蚊虫吸食人血,可传播如疟疾、丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热等疾病,造成了严重的公共卫生问题。长期以来,人们寻求多种方法控制蚊虫,已经使用的一些化学杀虫剂对蚊虫防制效果好,且持效时间长,如DEET(N,N-二乙基间甲基苯甲酰胺),在很多地区的蚊媒病控制中起到了举足轻重的作用,在人们日常生活中也发挥了重要的作用。
随着杀虫剂在过去五十多年的大量使用,蚊虫的抗药性越来越强,导致蚊虫的数量有增无减,对自然环境及生态平衡也产生影响,并且使用大量的DEET就会产生毒副作用。因此寻求对蚊虫防制效果好、杀虫能力强、无毒副作用、不易产生抗药性的杀虫剂刻不容缓。长期以来,人们寻求多种方法控制蚊虫,驱蚊用品除了蚊香,还有风油精、驱蚊花露水等。
其中,驱蚊花露水最为受到欢迎,主要原因是它既可驱蚊又可祛除体味散发香气。而市场上一般的驱蚊花露水主要由酒精、合成驱蚊剂、延缓挥发的保湿剂及香精等化学组分配制而成。合成驱蚊剂属于农药,存在一定毒性,在皮肤上经常使用,对人体健康会造成一定的伤害,甚至还可能诱发某些疾病。
植物精油是植物体内的一类次生性物质,主要成分为单萜、倍半萜和芳香烃衍生物。开发天然复合植物精油驱蚊剂的优点是不仅对蚊虫具有良好的驱避和毒杀效果,而且天然安全无毒,不会对人体造成危害,保证了人们的身体健康。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水及其制备方法,本发明的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水驱蚊能力强,止痒效果好,天然安全,长期使用对人体无毒副作用,且制法简单,利于规模化生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液65-85份、花椒芳香油0.5-5.0份、肉桂油0.5-3.0份、香茅醛1-4份、香叶醇1-4份、冬青油1-4份、薄荷油1-5份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5-10份。
进一步,所述青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水按质量计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液81份、花椒芳香油2份、肉桂油3份、香茅醛3份、香叶醇2份、冬青油2份、薄荷油2份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5份。
作为一种优选,所述青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水按质量计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液72份、花椒芳香油5份、肉桂油2份、香茅醛3份、香叶醇3份、冬青油3份、薄荷油4份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯8份。
本发明以青蒿提取液和花椒芳香精油为主要的驱蚊活性成分,以肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油为辅助驱蚊成分,以薄荷油、冬青油为主要的止痒消肿活性成分,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯为助效成分,经科学配伍,制成青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。本发明的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水具有良好的驱蚊效果,能有效地缓解蚊咬所带来的瘙痒和红肿,同时本发明的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水采用天然驱蚊止痒原料,不含传统驱蚊花露水所用的农药成分避蚊胺(DEET)和避蚊酯,对人体安全,长期使用无毒副作用。以上原料均可以通过市售得到;或根据本领域技术人员所熟知的方法制得。
进一步,所述青蒿提取液中青蒿提取物质量浓度为10-20mg/mL。
作为一种优选,所述青蒿提取液中青蒿提取物质量浓度为15-20mg/mL。
青蒿含青蒿素、青蒿挥发油等。有清热、凉血、解暑、祛风、止痒之效,能治中暑、皮肤瘙痒、脂溢性皮炎和驱蚊灭蚊等。青蒿水煎液对表皮葡萄球菌、卡他球菌、炭疽杆菌、白喉杆菌有较强的抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、痢疾杆菌、结核杆菌等也有一定的抑制作用。青蒿挥发油对所有皮肤癣菌有抑菌作用和杀菌作用。青蒿提取物浓度>0.05g/mL有效驱蚊率可达99%。
花椒芳香油主要含有芳樟醇、D-柠檬烯、萜烯醇等。研究证明,花椒有麻醉、止痛、抗菌、抗肿瘤、驱虫等药理作用;花椒芳香油具有良好的杀菌、止痒、驱蚊、治蚊虫叮咬等功效。
肉桂油是樟科植物肉桂的干燥枝、叶经水蒸气蒸馏得到的挥发油,主要含肉桂醛。肉桂油具有很好的灭蚊效果,它能够杀死蚊子的幼虫,而且比现在常用的避蚊胺(DEET)更加有效,更加环保。肉桂油对蚊虫具有较好的熏蒸致死活性,熏蒸5h的LC50为0.31μL/L。在0.5μL的供试剂量下,肉桂油在20min内对淡色库蚊的驱避率均在80%以上,显示了较好的驱蚊活性。
香茅醛存在于多种香料植物精油之中,可用于配制食用香精和日用香精。香茅醛具对人体无毒无害,有十分有效的驱赶蚊虫作用,其驱蚊效率高达70%以上。并且具有抑制金黄色葡萄及伤寒杆菌的活性。
香叶醇是玫瑰油、丁香油和香茅油等精油的主要成分之一,入药用于抗菌和驱虫;香叶醇驱蚊虫作用显著,驱蚊效率超过70%。香叶醇对人体无害,香气喜人,也被用于制备驱蚊手环。
薄荷油主要含薄荷脑,有特殊清凉香气,用于皮肤或粘膜产生清凉感以减轻不适,具有镇痛止痒、杀菌的功效,添加到花露水中,既有清凉芳香之功效,又有杀菌止痒效果。
