Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the closure structure may further include: an outer film 6, the outer film 6 being disposed outside the opening 4, the pull tab 1 being disposed outside the outer film 6; the outer film 6 may be Polyethylene (PE), and the outer film 6 may also be made of a composite material of OPP (Oriented Polypropylene) and PE, wherein the OPP may also be replaced by a polyester material such as HDPE, PP, PET/PBT. Before punching, an outer film 6 can be arranged at the pre-punching position of the composite packaging material 3 in advance, punching is carried out in the area covered by the outer film 6 to form an opening 4, and the area of the opening 4 is smaller than that of the outer film 6; alternatively, the composite packaging material 3 may be perforated, and the outer film 6 may be provided outside the composite packaging material 3 at the perforated position, so that the area of the outer film 6 is larger than the area of the opening 4, and the outer film 6 completely covers the opening 4. When the pull tab 1 comprises an aluminum foil, the pull tab 1 is heated in an electrical heating manner, so that the pull tab 1 is attached to the outer film 6 and fixed on the composite packaging material 3. The outer film 6 can avoid damage to the composite packaging material 3 when the pull tab 1 is pulled up due to strong binding force between the pull tab 1 and the composite packaging material 3 when the composite packaging material is opened. Further, the tab 1 may be provided with a width slightly narrower than the outer film 6 in consideration of a positioning error during the process.
Preferably, the pull-tab 1 is only partly attached to the outer film 6, at least part of the pull-tab 1 being left unsecured to the composite packaging material 3, so that the area of the outer film 6 may be smaller than the area of the pull-tab 1, or the length of the outer film 6 may be smaller than the length of the pull-tab 1, the unsecured part of the pull-tab 1 facilitating lifting of the pull-tab 1 during opening.
Further, the closure structure may further comprise an attachment means for preventing the pull-tab 1 from being completely detached from the package after opening. The connecting part can be a connecting belt or a connecting strip, for example, the connecting part can be integrally injection-molded with the plugging sheet 2 by adopting an injection-moldable material, the plugging sheet 2 is fixed on the pulling sheet 1, and the connecting part is fixed on the composite packaging material 3; or after the pulling piece 1 is attached to the composite packaging material 3 or the outer film 6, the plugging sheet 2 and the connecting part are formed on the pulling piece 1 by injection molding, and the connecting part is fixed on the composite packaging material 3; it is also possible to prepare the sealing foil 2 and the connecting member separately and then fix one end of the connecting member to the pull tab 1 or the sealing foil 2 by gluing or hot melting, the other end of the connecting member being fixed to the composite packaging material 3.
The end part of the pull tab 1 can be set as a connecting part, one end of the pull tab 1 is adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material 3, and the pull tab 1 still keeps being connected with the packaging box after being lifted from the other end which is not adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material 3, so that the pull tab 1 is prevented from being completely separated from the packaging box, and the opened plugging sheet 2 is convenient to store and install back on the opening 4.
The connecting member may be a part of the composite packaging material 3, for example, when the composite packaging material 3 is perforated to form the opening 4, the composite packaging material 3 at the perforated position is not completely cut and separated, the cut composite packaging material 3 is connected to the pull tab 1 or the blocking sheet 2 by being lifted to the outside of the opening, the pull tab 1 is attached to the inner film 5 at the opening 4 to close the opening 4, and the pull tab 1 or the blocking sheet 2 is connected to the packaging box through the cut composite packaging material 3 after being opened. Furthermore, the connecting component may also be in the form of a stop or snap mechanism injection molded on the composite packaging material 3, and all structures that allow the opened pull tab 1 to be directly or indirectly connected to the packaging box may be considered as connecting components.
In summary, in the sealing structure of the foregoing embodiment, the pull tab 1 is disposed on the outer side of the opening 4 on the composite packaging material 3, and the sealing sheet 2 matched with the shape of the opening 4 is disposed on the inner side surface or the outer side surface of the pull tab 1, so that the inner film 5 is broken at the opening 4 under the action of an external force, thereby opening the opening 4, and the sealing sheet 2 can be pulled out of and/or pressed back from the opening 4 under the action of an external force, thereby repeatedly opening and closing the opening 4 of the packaging box, effectively reducing the usage amount of plastics, being more environment-friendly, and reducing the manufacturing cost.
