Abstract
The invention discloses a measuring and molding method for manufacturing a twisted handrail of a wood stair, wherein two paper strips are respectively laid in a rotating mode from bottom to top along the inner arc bend and the outer arc bend of a spiral stair from the two side edges of the steps of the spiral stair, and the bottom surfaces of the paper strips are supported and fixed on the outer edge side lines of the front surface of each step in an adhesive mode during laying; marking and drawing the side line, the inner angle and the outer angle of the front surface of each step on a paper strip, marking a serial number, and measuring and marking the height of each step; and (5) removing the two paper strips from the steps to obtain the mould paper. The measurement and the manufacture of the mould paper are simple and intuitive, professional staff are not needed to participate, and a client can finish the mould paper manufacture by himself; the collected data is complete and accurate, and post-production is facilitated.

Wooden spiral stairs are more and more popular with people due to the smooth and elegant aesthetic feeling. But the manufacturing of the twisted handrail of the spiral stair belongs to the technical problem of woodwork. The traditional manufacturing process comprises the following steps: 1. lofting the actual size; 2. copying a downward bent material by solid wood; 3. finger joint twisting; 4. modeling; 5. repairing and polishing; 6. primer coating, polishing and finish coating.
Wherein, the data acquisition is carried out according to the actual size lofting, and materials and tools are required to be pulled to a construction site for installing the stairs; or a simple model frame similar to the field is built in a workshop, and the twisted handrail is processed according to the model frame.
The invention patent document CN108789747a discloses a method for processing twisted handrails for stairs and a method for processing handrails for stairs. The processing method of the twisted handrail for the stair comprises the steps of on-site measurement, calculation of radius of the handrail, drawing and processing of twist degree, milling treatment and multi-section splicing, wherein the on-site measurement is to measure the size of each step on site and manufacture a stair template, then draw a plane handrail circular arc according to the stair template, divide the plane handrail circular arc into a plurality of sections and calculate the radius of an actual handrail circular arc corresponding to each section of handrail circular arc; and (4) carrying out torsion processing on the handrail blank according to the actual handrail arc radius corresponding to each section of handrail arc, and splicing the multi-section handrail finished products after milling.
However, the field measurement method provided by the method is not strong in operability, is not visual, simple and convenient enough, can be completed by professional personnel, and cannot be implemented by common customers.

The invention aims to provide a measuring and molding method for manufacturing a twisted handrail of a wood stair, which is simple and feasible. firstly, two paper strips with the width of 10-20 cm are respectively tiled from bottom to top along two side edges of a step of the spiral stair, the bottom surfaces of the paper strips are supported and glued and fixed on the outer edge side line of the front surface of each step during tiling, and the two paper strips are respectively tiled in an inclined and upward rotating manner along the inner arc bend and the outer arc bend of the spiral stair;
marking and drawing a side line of the front face of each step on the paper strip, and simultaneously marking and drawing an inner angle and an outer angle of each step; preferably, the paper slips are pressed downwards at the inner corners and the outer corners, so that the inner corners and the outer corners are highlighted on the paper slips, and then the highlighting parts on the paper slips are marked and drawn by a pen;
marking serial numbers on corresponding positions on the paper slip according to the up-down sequence of each step, measuring and marking the height of each step on the corresponding positions on the paper slip;
and fourthly, removing the two paper strips from the steps to obtain the mould paper.
The method has the advantages that the measurement and the manufacture of the mould paper are simple and intuitive, professional staff are not needed, and a client can finish the mould paper manufacture by himself; the collected data is complete and accurate, and post-production is facilitated.

firstly, two 15 cm-wide paper strips are respectively tiled from bottom to top along two side edges of a step 105 of the spiral stair, and the two paper strips are respectively tiled in an inclined and upward rotating manner along an inner arc bend 101 and an outer arc bend 102 of the spiral stair. The paper strips which are obliquely and upwardly rotated and tiled along the inner arc bend 101 are called inner arc bending mould paper 202, and the paper strips which are obliquely and upwardly rotated and tiled along the outer arc bend 102 are called outer arc bending mould paper 201. When the tread is laid, the bottom surfaces of the inner curved mold paper 202 and the outer curved mold paper 201 are supported and fixed (such as by 502 glue) on the front outer edge lines 106 of each step 105 by gluing. The paper strips can be connected in a extending mode by gluing or binding when the paper strips are not long enough or turn.
Secondly, marking and drawing a side line 203 of the front surface of each step 105 on the inner arc bending mould paper 202 and the outer arc bending mould paper 201, and drawing by adopting an oil pen; and simultaneously marking and drawing an inner angle 103 and an outer angle 104 of each step 105, pressing down paper strips at the inner angle 103 and the outer angle 104 by fingers to enable the inner angle 103 and the outer angle 104 to be highlighted on the paper strips, marking by using a highlight part of a pen on the paper strips, and drawing an inner angle mark 205 and an outer angle mark 204.
Marking serial numbers (such as serial number identifications 1, 2 and 3 on the paper slip shown in fig. 3) at corresponding positions on the paper slip according to the up-down sequence of each step 105, measuring and marking the height (namely the height a shown in fig. 1) of each step 105 at the corresponding position on the paper slip;
and fourthly, removing two paper strips from the step 105 to obtain the inner arc bending mould paper 202 and the outer arc bending mould paper 201. Since the bonding position of the paper strip and the steps is limited to the front outer edge line 106 of each step 105, the paper strip can be easily removed.
When required, the corresponding position on the note can also be drawn with a starting bend mark and/or a stair large column mark: if the starting bend for decoration is made at the starting point of the stair handrail, a starting bend mark 205 can be drawn at the corresponding position of the first-stage step on the paper strip; if the starting bend is directly butted with the big column of the spiral stair, the big column mark 206 can be drawn at the corresponding position on the paper strip.
After the making party receives the mould paper, the workshop is handed over to organize production according to the making and processing drawing of the mould paper. marking serial numbers on corresponding positions on the paper slip according to the up-down sequence of each step, measuring and marking the height of each step on the corresponding positions on the paper slip;
and fourthly, removing the two paper strips from the steps to obtain the mould paper.
2. The method for forming a mold according to claim 1, wherein in step 2, the paper strip is pressed down at the inner and outer corners so that the inner and outer corners are highlighted on the paper strip, and the highlighting on the paper strip is drawn with a pen.