冬青油是一种从冬青树叶经水蒸气蒸镏而得的精油,主要含水杨酸甲酯,冬青油具有止痛、消肿、消炎和镇痛作用,亦有止痒的功效,可用于配制止痛药、风油精、杀虫剂、驱蚊止痒剂等。
肉豆蔻酸异丙酯在本剂中作为助效剂,能增加花露水的稳定性,对皮肤有极好的滋润和保护作用,能减少功能性成分对皮肤的刺激性,同时具有使驱蚊成分达到缓释的效果。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取青蒿粉碎成青蒿粉,将青蒿粉经超声波浸提得青蒿提取液;
2)将步骤1)所得的上述质量份的青蒿提取液与上述质量份的花椒芳香油、肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油、薄荷油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合并搅拌均匀,得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。
作为一种优选,所述青蒿为干青蒿。
进一步,步骤1)所述青蒿粉碎至20~60目得青蒿粉。
进一步,步骤1)所述超声波浸提中超声波频率为20-40KHz,超声波处理40分钟。
进一步,所述青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水的制备方法还包括步骤:
3)将步骤2)所述青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水泵入500目的压滤机中,滤后送入储罐,灌装,即制得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水成品。
本发明的目的之三在于提供一种驱蚊止痒组合物,按质量计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液65-85份、花椒芳香油0.5-5.0份、肉桂油0.5-3.0份、香茅醛1-4份、香叶醇1-4份、冬青油1-4份、薄荷油1-5份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5-10份。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种所述的驱蚊止痒组合物在在制备驱蚊止痒产品中的应用。
进一步,所述驱蚊止痒产品包括液体产品,膏状产品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明提供的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水以青蒿提取液和花椒芳香精油为主要的驱蚊活性成分,以肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油为辅助驱蚊成分,以薄荷油、冬青油为主要的止痒消肿活性成分,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯为助效成分,经科学配伍,制成的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水具有良好的驱蚊效果,驱避率为95.3%,能有效地缓解蚊咬所带来的瘙痒和红肿。
2)本发明的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水采用天然驱蚊止痒原料,不含传统驱蚊花露水所用的农药成分避蚊胺和避蚊酯,对人体安全,长期使用无毒副作用。
3)本发明制备青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水方法简单,利于规模化生产。

以下将对本发明的优选实施例进行详细描述。优选实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,所举实施例是为了更好地对本发明的内容进行说明,但并不是本发明的内容仅限于所举实施例。所以熟悉本领域的技术人员根据上述发明内容对实施方案进行非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。以下实施例中原料均可以通过市售得到;或根据本领域技术人员所熟知的方法制得。
实施例1青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水配方
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液81份、花椒芳香油2份、肉桂油3份、香茅醛3份、香叶醇2份、冬青油2份、薄荷油2份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5份。
实施例2青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水配方
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液72份、花椒芳香油5份、肉桂油2份、香茅醛3份、香叶醇3份、冬青油3份、薄荷油4份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯8份。
实施例3青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水配方
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液75份、花椒芳香油3份、肉桂油3份、香茅醛2份、香叶醇4份、冬青油3份、薄荷油4份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯6份。
实施例4青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水配方
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液65份、花椒芳香油5份、肉桂油3份、香茅醛4份、香叶醇4份、冬青油4份、薄荷油5份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯10份。