Example 3
In this embodiment, the area of the blocking sheet 2 is larger than the opening 4, the blocking sheet 2 completely covers the opening 4 and is recessed inwards at the opening 4 to form a recess, and the blocking sheet has an edge which is larger than the opening 4 and is parallel to the opening 4, and the edge is used for covering the outer side of the opening 4 on the packing box. The plugging sheet 2 on the inside of the pull tab 1 has an inwardly recessed recess at the opening 4 as shown in fig. 4, and the plugging sheet 2 on the outside of the pull tab 1 has an inwardly recessed recess at the opening 4 as shown in fig. 5. The concave part of the plugging sheet 2 can reduce the volume of the plugging sheet 2, thereby greatly reducing the plastic consumption required for forming the plugging sheet 2 and meeting the requirements of environmental protection and plastic reduction. Further, it is also possible to form the opening in the sealing sheet 2 by punching or injection molding, as shown in fig. 6, the sealing sheet 2 located inside the pull tab 1 has a recess recessed inward at the opening 4 and having an opening; fig. 7 shows that the closure foil 2 on the outside of the pull tab 1 has an inwardly recessed recess with an opening at the opening 4. The open hole on the plugging sheet 2 can be used as a straw hole, and a straw can directly extend into the packaging box from the open hole on the plugging sheet 2; when the straw is not used, the opening 4 can be opened directly by the pull tab 1, and after opening, the sealing sheet 2 is pressed back, so that the concave part of the sealing sheet 2 is embedded in and seals the opening 4. The openings in the closure foil 2 provide a more flexible opening pattern, while the amount of plastic used for the closure foil 2 can be further reduced. The closure structure may further include: an outer film 6, the outer film 6 being disposed outside the opening 4 and inside the pull tab 1.
The prepared plugging sheet 2 can be solid or hollow structure as long as the shape of the plugging sheet 2 is matched with that of the opening 4 and the material strength of the plugging sheet is enough to close the opening 4. The plugging sheet 2 is made of plastic, paper-plastic composite material or degradable biological material. In production, the pull sheet 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can be respectively prepared by different materials and then combined together in a heat sealing or bonding mode; of course, the pull tab 1, the sealing sheet 2 and the inner film 5 may be made of the same material, and in this case, the pull tab 1 and the sealing sheet 2 may be integrally formed.
Example 4
Unlike the three embodiments described above, the present embodiment discloses a sealing structure of a package box, in which a sealing sheet 2 is positioned inside an inner film 5, and the inside of the inner film 5 is the side facing the package contents, as shown in fig. 8 to 12.
Arranging an inner film 5 on the inner side of an opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3, and heating the inner film 5 to enable the inner film 5 to be attached to the innermost layer on the inner side of the composite packaging material 3 at the position outside the opening 4; and then fixing the plugging sheet 2 which is formed in advance on the position corresponding to the opening 4 on the inner side of the inner film 5, or forming the plugging sheet 2 on the position corresponding to the opening 4 on the inner side of the inner film 5 by injection molding.
Or fixing the blocking sheet 2 on the inner film 5, attaching the inner film 5 to the inner side of the opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3, specifically, forming the blocking sheet 2 by injection molding on one side of the inner film 5 or fixing the blocking sheet 2 which is formed in advance, heating the inner film 5, and attaching and sealing the other side of the inner film 5 to the inner side of the opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3.
