Abstract
The invention discloses a refreshing type shoe and sock disinfection aerosol and a preparation method thereof, wherein the aerosol comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25-32% of ethanol, 58-66% of propellant, 4-10% of emulsifier and 0.3-0.6% of p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol. The refreshing shoe and sock disinfection aerosol is obtained by reasonable compatibility of limited components, can realize basic performance, sterilization and disinfection and other functions, is filled by adopting a 360-degree aerosol release technology, is directly sprayed on the surface of an article in an aerosol spray mode, effectively kills bacteria in shoes and socks, forms a protective layer and avoids bacteria generated in other ways, is convenient to operate, uniform in spraying and convenient to carry, and is particularly suitable for sterilization and disinfection of the inner surfaces of the shoes and socks which are in daily contact with feet and the skin surface of a human body, and the uniform comment of patients is obtained.

The preparation method of the refreshing type shoe and sock disinfection aerosol is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) mixing ethanol, an emulsifier and p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol in turn according to a feeding ratio, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material body for later use;

2) filling the material body obtained in the step 1) into an aerosol tank body, assembling an aerosol valve for sealing, and simultaneously filling 63.5% of carbon dioxide to ensure that the material body and the propellant are uniformly mixed in the aerosol tank body in a static state;
3) after filling, leak detection is carried out on the aerosol tank body, air is dried, plastic parts are assembled, and packaging is completed to obtain the refreshing shoe and sock disinfection aerosol.
Example 2 a refreshing type footwear disinfection aerosol, which is prepared by the following preparation method according to the weight percentage of the components:
1) mixing 25% of ethanol, 25% of PPG-12-butanol polyether-1610% and 0.4% of p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol in sequence, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material body for later use;

The product refreshing type footwear disinfection aerosol obtained in the embodiments 1-5 of the invention has smooth spraying and uniform fog particles; the internal pressure is 0.5-1.0MPa, and the ejection rate is more than or equal to 98 percent; the pH value is 6.0-8.0; the killing log values of the antibacterial agent for escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus are all more than or equal to 5.0, and the killing log values of the antibacterial agent for candida albicans are all more than or equal to 4.0.
The product of the invention is used for 100 beriberi patients, and tests show that the product obtained by each embodiment of the invention can realize the purpose of the invention, effectively solve the problems of beriberi, foot odor and the like which need to be solved, and after 2-4 weeks of use, the symptoms can be completely eliminated, and the beriberi and the foot odor cannot relapse after 4-8 weeks.