实施例5青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水配方
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液85份、花椒芳香油2份、肉桂油2份、香茅醛1份、香叶醇2份、冬青油2份、薄荷油1份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5份。
实施例6青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水的制备方法
按实施例1的配方制备青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,包括以下步骤:
1)将干青蒿粉碎至20~60目得干青蒿粉,干青蒿粉加入超声波浸提器中,加入干青蒿粉5倍质量份的90%食用乙醇,用频率为35KHz的超声波处理40分钟,离心过滤,得青蒿提取液;
2)将步骤1)所得的配方量青蒿提取液与上述配方量的花椒芳香油、肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油、薄荷油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合并搅拌均匀,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合物泵入500目的压滤机中,滤后送入储罐,灌装,即制得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。
实施例7青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水的制备方法
按实施例2的配方制备青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,包括以下步骤:
1)将干青蒿粉碎至20~60目得干青蒿粉,干青蒿粉加入超声波浸提器中,加入干青蒿粉5倍质量份的90%食用乙醇,用频率为40KHz的超声波处理40分钟,离心过滤,得青蒿提取液;
2)将步骤1)所得的配方量青蒿提取液与上述配方量的花椒芳香油、肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油、薄荷油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合并搅拌均匀,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合物泵入500目的压滤机中,滤后送入储罐,灌装,即制得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。
实施例8青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水的制备方法
按实施例3的配方制备青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,包括以下步骤:
1)将干青蒿粉碎至20~60目得干青蒿粉,干青蒿粉加入超声波浸提器中,加入干青蒿粉5倍质量份的90%食用乙醇,用频率为30KHz的超声波处理40分钟,离心过滤,得青蒿提取液;
2)将步骤1)所得的配方量青蒿提取液与上述配方量的花椒芳香油、肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油、薄荷油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合并搅拌均匀,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合物泵入500目的压滤机中,滤后送入储罐,灌装,即制得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。
对比实施例1
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液85份、花椒芳香油2份、肉桂油3份、香茅醛3份、香叶醇2份、冬青油3份、薄荷油2份。
按上述配方制备青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,包括以下步骤:
1)将干青蒿粉碎至20~60目得干青蒿粉,干青蒿粉加入超声波浸提器中,加入干青蒿粉5倍质量份的90%食用乙醇,用频率为30KHz的超声波处理40分钟,离心过滤,得青蒿提取液;
2)将步骤1)所得的配方量青蒿提取液与上述配方量的花椒芳香油、肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油、薄荷油混合并搅拌均匀,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合物泵入500目的压滤机中,滤后送入储罐,灌装,即制得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。
对比实施例2
青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液80份、花椒芳香油2份、肉桂油3份、香茅醛3份、香叶醇2份、薄荷油2份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯8份。
按上述配方制备青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,包括以下步骤:
1)将干青蒿粉碎至20~60目得干青蒿粉,干青蒿粉加入超声波浸提器中,加入干青蒿粉5倍质量份的90%食用乙醇,用频率为30KHz的超声波处理40分钟,离心过滤,得青蒿提取液;