The plugging sheet 2 is made of plastic, paper-plastic composite material or degradable biological material. The plugging sheet 2 may be solid or hollow, as long as the shape of the plugging sheet 2 matches the shape of the opening 4, and the material strength of the plugging sheet is enough to close the opening 4. In production, the pull sheet 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can be respectively prepared by different materials and then combined together in a heat sealing or bonding mode; of course, the pull tab 1, the sealing sheet 2 and the inner film 5 may be made of the same material, and the sealing sheet 2 and the inner film 5 may be integrally made as in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, the sealing structure may further include: an outer film 6, the outer film 6 being disposed outside the opening 4, the pull tab 1 being disposed outside the outer film 6; the outer film 6 may be PE (Polyethylene), and the outer film 6 may be made of a composite material of OPP (Oriented Polypropylene) and PE. Wherein, OPP can also be replaced by HDPE, PP, PET/PBT and other polyester materials. In the production process, the outer film 6 can be firstly bonded on the composite packaging material 3, and then the hole is punched in the area covered by the outer film 6 to form the opening 4; or the composite packaging material 3 can be punched to form the opening 4, and then the outer film 6 is arranged outside the opening 4, wherein the area of the outer film 6 is larger than that of the opening 4, so that the outer film 6 can completely cover the opening 4.
Preferably, the pull-tab 1 is only partly attached to the outer film 6, at least part of the pull-tab 1 being left unsecured to the composite packaging material 3, it being possible to make the area of the outer film 6 smaller than the area of the pull-tab 1, or to make the length of the outer film 6 smaller than the length of the pull-tab 1, in order to facilitate lifting of the pull-tab 1. The inner film 5 and the sealing thin sheet 2, the inner film 5 and the pull piece 1, and the outer film 6 and the pull piece 1 are fixedly connected in a heat sealing or gluing or ultrasonic or inductive mode.
Further, the closure structure may further comprise an attachment means for preventing the pull-tab 1 from being completely detached from the package after opening. Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, one end of the connecting member 8 is connected to the inner film 5 around the opening 4, one end of the connecting member 8 may also be connected to the innermost layer of the composite packaging material 3 near the opening 4, and the other end of the connecting member 8 is fixedly connected to the plugging sheet 2. After the pull tab 1 is lifted, the tab 2 remains connected to the package by the connecting member 8, further preventing the tab 2 from being detached from the package. For example, the connecting part 8 may be a connecting band or a connecting strip, and the connecting part 8 may be formed by injection molding of an injection moldable material integrally with the plugging sheet 2.
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, the edge of the plugging sheet 2 is chamfered or provided with an inclined surface, so that the plugging sheet 2 can be more easily inserted into the opening 4 under the action of external force, or the plugging sheet 2 is not easily separated from the opening 4 after being inserted into the opening 4, thereby ensuring the firmness of sealing the opening 4.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the inclined surface is provided with a plurality of horizontally-oriented arc-shaped protrusions or arc-shaped grooves 7. When the plugging sheet 2 is embedded into the opening 4, the edge of the opening 4 is just positioned at the joint of the two arc-shaped bulges or in the arc-shaped groove 7, so that the plugging sheet 2 and the packaging box are relatively fixed, the plugging sheet 2 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the opening 4, and meanwhile, the liquid in the packaging box can be prevented from flowing out.
The composite packaging material 3 is formed by compounding a paper base layer, a barrier layer (such as aluminum foil), a waterproof layer, an innermost layer, an adhesive layer and other multilayer layer structures. The thickness of the sealing sheet 2 is 1/8-8 times of the thickness of the base layer of the composite packaging material 3. Preferably, the thickness of the closure wafer 2 is 2-4 times the thickness of the base layer of the composite packaging material 3. In one or some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the thickness of the occluding sheet 2 is less on one side than on the other side; when the attachment means are provided on the side of the plugging sheet 2 having the smaller thickness or the plugging sheet 2 is not provided with the attachment means, the pull-tab 1 is pulled up from the side of the plugging sheet 2 having the larger thickness. More preferably, when the connecting means 8 are arranged on the side of the occluding sheet 2 having the larger thickness, the pull-tab 1 is pulled up from the side of the occluding sheet 2 having the smaller thickness.
Example 5
In one embodiment of the present application, a production process of a package box sealing structure is disclosed, which includes the following steps as shown in fig. 13:
step S1: and punching the composite packaging material to form an opening.
Step S2: the inner side and the outer side of the opening are respectively provided with an inner film and a pull piece, and the areas of the inner film and the pull piece are larger than the area of the opening.
Step S3: and a plugging thin sheet is arranged on the pull sheet or the inner film, is matched with the shape of the opening and corresponds to the position of the opening.
