Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel pipe machining, in particular to automatic deburring equipment for an excircle of a port of a steel pipe.
Background
The steel pipe is used in many occasions as a common material, the cross section of the steel pipe needs to be cut in the manufacturing process of the steel pipe, burrs are formed on the excircle of the port of the cut steel pipe, the burrs affect the quality and the appearance of the steel pipe, and the effect of assembling the steel pipe and other structures in practical application is affected; therefore, after the steel pipe is cut, the excircle of the port of the steel pipe needs to be polished, and burrs generated during cutting are completely processed, so that the excircle of the port of the steel pipe is tidy and smooth; the existing polishing mode of the excircle of the port of the steel pipe mainly comprises two methods, one is that a worker holds a handheld polishing machine with one hand and holds the steel pipe with the other hand, and rotates the steel pipe with the hand to match with the handheld polishing machine on the other hand to polish a circle of the excircle of the port of the steel pipe; the other method is that a vertical polishing device worker only needs to hold the steel pipe by hand and then rotates the steel pipe to match with the vertical polishing device to polish the excircle of the port of the steel pipe; however, the two methods have some problems, one of which is very low in automation degree, time-consuming and labor-consuming, not only increases the labor intensity of workers and the production cost, but also is very low in production efficiency; the two-way grinding machine can cause the condition of uneven force application through manual operation, and cannot ensure that the grinding uniformity of the excircle of the port of the steel pipe influences the quality of a product; thirdly, the vertical polishing equipment can generate vibration to affect the polishing precision and quality in the polishing process by adopting the second method.
The steel pipe end face grinding machine disclosed by the Chinese patent application No. CN201811237215.X comprises a frame, wherein a clamp and a grinder are arranged on the frame, a transverse guide rail is further arranged on the frame, a sliding seat is arranged on the transverse guide rail, a longitudinal guide rail is arranged on the sliding seat, a sliding frame is arranged on the longitudinal guide rail, and the grinder is fixed on the sliding frame. Compared with the prior art that the clamp holder clamps the steel pipe, the scheme can ensure that the sander transversely and longitudinally moves relative to the end face of the steel pipe by moving the sliding seat and the sliding frame, so that the end face of the steel pipe can be conveniently sanded, and the arrangement of the sliding seat and the sliding frame ensures that the end face of the steel pipe has high sanding precision and the sanding precision of the end face of the steel pipe is improved; this equipment can not realize automatic feeding, polish, ejection of compact automated production process as an organic whole, and can only polish steel pipe one end earlier when polishing, so the efficiency of polishing of steel pipe is not high in actual production process, and this equipment can only polish the terminal surface of steel pipe and can't polish so the practicality to the excircle of port not perfect enough.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the steel pipe is driven to rotate by the clamping rotating part, the steel pipe is limited by the clamping rotating part and is allowed to rotate relative to the clamping block and the grinding assembly in the rotating process along with the clamping rotating part by matching with the grinding assembly arranged on the inner wall of the rack and the clamping block of the clamping rotating part, so that the cross section of the port of the steel pipe and the excircle at the port of the steel pipe are accurately and uniformly ground and deburred, and the excircle at the port of the steel pipe is polished; the automatic feeding, automatic polishing and automatic discharging automatic feeding and polishing device has the advantages that the automatic feeding, automatic polishing and automatic discharging automatic working process of the steel pipes is realized through an ingenious design structure, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the polishing and processing efficiency of the steel pipes is improved.

the limiting assembly is coaxially arranged with the positioning sleeve and comprises limiting mechanisms which are bilaterally symmetrically arranged on the two inner walls of the rack and guide rods which are vertically symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the connecting plate, and the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting block and a guide block arranged at the end part of the limiting block;

Preferably, guide holes are symmetrically formed in the upper part and the lower part of the supporting plate, and the connecting rod is slidably mounted in the guide holes; locating holes are symmetrically formed in the two ends of the connecting rod, and the locating holes are slidably mounted on the locating rods.

(6) When the direct drive main shaft rotates, the first transmission assembly and the second transmission assembly are driven to drive the feeding part and the discharging assembly to work synchronously, so that energy consumption is saved, synchronous motion of the feeding part and the discharging assembly is realized, and the influence of vibration generated by equipment on the polishing quality of the steel pipe in the working process is avoided due to the stability of the structure.