2)将步骤1)所得的配方量青蒿提取液与上述配方量的花椒芳香油、肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、薄荷油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合并搅拌均匀,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合物泵入500目的压滤机中,滤后送入储罐,灌装,即制得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。
实施例9驱蚊效果测试
1.实验样品:
1)实施例2制备的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水
2)市售驱蚊花露水
2.试虫:在40cm×40cm×40cm蚊笼内放入攻击力合格的雌性淡色库蚊4~6d龄成虫300只。
3.攻击力实验:在20cm×20cm×20cm的蚊笼内放入100只雌性淡色库蚊。剪去大鼠腹部面积2cm×2cm的鼠毛,使其皮肤暴露。将大鼠固定后放入蚊笼中5min,前来停落的蚊虫多于20只为攻击力合格,该笼中蚊虫可用于驱蚊实验。
4.人体实验:按照GB/T 17322.10-1998农药登记卫生用杀虫剂的室内药效评价方法进行药效试验。实验人员配戴手背暴露16cm2的乳胶手套,按1.5mg/cm2剂量,左手涂抹试药,右手涂抹对照药,4h后将手伸入蚊笼中停留2min,每0.5h实验1次,直至有1只蚊虫开始攻击为止,记录有效保护时间,重复3次。
按公式计算驱蚊率:驱避率(%)=(对照吸引虫数-处理吸引虫数)/对照引诱虫数×100%。左手吸引蚊虫数为“处理吸引虫数”,右手吸引蚊虫数为“对照吸引虫数”。
5.实验结果:实施例2制备的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水驱避率为95.3%,市售驱蚊止痒花露水驱避率为86.3%。
实施例10青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水使用效果测试
测试组由40名野外作业自愿者(25—45岁,其中男女各20名)组成,测试季节为夏初,测试时间为10天,分为四组进行测试,每组10人(男女各5名),,各组测试人员每天用花露水涂搽腿部和胳膊两次,并用花露水直接涂抹被蚊叮部位,实验组使用本发明实施例2配方制备的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,对照组1使用对比实施例1制备的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,对照组2使用对比实施例2制备的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,对照组3使用市售驱蚊止痒花露水。10天后对气味、驱蚊效果、止痒效果、消肿效果进行评分,将各组的每项评分总和为该项目评分,各项效果评分标准为:5分为很好;4分为良好;3分为较好;2分为较差,1分为差。
测试结果如下:
测试结果证明,本发明实施例2制备的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水在驱蚊、止痒、消肿效果方面均优于对照组和市售驱蚊止痒花露水。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,其特征在于,按质量份数计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液65-85份、花椒芳香油0.5-5.0份、肉桂油0.5-3.0份、香茅醛1-4份、香叶醇1-4份、冬青油1-4份、薄荷油1-5份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,其特征在于,按质量计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液81份、花椒芳香油2份、肉桂油3份、香茅醛3份、香叶醇2份、冬青油2份、薄荷油2份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水,其特征在于,所述青蒿提取液中青蒿提取物质量浓度为10-20mg/mL。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)取青蒿粉碎成青蒿粉,将青蒿粉经超声波浸提得青蒿提取液;
2)将步骤1)所得的上述质量份的青蒿提取液与上述质量份的花椒芳香油、肉桂油、香茅醛、香叶醇、冬青油、薄荷油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合并搅拌均匀,得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述青蒿粉碎至20~60目得青蒿粉。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述超声波浸提中超声波频率为20-40KHz,超声波处理40分钟。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:
3)将步骤2)所述青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水泵入500目的压滤机中,滤后送入储罐,灌装,即制得青蒿驱蚊止痒花露水成品。
8.驱蚊止痒组合物,其特征在于,按质量计由以下组分组成:青蒿提取液65-85份、花椒芳香油0.5-5.0份、肉桂油0.5-3.0份、香茅醛1-4份、香叶醇1-4份、冬青油1-3份、薄荷油1-5份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5-10份。
9.权利要求8所述的驱蚊止痒组合物在制备驱蚊止痒产品中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述驱蚊止痒产品包括液体产品、膏状产品。