Step S4: the inner film, the plugging thin sheet and the pulling piece are fixedly connected through a heat sealing process or an adhesive process, so that the pulling piece can break the inner film at the opening under the action of external force to open the opening; when the sealing sheet is pressed, the sealing sheet can be fitted into the opening to seal the opening.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the process for manufacturing the package closure structure further comprises:

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the process for manufacturing the package closure structure further comprises:
an outer film is arranged on the outer side of the composite packaging material, and holes are punched in the area covered by the outer film to form an opening.
The pull tab is arranged above the outer film, the pull tab part is bonded with the outer film, at least part of the pull tab is not fixed on the composite packaging material, for example, the area of the outer film is smaller than that of the pull tab, or the length of the outer film is smaller than that of the pull tab, and the part of the pull tab which is not bonded is convenient for lifting the pull tab when opening. The tab is typically made from a composite material, such as a paper and PE composite or an aluminum foil and PE composite, and the paper may be a barrier paper, such as a nanocellulose paper. Wherein, the paper or aluminum foil can be replaced by LDPE (low-Density Polyethylene), HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), PA (polyamide), PLA (Polylactic Acid) or PBAT (butylene adipate/terephthalate) and other materials.
In one embodiment, a sealing foil is fixed to the inner side of the pull tab, and the film is fixedly connected to the sealing foil at the location of the opening in the composite packaging material to close the opening. One specific formula is as follows: punching the composite packaging material by punching equipment to form an opening; bonding the inner film to the inner side of the opening; the plugging sheet is arranged on the pulling piece, the shape of the plugging sheet is matched with that of the opening, and if the plugging sheet is made of a plastic material such as plastic, the plugging sheet can be formed on the inner side surface of the pulling piece through injection molding by injection molding equipment through an injection molding process. Alternatively, the sealing sheet can be formed first and then fixed to the inner side of the pull tab. And arranging the side of the plugging thin sheet which is not fixed with the pulling sheet at the opening position correspondingly, and fixedly connecting the plugging thin sheet and the inner film at the opening position together through a heat sealing process or an adhesive process to close the opening.
Further, the closure structure may further include a connecting member for preventing the pull tab from being completely separated from the packing box after opening. Specifically, the connecting component may be formed by injection molding of an injection moldable material and the plugging sheet, for example, an injection molding device is used to simultaneously injection mold the plugging sheet with the connecting component on one side of the pull tab, or the plugging sheet with the connecting component is formed by injection molding first and then fixed on the pull tab; and then, when the plugging thin sheet is fixedly connected with the inner membrane through heat sealing or gluing, the other end of the connecting component is heat sealed or glued on the composite packaging material.
The end part of the pull tab can be set as a connecting part, one end of the pull tab is adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material, and when the pull tab is not adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material and is lifted, the pull tab still keeps connected with the packaging box, so that the pull tab is prevented from being completely separated from the packaging box, and the opened sealing sheet is convenient to store and install back on the opening.
The connecting part can also be a part of the composite packaging material, namely, when the composite packaging material is punched to form an opening, the composite packaging material at the punching position is not completely cut; fixedly connecting a plugging sheet on one surface of the pull sheet, and connecting the cut composite packaging material on the pull sheet; the sealing sheet and the inner film are adhered to seal the opening, and the pull sheet can still be connected with the packaging box through the cut composite packaging material after being opened.
In another embodiment, a sealing sheet is fixed on the outer side of the pull tab, and the film is fixedly connected with the pull tab at the position of the opening of the composite packaging material to seal the opening.
One specific formula is as follows: arranging an outer film at a pre-punching position of the composite packaging material, punching a hole in a covering range of the outer film by using punching equipment to form an opening, or arranging the outer film on the opening formed by the composite packaging material; bonding the inner film to the inner side of the opening; the plugging sheet is arranged on the pulling piece, the shape of the plugging sheet is matched with that of the opening, and if the plugging sheet is made of a plastic material such as plastic, the plugging sheet can be formed on the outer side of the pulling piece through injection molding by injection molding equipment through an injection molding process. Or the plugging sheet can be manufactured and molded firstly and then fixed on the outer side of the pulling piece; and fixedly connecting the side of the pull piece, which is not provided with the plugging sheet, with the inner film at the opening through a heat sealing process or an adhesive process to close the opening, wherein the plugging sheet corresponds to the opening after closing.
