the second lower wing plate or the fourth lower wing plate through an adhesive layer;
two ends of the first adhesive tape device are also connected with the adjacent upper wing plates at two sides of the upper wing plate connected with the first adhesive tape device through the adhesive layer;
two ends of the second adhesive tape device are also connected with the adjacent lower wing plates at two sides of the lower wing plate connected with the second adhesive tape device through the adhesive layers;
the joint of the upper wing plates adjacent to the two sides and the first adhesive tape device is also provided with a first easy-to-tear line, and the first easy-to-tear line is arranged on the upper wing plates adjacent to the two sides around the adhesive layer of the first adhesive tape device;
the joint of the two adjacent lower wing plates on the two sides and the second adhesive tape device is also provided with a second easy-to-tear line which is arranged on the two adjacent lower wing plates on the two sides around the adhesive layer of the second adhesive tape device;