In conclusion, the automatic feeding device is ingenious in structural design and high in working efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and improves the automation degree of equipment.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an automatic deburring apparatus for an outer circle of a steel pipe port includes:
a frame 1;
the feeding assembly 2 is arranged at the upper end part of the rack 1, and comprises a first transmission assembly 21, a feeding box 22 arranged on the inner wall of the rack 1, a feeding roller 23 which is positioned below the feeding box 22 and is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the rack 1, and a feeding frame 24 arranged at the bottom of the feeding box 22;
the clamping and rotating part 3 is arranged below the feeding frame 24 and comprises a main shaft 31 rotatably mounted on the inner wall of the rack 1, a positioning sleeve 33 coaxially arranged with the main shaft 31 and mounted on the main shaft 31 through a plurality of supporting plates 32, connecting rods 34 vertically and symmetrically mounted on the supporting plates 32 in a sliding manner, a connecting plate 35 positioned at the end part of the connecting rod 34 and mounted on the main shaft 31 in a sliding manner, positioning rods 36 positioned at the two end parts of the positioning sleeve 33 and mounted on the main shaft 31 and the positioning sleeve 33 vertically and symmetrically, and clamping assemblies 37 vertically and symmetrically arranged on the connecting rods 34; the two ends of the connecting plate 35 are respectively connected with the ends of connecting rods 34 which are symmetrically arranged up and down, and the first transmission assembly 21 is arranged at one end of the feeding roller 23 and one end of the main shaft 31;
the limiting assembly 4 is coaxially arranged with the positioning sleeve 33, and comprises limiting mechanisms 41 which are bilaterally symmetrically arranged on the two inner walls of the rack 1 and guide rods 42 which are vertically symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the connecting plate 35, wherein the limiting mechanism 41 comprises a limiting block 411 and a guide block 412 arranged at the end part of the limiting block 411;
the polishing assemblies 5 are arranged at two ends of the positioning sleeve 33 in a bilateral symmetry mode and are coaxial with the main shaft 31, each polishing assembly 5 comprises a port polishing plate 52 installed on the inner wall of the rack 1 through a plurality of fixing blocks 51 and an outer circle polishing plate 53 vertically arranged on the outer circle of the port polishing plate 52, and the distance between the symmetrically arranged port polishing plates 52 is matched with the length size of the steel pipe;
the discharging assembly 6 is arranged below the clamping and rotating part 3, and comprises a buffer mechanism 61 arranged right below the positioning sleeve 33, conveying rollers 62 which are positioned on one side of the buffer mechanism 61 and are symmetrically arranged on the two inner walls of the rack 1 in a front-back rotating mode, and a conveying belt 63 rotatably arranged on the conveying rollers 62;
drive assembly 7, drive assembly 7 includes relative first transmission assembly 21 and sets up the opposite side of frame 1 and with biax motor 71 and the second transmission assembly 72 that main shaft 31 is connected, second transmission assembly 72 installs the one end of biax motor 71 and transfer roller 62.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, guide holes 321 are symmetrically formed in the support plate 32 in the up-down direction, and the connecting rod 34 is slidably mounted in the guide holes 321; positioning holes 341 are symmetrically formed in two ends of the connecting rod 34, and the positioning holes 341 are slidably mounted on the positioning rod 36; the positioning hole 341 is vertically and slidably fitted on the positioning rod 36 and fitted with the guiding hole 321 of the supporting plate 32, so that the connecting rod 34 can vertically slide along the guiding hole 321 and the positioning hole 341 and drive the clamping assembly 37 to move up and down by rotatably fitting the limiting assembly 4 with the positioning sleeve 33.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cylinder wall of the positioning sleeve 33 has a plurality of through holes 331 which are vertically symmetrical and have equal distance along the axial direction thereof, the clamping assembly 37 includes a pull rod 371 which is arranged on the connecting rod 34 and is located in the through hole 331, clamping blocks 372 which are hinged and symmetrically arranged at the end portions of the pull rod 371, and a spring a373 which connects the bottom of the clamping block 372 and the inner wall of the through hole 331; the connecting rod 34 drives the clamping assembly 37 to move towards the spindle 31 along the guide hole 321 and is matched with the through hole 331 in the positioning sleeve 33 to limit the clamping block 372 to control the clamping of the clamping block 372, and after the clamping block 372 is loosened, the clamping assembly 37 is reset through the elastic force of the spring a 373.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the clamp block 372 forms a circular clamp space 3721 after being clamped, the size of the clamp space 3721 is matched with the size of the cross section of the steel pipe, the steel pipe can rotate in the clamp space 3721, the steel pipe is limited in the horizontal direction through the polishing assembly 5 and contacts with the excircle of the port of the steel pipe to generate friction, and in the process that the steel pipe rotates along with the clamp assembly 37, the steel pipe rotates in the clamping space by generating friction in cooperation with the contact of the excircle of the port of the steel pipe, so that the contact area between the excircle of the port of the steel pipe and the polishing assembly 5 is uniform, and the polishing effect is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a feeding port 221 is formed in the center of the bottom of the feeding box 22 along the length direction of the feeding port, a receiving groove 231 is formed in the feeding roller 23 and located right below the feeding port 221 along the length direction of the feeding port, and the sizes of the feeding port 221 and the receiving groove 231 are matched with the size of the steel pipe.