Further, the closure structure may further include a connecting member for preventing the pull tab from being completely separated from the packing box after opening. Specifically, the connecting component may be formed by injection molding of an injection moldable material and the plugging sheet, for example, an injection molding device is used to simultaneously injection mold the plugging sheet with the connecting component on one side of the pull tab, or the plugging sheet with the connecting component is formed by injection molding first and then fixed on the pull tab; when the pulling piece and the inner film are fixedly connected through heat sealing or gluing, the other end of the connecting part can be simultaneously heat sealed or glued on the composite packaging material.
The end part of the pull piece can be set as a connecting part, one end of the pull piece is adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material, and when the pull piece is not adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material and the other end of the pull piece is lifted, the pull piece still keeps connected with the packaging box, so that the pull piece is prevented from being completely separated from the packaging box, and the opened plugging sheet is more convenient to store and install back to the opening.
The connecting part can also be a part of the composite packaging material, namely, when the composite packaging material is punched to form an opening, the composite packaging material at the punching position is not completely cut; fixedly connecting a plugging sheet on one surface of the pull sheet, and connecting the composite packaging material cut to form an opening part with the plugging sheet or with the pull sheet; the pull tab is bonded to the inner film to close the opening, and the pull tab can still be connected to the package box through the composite packaging material forming the opening portion after opening.
In a further embodiment, the sealing sheet is fixed on the inner side of the inner film and is fixedly connected with the inner film, and at the position of the opening of the composite packaging material, the inner film is adhered with the pull tab to seal the opening.
One specific formula is as follows: arranging an outer film at a preset position of the composite packaging material, punching a hole in the coverage range of the outer film by using punching equipment to form an opening, or arranging the outer film on the opening formed by the composite packaging material; adhering the inner membrane to the inner side of the opening, and arranging a plugging sheet on the inner side surface of the inner membrane; alternatively, the inner film with the sealing sheet may be provided inside the opening after the sealing sheet is provided on one surface of the inner film. The shape of the plugging sheet is matched with that of the opening, and the position of the plugging sheet corresponds to that of the opening. The pulling piece and the inner film at the opening are fixedly connected together through a heat sealing process or an adhesive process to seal the opening.
Further, the closure structure may further include a connecting member for preventing the pull tab from being completely separated from the packing box after opening. Specifically, the connecting component may be formed by injection molding of an injection moldable material and the plugging sheet, such as injection molding of the plugging sheet with the connecting component on the inner membrane by an injection molding device, or injection molding of the plugging sheet with the connecting component before fixing the plugging sheet on the inner membrane; when the inner film is fixed at the opening position by heat sealing or gluing, the other end of the connecting member is fixed on the innermost layer or the inner film of the composite packaging material near the opening.
The end part of the pull tab can be set as a connecting part, one end of the pull tab is adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material, and when the pull tab is not adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material and is lifted, the pull tab still keeps connected with the packaging box, so that the pull tab is prevented from being completely separated from the packaging box, and the opened sealing sheet is convenient to store and install back on the opening.
In one embodiment, the edges of the sealing foil are chamfered or beveled.
Furthermore, a plurality of arc-shaped bulges or arc-shaped grooves in the horizontal direction are formed on the inclined plane.
The composite packaging material comprises a base layer, a barrier layer, a waterproof layer, an innermost layer and an adhesive layer. The base layer of the composite packaging material generally adopts base paper, such as white base paper or kraft base paper.
In one embodiment the thickness of the closure flap is made 1/8-8 times the thickness of the base layer of the composite packaging material.
In a preferred embodiment the thickness of the closure wafer is made 2-4 times the thickness of the base layer of the composite packaging material.
In one embodiment, the tab is pulled from the side of the closure wafer having the smaller thickness, preferably by making the closure wafer from which it is made, with the thickness of one side of the closure wafer being smaller than the thickness of the other side.
