Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology of electric trucks, in particular to a small electric truck structure with a low chassis.
Background
The electric truck is a general name of a pure electric truck type for carrying goods, is increasingly adopted along with the progress of battery technology, is driven by electric energy, has great price advantage compared with fuel oil, but has the characteristic of low cruising ability, and is generally used in urban freight trucks.
The relatively large application scene is express delivery or a small-sized city operator, the freight weight of the operator is usually not very large, but the vehicle is relatively hard to use, namely the operator is often used.
The design concept of the conventional electric truck is the same as that of the gas truck, the chassis of the truck is designed to be higher, and the high chassis has the advantage of higher environmental adaptability and can be used for removing complex road conditions.
The problem of the high chassis is that the cargo transferring and unloading need a lifting process, such as loading a car of vegetables, lifting up and down the vegetable bag, and a more physical power-saving electric truck is needed from the use of operators.

The frame comprises two longitudinal beams, namely a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam, a plurality of fixed beams are arranged between the two longitudinal beams, a cross beam is arranged on the two longitudinal beams, two sides of the left longitudinal beam and two sides of the right longitudinal beam are respectively provided with a support frame extending outwards, and the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are respectively provided with a tire shaft seat.

The distance between the lowest part of the frame and the horizontal ground is 12cm to 24cm, and the distance is the chassis height of a common car.
The box body section shows an inverted-convex shape, and the rear wheels are mounted on the longitudinal beams and located below the supporting frames, so that the box body section has the effect of expanding the volume of the box body.
The two wheels are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the two longitudinal beams, so that the weight of goods can be better shared by the wheels, and the pressure of the longitudinal beams is reduced.
The power assembly is positioned between the box body section and the vehicle head and comprises a battery module, a driving motor and a tire set, and the battery module is positioned above the driving motor; the power combination is positioned in the middle part and is different from a common electric truck, the common electric truck arranges a battery below a frame, and the battery is arranged above a driving motor, so that a space is reserved for a box body with a low chassis.
The invention is very convenient for users to load goods, the guard plate at the back can be used as a backing plate, the cart can be used for pushing the goods into the carriage, the unloading and loading are very convenient, and the operator can unload and load the goods more conveniently.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention is shown to solve the above disadvantages, and to provide a small electric truck with a low chassis, which improves the configuration structure of the conventional electric truck to obtain a new truck structure because of the design of the ultra-low chassis.
The invention relates to a small electric truck structure with a low chassis, which comprises a truck head 3, a power assembly 2 positioned in the middle part and a truck body section 1 positioned at the rear end, wherein the main structure of the truck body section is mainly improved, the upper part of the truck body section 1 is a truck body main body 12, a truck frame 11 is arranged below the truck body main body 12, a plurality of rear wheels, namely a first rear wheel set 112 and a second rear wheel set 113, are arranged below the truck frame 11, a guard plate 111 is arranged at the rear side of the truck frame 11, the power assembly 2 is positioned between the truck head 3 and the truck body section 1, and the power assembly 2 comprises a battery module 23, a driving motor 22 and a tire set 21.
The frame 11 comprises two longitudinal beams, namely a left longitudinal beam 114 and a right longitudinal beam 113, a plurality of fixed beams 116 are arranged between the two longitudinal beams, a cross beam 115 is arranged on the two longitudinal beams, outwardly extending support frames 117 are respectively arranged on two sides of the left longitudinal beam 114 and the right longitudinal beam 113, and tire shaft seats 1131 are respectively arranged on the left longitudinal beam 114 and the right longitudinal beam 113.
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle head 3 has front wheels 31, which mainly serve to support the vehicle head 3. A door 121 is provided on the rear side of the cabinet main body 12.
As shown in fig. 5, the rear side of the frame 11 is provided with a guard plate 111, which can be put down, and one side of the guard plate supports the ground to function as an inclined base plate.
Referring to fig. 4, which shows a rear view of the car, the box body 12 is located above the car frame 11, the height difference between the bottommost part of the car frame 11 and the ground is a, a is 12cm to 24cm, and the distance is the height of the chassis of a common car, which is very convenient for putting goods in.
As shown in fig. 4, said box section 1 shows an inverted-convex shape, with the rear wheels mounted on the longitudinal beams and located below the support frame, which has the effect of enlarging the volume of the box, since with a lower chassis, at the same height of the box, a greater storage space is obtained.
The two wheels are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the two longitudinal beams, so that more wheels can better share the weight of goods and reduce the pressure of the longitudinal beams, because a lower chassis is adopted, the thickness of the fixed beam 116 is difficult to be made very thick, the firmness of the fixed beam can be reduced, partial pressure at the bottom of the box body can be dispersed by increasing the wheels, the conventional truck has 4 wheels, 8 wheels are installed, and particularly 4 wheels are installed on the box body.
As shown in fig. 3, the power assembly is located between the box section and the vehicle head, and includes a battery module 23, a driving motor 22 and a tire set 21, wherein the battery module 23 is located above the driving motor 22; the power combination is positioned in the middle part and is different from a common electric truck, the common electric truck arranges a battery below a frame, the battery is arranged above a driving motor, the purpose of the invention is to make room for a box body with a low chassis, the battery module 23 is arranged on a tire set 21, the battery module 23 of the truck is usually high in density and heavy in weight, the friction force between the battery module 23 and the ground can be increased, and the truck is not easy to slip in the process of advancing.
As shown in fig. 6, an application scenario is shown, a person can push a small goods cart to directly push goods into a box body, and compared with the prior art, the small goods cart can be generally sent by one person under the truck and received by one person on the truck.
The invention is very convenient for users to load goods, the guard plate at the back can be used as a backing plate, the cart can be used for pushing the goods into the carriage, the unloading and loading are very convenient, and the operator can unload and load the goods more conveniently.

A small electric truck structure with a low chassis comprises a truck head, a power assembly positioned in the middle and a truck body section positioned at the rear end, and is characterized in that the upper part of the truck body section is a truck body main body, a truck frame is arranged below the truck body main body, a plurality of rear wheels are arranged below the truck frame, a guard plate is arranged at the rear side of the truck frame, the power assembly is positioned between the truck head and the truck body section, and comprises a battery module, a driving motor and a tire set; the frame contains two longerons, is left longeron and right longeron respectively, is provided with many fixed beams between two longerons, be provided with a crossbeam on two longerons, be provided with the support frame of outside extension respectively in the both sides of left longeron and right longeron, be provided with the tire axle bed respectively in left longeron and right longeron side, the frame shows the recess form.
2. A low-chassis minielectric truck structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fender is provided at a rear side of said frame, and in a lowered state, one side of said fender is supported to the ground and the other side is mounted on said frame.
3. The structure of claim 2, wherein the lowest part of the frame is located at a distance of 12cm to 24cm from the horizontal ground.
4. A low floor electric scooter according to claim 1, wherein said housing section exhibits an inverted-convex shape.
5. A low-floor electric scooter according to claim 1, wherein the power pack is located between the housing section and the scooter head and includes a battery module and a drive motor and a tire set, the battery module being located above the drive motor.