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, inclined plates 222 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the feeding box 22 and at two sides of the feeding opening 221; the inclined plate 222 is provided to make the steel pipe in the feeding box 22 slide down to the through hole 331 along the inclined plate 222 by its own weight, enter the receiving groove 231 from the through hole 331 and transfer the steel pipe to the clamping block 372 of the clamping assembly 37 through the feeding roller 23 and the feeding frame 24.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the feeding frame 24 includes a limiting ring 241 and a guide frame 242, the limiting ring 241 is coaxial with the feeding roller 23 and is disposed on an outer ring of the feeding roller 23, the guide frame 242 is disposed at the bottom of the limiting ring 241 and is communicated with the limiting ring 241, and a central position of the guide frame 242 and a central position of the positioning sleeve 33 are on the same vertical plane; the limiting ring 241 is used for preventing the steel pipe from falling out of the material receiving groove 231 when the feeding roller 23 drives the steel pipe to rotate.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the grinding assembly 5 and the limiting assembly 4 are arranged on the same side of the inner wall of the frame 1, so that the grinding assembly 5 can grind the steel pipe in the process of rotating along with the clamping assembly 37.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the buffer mechanism 61 includes a spring b611 disposed at the bottom of the frame 1, and a buffer plate 612 mounted at the upper end of the spring b 611; need export after the steel pipe is polished and is accomplished, directly put down the steel pipe through the restoration of centre gripping subassembly 37, can make the steel pipe produce the impact force like this in vertical direction, be provided with buffer gear 61 and then can offset this impact force, avoid influencing the quality of steel pipe.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the width of the upper end of the clamping block 372 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 331, and the height of the conveyor belt 63 in the vertical direction is lower than the height of the lower end of the buffer plate 612; the clamping block 372 is driven by the pull rod 371 to move when the connecting rod 34 moves towards the main shaft 31 along the guide hole 321, the clamping block 372 is clamped in the through hole 331 to enable the clamping block 372 to clamp and form a clamping space 3721, and the position of the steel pipe is limited by the clamping space 3721.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first transmission assembly 21 and the second transmission assembly 72 are preferably in a belt transmission manner; the first transmission assembly 21 comprises a transmission wheel a211 arranged at the end part of the feeding roller 23, a transmission wheel b212 arranged at one end of the main shaft 31, and a transmission belt a213 rotatably arranged on the transmission wheel a211 and the transmission wheel b 212; the second transmission assembly 72 comprises a transmission wheel c721 arranged at one end of the biaxial motor 71, a transmission wheel d722 arranged at one end of the conveying roller 62, and a transmission belt b723 rotatably arranged on the transmission wheel c721 and the transmission wheel d 722.
The working process is as follows: firstly, a worker starts the equipment, the double-shaft motor 71 provides power to drive the main shaft 31 to rotate, the feeding roller 23 is synchronously driven to rotate through the first transmission assembly 21, and the steel pipes falling from the feeding box 22 onto the feeding roller 23 are conveyed onto the clamping blocks 372 of the clamping assembly 37 by matching with the feeding frame 24; the support plate 32 and the positioning sleeve 33 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the main shaft 31, the connecting rod 34 which is slidably mounted on the support plate 32 and the positioning rod 36 and the clamping component 37 on the connecting rod 34 are driven to rotate together, in the rotating process, the connecting rod 34 moves towards the main shaft 31 along the guide hole 321 through the connecting plate 35 and the guide rod 42 which are arranged at the end part of the connecting rod 34 and are matched with the limiting mechanism 41 arranged on the inner wall of the frame 1, the clamping component 37 is driven to move, so that the clamping block 372 is matched with the through hole 331 on the cylinder wall of the positioning sleeve 33 to form a clamping space 3721 to clamp the steel pipe, the port grinding plate 52 in the grinding component 5 is continuously rotated and matched to grind two ports of the steel pipe and limit the position of the steel pipe, the excircle of the port of the steel pipe is ground and polished by the excircle grinding plate 53 which is vertically arranged on the outer, the steel pipe rotates in a clamping space 3721 formed by the clamping blocks 372 through the friction force generated by contact, and the grinding of the end opening and the excircle of the end opening is more uniform; after finishing polishing, the clamping assembly 37 also rotates to the discharging station and is moved out of the limiting mechanism 41 through the guide rod 42, the connecting rod 34, the pull rod 371 and the clamping block 372 reset under the action of the spring a373, then the clamping block 372 releases the steel pipe and falls into the discharging assembly 6 through the self-gravity steel pipe, the downward impact force of the steel pipe is buffered by the buffer mechanism 61 and then slides into the conveying belt 63, power is provided by the double-shaft motor 71, the conveying roller 62 and the conveying belt 63 are synchronously driven by the second transmission assembly 72 to convey the steel pipe to the outside, and then the working process is repeated through the driving of the double-shaft motor 71.