Example 6
The present embodiment discloses a sealing structure of a packaging box, which is different from embodiment 1 in that the sealing structure of the present embodiment includes an inner film 5 and a sealing sheet 2, but does not include a pull tab. The packaging box is made of a composite packaging material 3, the composite packaging material 3 comprises a base layer, a barrier layer, a waterproof layer and an innermost layer, and the sealing structure comprises an inner film 5 and a sealing sheet 2; the shape of the plugging sheet 2 is matched with that of the opening 4, and the plugging sheet corresponds to the position of the opening 4; the inner membrane 5 covers the inner side of the opening 4, and the area of the inner membrane 5 is larger than that of the opening 4; the plugging sheet 2 can enable the inner film 5 to be broken at the opening 4 under the action of external force, so that the opening 4 is opened; the plugging sheet 2 can be inserted into the opening 4 under the action of external force, so that the opening 4 is closed.
The closure structure may further comprise an outer film 6, and the outer film 6 is disposed outside the opening 4. The plugging thin sheet 2 is connected with the composite packaging material 3 through the outer film 6, the area of the plugging thin sheet 2 can be slightly larger than that of the outer film 6, and external force can act on the part, exceeding the outer film 6, of the plugging thin sheet 2 to open the opening 4.
As shown in fig. 16, the area of the blocking sheet 2 is larger than that of the opening 4, the blocking sheet 2 completely covers the opening 4 and is recessed inwardly at the opening 4 to form a recess, and has a rim larger than the opening 4 and parallel to the opening 4, and the rim is used for covering the outer side of the opening 4 of the packing box. In addition, as shown in fig. 17, an opening may be formed in the concave portion of the sealing sheet 2 by punching or injection molding, the opening of the concave portion of the sealing sheet 2 may be used as a straw hole, and a straw may directly extend into the packaging box from the opening of the sealing sheet 2; when the straw is not used, the opening 4 is opened by the sealing sheet 2 as it is, and after the opening, the sealing sheet 2 is pushed back so that the concave portion of the sealing sheet 2 is fitted into the opening 4 to close the same. The openings in the closure foil 2 provide a more flexible opening pattern, while the amount of plastic used for the closure foil 2 can be further reduced.
Example 7
An embodiment of the application discloses a production process of a packaging box sealing structure, which comprises the following steps:
and punching the composite packaging material to form an opening.
An inner membrane is arranged on the inner side of the opening, and the area of the inner membrane is larger than that of the opening.
And a plugging thin sheet is arranged on the outer side of the inner membrane, is matched with the shape of the opening and corresponds to the position of the opening.
The inner membrane is fixedly connected with the plugging thin sheet through a heat sealing process or an adhesive process, so that the inner membrane can be broken at the opening under the action of an external force by the plugging thin sheet, and the opening is realized; when the sealing sheet is pressed, the sealing sheet can be fitted into the opening to seal the opening.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that similar to example 5, the order and adjacent relationship of the above steps is not limiting. For example, before the opening is formed by punching, an outer film may be provided outside the opening, that is, an outer film may be provided outside the composite packaging material, and then the opening may be formed by punching in an area covered by the outer film. After the opening is formed by punching and before the inner film is provided on the inner side of the opening, the outer film may be provided on the outer side of the opening. It is also possible to provide an outer membrane outside the opening after providing the inner membrane inside the opening. In addition, the inner film can be provided with the sealing sheet, and then the combination of the inner film and the sealing sheet can be arranged at the opening.
The bonding between the adjacent portions is similar to that of example 5. If an outer film is provided, the plugging sheet is arranged on the outer side of the outer film, and the plugging sheet part is adhered to the outer film. Preferably, the area of the blocking sheet is larger than that of the opening, the blocking sheet completely covers the opening and is inwards recessed at the opening to form a concave part, the blocking sheet is provided with an edge which is larger than the opening and is parallel to the opening, the edge is used for covering the outer side of the opening on the packaging box, and the edge is bonded with the outermost layer or the outer film of the composite packaging material.
An embodiment of this application discloses a packing carton, is equipped with the enclosed construction in above-mentioned arbitrary embodiment on this packing carton, and this packing carton can realize repeatedly opening and seal the packing carton opening, portable, and more environmental protection.

