The sand blasting machine comprises a frame, a first conveying mechanism, a sand blasting mechanism and a sand material circulating mechanism, wherein the first conveying mechanism, the sand blasting mechanism and the sand material circulating mechanism are arranged on the frame, the first conveying mechanism is used for automatically conveying the soft sheet, the sand blasting mechanism is used for automatically blasting the soft sheet conveyed by the first conveying mechanism, and the sand material circulating mechanism is used for extracting sand materials sprayed by the sand blasting mechanism and circularly conveying the sand materials to the sand blasting mechanism; the method is characterized in that: the first conveying mechanism comprises a first annular belt, a second annular belt and a first driving piece, wherein the first annular belt and the second annular belt are rotatably arranged, the first driving piece is used for driving the two annular belts to rotate, the first annular belt is provided with a first horizontal part, the second annular belt is provided with a second horizontal part, and the first horizontal part and the second horizontal part are spaced from each other and are arranged in parallel; the first annular belt and the second annular belt are respectively provided with an annular blind groove, the annular blind grooves are concavely formed from the outer surface of the annular belt, and the annular blind grooves are arranged along the length direction of the annular belt in an extending manner; the upper end and the lower end of the soft sheet respectively extend into the annular blind groove of the first horizontal part and the annular blind groove of the second horizontal part, and the sand blasting mechanism performs sand blasting treatment on the soft sheet between the first horizontal part and the second horizontal part; the first conveying mechanism further comprises two guide plates which are arranged at intervals in parallel, the guide plates are provided with guide blind grooves extending along the length direction, the guide blind grooves are positioned on one sides of the two guide plates, which are close to each other, the first horizontal part and the second horizontal part are positioned between the two guide plates, and the first horizontal part and the second horizontal part are respectively accommodated in the guide blind grooves of the two guide plates; the sand blasting machine further comprises a second conveying mechanism arranged on the frame, and the second conveying mechanism conveys the soft sheet material to enable the soft sheet material to enter the first conveying mechanism; the second conveying mechanism comprises a guide piece, two third wheel bodies which are rotatably arranged, and a second driving piece which is used for driving the two third wheel bodies to rotate, wherein the guide piece is provided with a conveying channel, the conveying channel penetrates through the guide piece and is used for accommodating soft sheets, the two third wheel bodies are positioned at two sides of the conveying channel, one sides of the two third wheel bodies, which are close to each other, respectively extend into the conveying channel, and the two third wheel bodies respectively abut against the left side and the right side of the soft sheets in the conveying channel; the guide piece is provided with two abdicating holes which are respectively communicated with the conveying channel, the two abdicating holes are respectively positioned at two sides of the conveying channel, and the two third wheel bodies respectively extend into the conveying channel through the two abdicating holes; the outer sides of the two third wheel bodies are respectively sleeved with an annular ring, and the annular rings of the two third wheel bodies are respectively used for abutting against two sides of the soft sheet.

A blasting machine for flexible sheets according to claim 1, wherein: the sand blasting mechanism comprises a sand blasting gun and a sand pumping pump communicated with the sand blasting gun, and sand pumped by the sand pumping pump is sprayed on the soft sheet conveyed by the first conveying mechanism through the sand blasting gun; the sand circulation mechanism comprises a protective shell covered with the first conveying mechanism and the sand blasting gun, a conical funnel which is communicated with the protective shell and positioned below the first conveying mechanism and the sand blasting gun, a lifting machine which is communicated with the conical funnel, and a pumping device which is communicated with the lifting machine and the sand pumping pump.

A blasting machine for flexible sheets according to claim 1, wherein: the first conveying mechanism further comprises two first wheel bodies and two second wheel bodies which are rotatably arranged on the frame, the first annular belt is sleeved on the outer side of one first wheel body and the outer side of one second wheel body, the second annular belt is sleeved on the outer side of the other first wheel body and the outer side of the other second wheel body, the two first wheel bodies are provided with gear sets meshed with each other, the first driving piece is a first motor, and the first driving piece is used for driving the first wheel bodies to rotate; the first wheel body and the second wheel body are provided with first annular grooves, the first annular grooves are arranged around the rotation axis of the wheel body, and the annular belt is accommodated in the first annular grooves.

A blasting machine for flexible sheets according to claim 1, wherein: the third wheel body is provided with a second annular groove, the second annular groove is arranged around the rotation axis of the third wheel body, the annular ring is accommodated in the second annular groove, the annular ring is made of soft rubber, and the annular ring protrudes out of the outer surface of the third wheel body and is used for abutting against the soft sheet.

A blasting machine for flexible sheets according to claim 1, wherein: the sand blasting machine further comprises a third conveying mechanism arranged on the frame, wherein the third conveying mechanism conveys the soft sheet and conveys the soft sheet to the second conveying mechanism; the third conveying mechanism comprises a material containing unit for containing the soft sheet, a third driving piece for driving the material containing unit to move and a fourth driving piece for driving the soft sheet contained in the material containing unit to enter the conveying channel, and the material containing unit is provided with a material containing channel which is used for communicating the conveying channel and is used for containing the soft sheet.

A blasting machine for soft sheets according to claim 5, wherein: the third driving piece comprises a fourth wheel body, a fifth wheel body, an annular strip sleeved on the outer side of the fourth wheel body and the outer side of the fifth wheel body, and a second motor for driving the fourth wheel body or/and the fifth wheel body, the annular strip is provided with a plurality of material containing pieces, the material containing pieces are arranged along the length direction of the annular strip, and the material containing channel is arranged on the material containing pieces.
