本发明涉及驱蚊技术领域，尤其涉及一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶。
背景技术
作为四害之一的蚊子不仅影响到人的工作，学习，生活以及睡眠，还会传播多种蚊媒疾病，危害人类健康，如疟疾、黄热病、登革热和西方马脑炎、乙型脑炎、西尼罗病毒病等，目前世界上越有3500多种蚊虫及其亚种，据世界卫生组织统计，全球每年都有大量的人因蚊子而生病，人们正在不断开发和研究相应的驱蚊产品。自1954年Mecabe等首次提出蚊虫趋避剂的概念以来，市面上出现了各种类型的蚊虫趋避剂。趋避剂是一种有效的防蚊产品，在防护蚊虫叮咬方面有着不可替代的作用。常见的化学驱蚊剂的主要成分有避蚊胺、派卡瑞丁和避蚊酯，都有比较好的驱蚊效果，但是也都有一定的毒性和刺激性，皮肤敏感者，有伤口者和孕婴要避免使用。有许多天然的精油，由于蚊子不喜欢它们的气味，让蚊虫不敢靠近，也能起到有效的驱蚊效果，且对人体安全无害。但是单一的精油去驱蚊效果一般，浓度低时起不到有效的驱蚊效果，浓度高时，味道刺鼻。且天然精油易挥发，驱蚊时效短，起不到长效驱蚊的效果。因此，提高驱蚊产品的安全性，延长驱蚊产品的保护时间是当前驱蚊产品需要解决的主要问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶，采用天然精油复配的方式，提高精油的驱蚊效果，利用微胶囊缓释技术延长产品的保护时间。。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
香茅精油0.25-1、丁香精油0.25-1、柠檬草精油0.25-0.5、尤利加精油0.25-0.5、薄荷精油0.5-1、薰衣草精油0.2-1、积雪草精油0.1-0.4、佛手柑精油0.25-0.5、纳米银离子0.001-0.003、精油乳化剂5-8、明胶2-5、阿拉伯胶2-4、去离子水若干。
进一步地，所述的一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶，其特征在于，所述尤利加精油可由茶树精油替代。

(1)将原料中的各种精油以及纳米银离子按照其重量份复合，后加适量去离子水和精油乳化剂搅拌溶解为复配精油，待用；
(2)将明胶和阿拉伯胶混合，加入适量去离子水搅拌均匀，然后置于55-60℃的水浴锅内加热搅拌使其完全溶解，待用；
(3)待明胶和阿拉伯胶的水溶液冷却至40℃后，再置于集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器40℃的水浴锅中，以1200-1500r/min的速度搅拌，然后缓慢滴加准备好的复配精油；
(4)加热平衡0.5-1h，即得到由明胶和阿拉伯胶包裹的微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶。
本发明的优点是：
本发明将纯天然精油以复配的方式组合，达到最佳的驱蚊效果，且本发明采用微胶囊技术将复配精油的活性成分包裹在微胶囊中，再通过微胶囊的囊壁缓慢释放，可以提供更持久的驱蚊效果，精油的味道也变得更加温和。
本发明驱蚊采用微胶囊缓释技术，将精油的有效成分包裹在阿拉伯胶与明胶的复合的囊壁结构中，驱蚊时效大大提升，满足人们的日常驱蚊需求；本产品中的薄荷精油和茶树精油能有效止痒，柚子油和佛手柑油能调节驱蚊液味道，积雪草油与薰衣草精油可促进被叮咬的皮肤恢复，明胶有润肤功效，本驱蚊液中还添加了纳米银离子，具有良好的杀菌消炎作用。

实施例1

香茅精油0.5、丁香精油0.25、柠檬草精油0.25、尤利加精油0.25、薄荷精油0.5、薰衣草精油0.2、积雪草精油0.1、佛手柑精油0.25、纳米银离子0.001、精油乳化剂5、明胶2、阿拉伯胶2、去离子水若干。
微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶的制备方法如下：
(1)将香茅精油、丁香精油、柠檬草精油、尤利加精油、薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、积雪草精油、佛手柑精油、纳米银离子按照其重量份复合，后加适量去离子水和精油乳化剂搅拌溶解为复配精油，待用；
(2)将明胶和阿拉伯胶混合，加入适量去离子水搅拌均匀，然后置于60℃的水浴锅内加热搅拌使其完全溶解，待用；
(3)待明胶和阿拉伯胶的水溶液冷却至40℃后，再置于集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器40℃的水浴锅中，以1500r/min的速度搅拌，然后缓慢滴加准备好的复配精油；

香茅精油0.25、丁香精油1、柠檬草精油0.5、茶树精油0.5、薄荷精油1、薰衣草精油1、积雪草精油0.4、柚子精油0.5、纳米银离子0.003、精油乳化剂8、明胶5、阿拉伯胶4、去离子水若干。
微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶的制备方法如下：
(1)将香茅精油、丁香精油、柠檬草精油、茶树精油、薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、积雪草精油、柚子精油、纳米银离子按照其重量份复合，后加适量去离子水和精油乳化剂搅拌溶解为复配精油，待用；
(2)将明胶和阿拉伯胶混合，加入适量去离子水搅拌均匀，然后置于60℃的水浴锅内加热搅拌使其完全溶解，待用；
(3)待明胶和阿拉伯胶的水溶液冷却至40℃后，再置于集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器40℃的水浴锅中，以1500r/min的速度搅拌，然后缓慢滴加准备好的复配精油；
(4)加热平衡1h，即得到由明胶和阿拉伯胶包裹的微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶。
使用方法1：微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶直接涂抹在皮肤上，天然的复配精油组合通过囊壁结构，缓慢释放气味，起到有效的趋避蚊虫作用，驱蚊时长可达12个小时，驱蚊率99％，且本驱蚊液具有止痒杀菌润肤修复肌肤功能。
使用方法2：微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶置于房间内，天然的复配精油组合通过囊壁结构，缓慢释放气味，起到有效的趋避蚊虫作用，驱蚊时长可达10个小时，驱蚊率98％，且本驱蚊液具有止痒杀菌润肤修复肌肤功能。

Claims (4)

1.一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
香茅精油0.25-1、丁香精油0.25-1、柠檬草精油0.25-0.5、尤利加精油0.25-0.5、薄荷精油0.5-1、薰衣草精油0.2-1、积雪草精油0.1-0.4、佛手柑精油0.25-0.5、纳米银离子0.001-0.003、精油乳化剂5-8、明胶2-5、阿拉伯胶2-4、去离子水若干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶，其特征在于，所述尤利加精油可由茶树精油替代。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶，其特征在于，所述佛手柑精油可由柚子精油替代。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶，其特征在于，所述的微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶的制备方法如下：
(1)将原料中的各种精油以及纳米银离子按照其重量份复合，后加适量去离子水和精油乳化剂搅拌溶解为复配精油，待用；
(2)将明胶和阿拉伯胶混合，加入适量去离子水搅拌均匀，然后置于55-60℃的水浴锅内加热搅拌使其完全溶解，待用；
(3)待明胶和阿拉伯胶的水溶液冷却至40℃后，再置于集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器40℃的水浴锅中，以1200-1500r/min的速度搅拌，然后缓慢滴加准备好的复配精油；
(4)加热平衡0.5-1h，即得到由明胶和阿拉伯胶包裹的微胶囊缓释型精油驱蚊凝胶。
