本发明采用针织间隔织物作为面层和吸收层材料，与传统采用棉、不织布、纸浆或高分子聚合物为主要材质制成的尿片、尿不湿相比，本尿片及尿不湿在厚度方向上具有较大的抗压弹性，当尿片/尿不湿受到厚度方向的压缩载荷时，吸收层间隔丝发生弯曲，使载荷向四周传递，从而将压力分散到一个较大的半径范围内，尿片局部承受的压缩载荷变小，且当压力消失后，间隔织物的存在使该尿片/尿不湿形变迅速恢复。其次，本发明尿片/尿不湿具有良好的透气性，能防止产生尿布疹，上下两层为结构较轻薄、稀松网眼结构的间隔织物的透气量一般都在1578～2328 mm3 /（mm2·s）的范围内，而表面致密、间隔丝的克重大的织物其透气量也在420～1360 mm3 /（mm2·s）范围内，都具有很好的透气性。除此之外，该尿片/尿不湿还具有良好的吸湿导湿功能，能有效的防侧漏，疏松结构的上表层能使尿液快速渗入，并由吸收层间隔丝的毛细效应传递到织物的另一表面，并在途中被高吸水性纤维充分吸收，不会因尿液吸收不及时而发生侧漏。传统的尿片/尿不湿需多层复合，使用粘胶剂等，生产过程会造成严重的环境污染，而间隔织物则无需复合和化学粘合，且该发明中底膜层可通过间隔织物下表层热熔纤维粘合，也无需化学粘合剂，该尿片可整体成型，从而大量减少环境污染。此外，经编间隔织物的上下2个表层通过间隔丝连接在一起，分层、断层、起坨被抑制，具有良好的结构整体性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行具体详细描述。显然，所描述的实施列仅仅是本发明一部分实施列，而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1：如附图2、图3所示，一种弹性间隔织物尿片，从上往下依次包括针织间隔织物层11和防水底膜层12，所述间隔织物层又包含亲肤面层111、间隔吸收层112以及具有粘合作用的下表层113。所述亲肤面层111为间隔织物层11的上表层，原材料为棉，织成较疏松的网眼结构，该层直接与皮肤接触，面层较疏松网眼结构能使尿片快速渗入，防止侧漏，且能减少与皮肤接触的面积，防止产生尿布疹。所述间隔吸收层112为间隔织物层11的间隔层，由高吸水性纱线组成，原材料为超吸水性聚丙烯腈纤维。所述下表层113为间隔织物层11的下表层，由低熔点纤维构成，原材料为低熔点涤纶，织成密实结构，防水底膜层12通过与间隔织物层11的下表层113中低熔点纤维热熔连接，剪裁后经热压封边形成尿片。尿液通过面层111进入吸收层112，由高吸水性聚丙烯腈纤维吸收，下表层113的密实结构能够使间隔织物层11与防水底膜层12更好的粘合，且能阻止尿液渗漏。
实施例2：如附图2、图3所示，一种弹性间隔织物尿片，包括针织间隔织物层11和防水底膜层12，所述间隔织物层又包含亲肤面层111、间隔吸收层112以及具有粘合作用的下表层113。所述亲肤面层111为间隔织物层11的上表层，原料为蚕丝，织成较疏松的小花纹结构，疏松结构能使尿液快速渗入，且减少了与皮肤接触的面积，能够防止产生尿布疹，小花纹设计可让尿片更加美观。所述吸收层112为间隔织物层11的间隔层，由包覆纱为高吸水性纤维的包芯纱组成，原材料为纯海藻酸钠纤维\锦纶包芯纱。所述下表层113为间隔织物层11的下表层，由低熔点纤维构成，原料为低熔点聚乙烯，织成密实结构，防水底膜层12通过与间隔织物层11的下表层113中低熔点聚乙烯纤维热熔连接，剪裁后经超声波封边即可形成尿片。尿液通过面层111进入吸收层112，由纯海藻酸钠纤维吸收，吸液量多的情况下，高吸水性纤维过多成凝胶状，芯纱锦纶能起到加固作用，防止变形，发生分层断层起坨现象，而下表层113的密实结构能够使间隔织物层11与防水底膜层12更好的粘合，且能阻止尿液渗漏。
实施例3：如附图1、图3所示，一种弹性间隔织物尿不湿，包括间隔织物尿片主体1、前腰2、弹性后腰3、侧边护围4，所述间隔织物尿片主体1又包括针织间隔织物层11和防水底膜层12，所述间隔织物层又包含亲肤面层111、间隔吸收层112以及具有粘合作用的下表层113。所述亲肤面层111为间隔织物11的上表层，所述间隔吸收层112为间隔织物11的间隔层，所述下表层113为间隔织物11的下表层，防水底膜层12通过与间隔织物11的下表层113中低熔点纤维热熔连接，剪裁后经热压封边加上前腰2、弹性后腰3、侧边护围4形成尿不湿。所述亲肤面层111原料为棉，织成较疏松的网眼结构，该层直接与皮肤接触，面层较疏松有利于尿液快速渗入，能避免皮肤长期处于潮湿状态。所述间隔吸收层112由高吸水性纱线组成，原材料为高吸水性聚丙烯腈纤维。所述下表层113由低熔点纤维构成，原材料为低熔点涤纶，织成密实结构。所述前腰2、弹性后腰3、侧边护围4经拒水整理后直接与间隔织物下表层113粘合，不需防水底膜层12。使用时尿液通过亲肤面层111进入吸收层112，由高吸水性聚丙烯腈纤维吸收，下表层113的密实结构能够使间隔织物11与防水底膜层12更好的粘合，且能阻止尿液渗漏，面层111疏松的网眼结构能使尿液快速渗入，且能减少与皮肤接触的面积，防止产生尿布疹，间隔吸收层112间隔丝间的缝隙有利于尿液扩散，使尿液被充分并及时吸收，能有效防止漏尿。