Claims (24)
1. The utility model provides a sealing structure of packing carton, the packing carton is made by composite packaging material, composite packaging material includes basic unit, barrier layer, waterproof layer and inlayer, its characterized in that, sealing structure includes: a pull tab, an inner membrane and a sealing sheet;
the pull piece covers the outer side of the opening in the packaging box, the area of the pull piece is larger than that of the opening, and the sealing sheet is matched with the opening in shape and corresponds to the opening in position; the inner membrane covers the inner side of the opening, and the area of the inner membrane is larger than that of the opening;
the pull piece can enable the inner film to be broken at the opening under the action of external force, so that the opening is opened;
the plugging sheet can be embedded into the opening under the action of external force, so that the opening is sealed.
2. The closure structure of claim 1, wherein said sealing tab is located on an inner side of said pull tab, said inner film being fixedly attached to said sealing tab.
3. The seal structure of claim 1, wherein the sealing tab is located on an outer side of the pull tab, the inner membrane being fixedly connected to the pull tab.
4. The closure structure of claim 1, wherein said closure tab is located on an inner side of said inner membrane, said pull tab being fixedly attached to said inner membrane.
5. The closure structure of claim 1, further comprising an outer film disposed outside of said opening, said pull tab being disposed outside of said outer film.
6. The closure structure of claim 5, wherein said outer film has an area less than an area of said pull tab or a length less than a length of said pull tab, said pull tab portion being fixedly attached to said outer film.
7. The closure structure of claim 1, wherein the material of the sealing sheet is plastic, paper-plastic composite material, or degradable biological material.
8. The closure structure of claim 1, wherein the pull tab is a composite material comprising a barrier material that is at least one of aluminum foil or barrier paper and a fusible material that is at least one selected from plastic, PLA, or PBAT.
9. The seal structure of claim 1, wherein the inner film is a PE film or a composite film.
10. The closure structure of claim 1, wherein the edge of said sealing sheet is chamfered or beveled.
11. The seal structure of claim 10, wherein the inclined surface is provided with a plurality of horizontally-oriented arc-shaped protrusions or arc-shaped grooves.
12. The closure structure of claim 1, wherein said lidding sheet has a thickness 1/8-8 times the thickness of the base layer of said composite packaging material.
13. The closure structure of claim 12, wherein said sealing sheet has a thickness of 2-4 times the thickness of the base layer of said composite packaging material.
14. The closure structure of any one of claims 1-13 wherein said tab is pulled from the side of the closure sheet having the lesser thickness, said tab having a thickness on one side that is less than the thickness on the other side.
15. The closure structure of any one of claims 1-13, further comprising an attachment member that attaches the composite packaging material to the pull tab or the closure tab.
16. The closure structure of any one of claims 1-13, further comprising an attachment member, said attachment member being an end portion of said pull tab, said end portion of said pull tab being attached to said composite packaging material.
17. The closure structure of claim 4, further comprising a connecting member having one end fixedly connected to the inner membrane or the innermost layer near the inside of the opening and the other end fixedly connected to the sealing sheet.
18. A closure structure according to any of claims 1 to 13, wherein said closure sheet is a hollow structure and/or the central portion of said closure sheet has an opening.
19. The closure structure according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said blocking sheet is recessed toward said opening side to form a recess.
20. The closure structure of claim 19, wherein said recess has an aperture.
21. the shape of the plugging sheet is matched with that of the opening, and the plugging sheet corresponds to the position of the opening; the inner membrane covers the inner side of the opening, and the area of the inner membrane is larger than that of the opening;
the inner film can be broken at the opening under the action of external force by the plugging sheet, so that the opening is opened;
the plugging sheet can be embedded into the opening under the action of external force, so that the opening is sealed.
22. The closure structure of claim 21, wherein said blocking sheet is recessed toward said open side to form a recess and has a rim which is larger than said opening and parallel to said opening, said rim being adapted to cover the outside of the opening in said package.
23. The closure structure of claim 22, wherein said recess has an aperture.
24. A package provided with a closure according to any one of claims 1 to 23.