实施例4：如附图1、图3所示，一种弹性间隔织物尿不湿，包括间隔织物尿片主体1、前腰2、弹性后腰3、侧边护围4，所述间隔织物尿片主体1又包括针织间隔织物层11和防水底膜层12，所述间隔织物层11又包含亲肤面层111、间隔吸收层112以及具有粘合作用的下表层113。所述亲肤面层111为间隔织物11的上表层，原料为蚕丝，织成较疏松的小花纹结构，疏松结构能使尿液快速渗入，且减少了与皮肤接触的面积，能够防止产生尿布疹，小花纹设计可让尿不湿更加美观。所述吸收层112为间隔织物11的间隔层，由包覆纱为高吸水性纤维的包芯纱组成，原材料为纯海藻酸钠纤维\锦纶包芯纱。所述下表层113为间隔织物11的下表层，由低熔点纤维构成，原料为低熔点聚乙烯，织成密实结构，防水底膜层12通过与间隔织物11的下表层113中低熔点聚乙烯纤维热熔连接，剪裁后经超声波封边加上前腰2、后腰3、侧边护围4即可形成尿不湿。尿液通过面层111进入吸收层112，由纯海藻酸钠纤维吸收，吸液量多的情况下，高吸水性纤维过多成凝胶状，芯纱锦纶能起到加固作用，防止变形，而下表层113的密实结构能够使间隔织物11与防水底膜层12更好的粘合，且能阻止尿液渗漏，间隔织物层11在吸收尿液后仍为一个整体结构，因而尿不湿不会发生分层断层起坨现象。

Claims (12)

1.一种弹性间隔织物尿片，包括针织间隔织物层和防水底膜层，其特征在于：间隔织物层又包含亲肤面层、间隔吸收层以及具有粘合作用的下表层，间隔织物层与防水底膜层通过粘合的方式复合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片，其特征在于：所述亲肤面层原料为棉、蚕丝、麻、竹炭纤维、粘胶、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠、聚乳酸、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、涤纶中的一种，也可为经亲肤功能整理的原料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片，其特征在于：所述面层为疏松组织结构，下表层为紧密组织结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片，其特征在于：所述间隔吸收层由高吸水性纱线或包覆纱为高吸水性纤维的包芯纱组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片，其特征在于：所述间隔吸收层为高吸水性纱线组成时适用于尿量少的尿片，为包芯纱组成时适用于尿量多的尿片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片，其特征在于：所述下表层由低熔点纤维组成，原料为ES纤维、低熔点涤纶、低熔点聚乙烯、低熔点聚酰胺中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片，其特征在于：所述的粘合方式是防水底膜层通过与下表层中低熔点纤维热熔连接，该过程无需粘合剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片，其特征在于：该尿片可一体成型，根据不同的尺寸剪裁后，通过热压封边或超声波封边即可获得尿片。
9.一种间隔织物尿不湿，其特征在于：包括间隔织物尿片主体、前腰、弹性后腰、侧边护围，所述间隔织物尿片主体与如上权利要求1至8所述的尿片结构相同。
10.根据权利要求10所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿不湿，其特征在于：所述前腰、弹性后腰经拒水整理直接与间隔织物层粘合，不需防水底膜层。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿不湿，其特征在于：该尿不湿的前腰、弹性后腰、侧边护围后期与间隔织物尿片主体通过热压封边或超声波封边复合即可获得尿不湿。
12.根据权利要求1和10所述的一种弹性间隔织物尿片及尿不湿，其特征在于：该尿片或尿不湿可通过改变组织设计调节间隔丝的量或调节间隔层厚度用于尿量不同的尿片。
