Description

Face recognition-based ticket business integration method for multiple rail transit systems
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rail transit, and particularly relates to a ticket business integration method based on face recognition of multiple rail transit systems.
Background
The rail transit is one of the most common transportation modes in daily life of people, mainly comprises various rail transit systems such as high-speed railways, intercity, subways, magnetic levitation, urban railways and the like, and can be generally considered as national railway/intercity rail transit, urban rail transit and urban/suburban rail transit. In the process of people going out by using rail transit, tickets are vouchers enjoying rail transit transportation services and need to be checked or checked when people get in and out of stations. The ticket voucher has various forms, such as a physical ticket, an identification card, a traffic one-card Communication, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, NFC (Near Field Communication), a face and the like.
In terms of rail transit ticketing, because of the wide variety of rail transit systems, different rail transit systems generally correspond to different operation subjects, and various ticket vouchers can only be used in the operation range of corresponding operation enterprises, for example, subway tickets can only be used in an operation line network of a subway company, and railway tickets can only be used in a state railway operation line network. Under the large background of the collaborative development of various rail transit systems at present, information communication between systems is important content. On the basis of the support of multi-system rail transit information intercommunication, ticket service is developing towards integrated ticket service. The integrated ticketing is characterized in that passengers can buy tickets based on the journey when buying the tickets, namely, all types of tickets in the journey are operated simultaneously; the passenger can use the ticket in the jurisdiction of a plurality of operators in the range of the journey based on the same ticket certificate.
Various ticket vouchers are usually matched with a gate to check tickets, however, the ticket checking mode is usually that the gate is in a closed state, a passenger needs to check/check the tickets before the gate, and when the ticket vouchers are successfully checked, the gate is opened, and the passenger can pass through the gate. The passengers need to stay at the gate, the passengers need to perform operations such as card swiping and ticket checking, the passing efficiency of the passengers is low, congestion is easily caused at the gate, and the operation of enterprises is possibly influenced. At present, related research and application trial points for checking tickets of ticket vouchers by using face recognition exist, but at present, a passenger actively aligns related checking equipment (such as a camera) at a specific position to perform face recognition verification, and the verification can be passed only after passing through the face recognition, so that the efficiency is still low, and people are easily gathered.

Generating an identity certificate according to the personal identity information and the face image information, wherein the identity certificate is associated with a ticketing system; the identity certificate is bound with the personal identity information, and the identity certificate is respectively associated with the face image information and the ticket information of various systems which are verified by the passenger. Specifically, the association of the identity credential with the face image information and the ticket information of multiple systems respectively is specifically as follows:
for the passenger terminal, the identity certificate is directly related to the face image information of the passenger in the information base;
for the operation enterprise terminal, the identity voucher is associated with the ticket information of various systems through the interfaces of the ticket service systems of the operation enterprises.
Acquiring ticket information from a ticketing system by combining real-time face image information sent by a station system based on the identity certificate; specifically, the step of acquiring ticket information from a ticketing system based on the identity certificate in combination with real-time face image information sent by a station system includes:
receiving real-time face image information sent by a station system;
matching the real-time face image information with the face image information to obtain an identity certificate;
acquiring personal identity information according to the identity certificate;
and acquiring ticket information from a ticketing system according to the personal identity information.
And feeding the ticket information back to a station system, and determining whether to allow the station to enter, exit or transfer according to the ticket information by the station system. Specifically, the step of determining whether to allow the inbound, outbound or transfer according to the ticket information includes:
if the ticket information is empty, the ticket is not purchased or the ticket checking fails;
and if the ticket information is not empty, identifying the ticket information and the state of the ticket information.
Further, the identifying the ticket information and the status thereof specifically includes:

and if the ticket information and the state thereof meet the conditions that the ticket is not marked when the ticket is out of the station and the station matching is successful, allowing the ticket to be out of the station or transferring the ticket, marking the ticket corresponding to the system as the out-of-station mark, and updating the state of the ticket corresponding to the system as the used ticket.
When entering the station, exiting the station or transferring the ticket for checking, the face recognition ticket checking is carried out through the non-stop ticket checking channel. Specifically, the transfer is judged by the following steps:
detecting whether the identity certificate has a special mark field when the identity certificate enters the station:
if not, determining the station is the first arrival, inputting a special mark field to the identity certificate, and attaching a time stamp to the special mark field;
if so, judging whether the rail transit system represented by the special mark field with the latest time is the same as the current rail transit system according to the timestamp:
if not, the transfer is determined as cross-system transfer;
if the data are the same, the same system transfer is determined.
Wherein, each special mark field represents a rail traffic system.
Specifically, the steps of carrying out face recognition ticket checking through a non-stop ticket checking channel when entering, exiting or transferring ticket checking are as follows:
a camera of the non-staying ticket checking channel is used for carrying out face recognition to obtain real-time face image information;
and matching the real-time face image information with the face image information of the available state of the ticket of the system in the information base, and executing a processing step according to a matching result.
The step of executing processing according to the matching result comprises:
if the face image information which is the same as the real-time face image information and is in the available state with the ticket of the system is matched in the information base, the state of the ticket corresponding to the system is identified, the entering or transfer judgment is carried out, namely whether the state of the ticket corresponding to the system meets the condition that the entering is not marked and the station matching is successful or not is judged, and the processing step is executed according to the entering or transfer judgment result;
if the face image information which is the same as the real-time face image information and is in the available state cannot be matched in the information base, the ticket purchasing or ticket checking is not considered to be failed, the blocking equipment in the normally open state is closed, the station entering or the transfer is not allowed, and the state of the ticket corresponding to the system is not changed.
The step of executing processing according to the station entering or transfer judgment result comprises the following steps:
if the condition that the ticket is not marked when entering the station and the station matching is successful is judged, the ticket is allowed to enter the station or is transferred, the ticket corresponding to the system is marked when entering the station, and the state of the ticket corresponding to the system is updated to be in use;
if the condition that the ticket does not meet the conditions that the ticket does not enter the station and the station is successfully matched is judged, the station is taken out or transferred, namely whether the condition that the ticket corresponding to the system meets the conditions that the ticket does not enter the station and the station is successfully matched is judged, and the processing step is executed according to the result of the station taking out or transferring judgment.
The step of executing processing according to the outbound or transfer judgment result comprises the following steps:
if the situation that the ticket is not marked when the ticket is out of the station and the matching of the stations is successful is judged, the ticket is allowed to be out of the station or transferred, the ticket corresponding to the system is marked when the ticket is out of the station, and the state of the ticket corresponding to the system is updated to be used;
if the conditions that the train ticket is not marked when the train stops are not met and the station matching is successful are judged, the train ticket is considered to be insufficient in ticket amount or failed in ticket checking, the arresting equipment in the normally open state is closed, the train stops or transfer is not allowed, and the state of the train ticket corresponding to the train is unchanged.
Wherein the states of the tickets include an unpicked state, an unused state, an in-use state, and a used state.
Fig. 2 shows an identity voucher association diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, after a traveler queries a trip, the system automatically matches rail transit tickets of various systems in the trip based on a trip planning result, and after the traveler successfully purchases the tickets, the system generates an identity voucher to associate the traveler with ticket information of each operation enterprise. Wherein, the identity voucher binds the personal identity information of the passenger. For the passenger side, the identity voucher can be directly associated with the passenger face image information, so that the system can conveniently verify when the passenger passes through the non-stop ticket checking channel; for each operation enterprise terminal, the identity voucher is connected to an interface of each operation enterprise ticketing system, for example, the embodiment takes an urban rail, a state iron and a city domain rail ticketing system as an example for description, but not limited to this, the identity voucher is respectively connected to the interfaces of the urban rail, the state iron and the city domain rail ticketing system, and a server and a technology can be unified for ticketing of a corresponding system through each interface. For the passenger, the passenger can operate various system tickets in the journey through the identity certificate, such as unified ticket buying, partial ticket refunding, partial ticket change and the like based on the journey; for the ticket checking system, the identity certificate is used as an intermediate station, the ticket checking system matches the face image information acquired in real time with the face image information stored in the information base to obtain the identity certificate of the passenger, the identity certificate binds with the personal identity information, so the personal identity information of the passenger can be acquired according to the identity certificate, and the identity certificate is connected with interfaces of the ticket systems of the operation enterprises. Therefore, the ticket checking system can send operation instructions (such as ticket buying, ticket returning and the like) or query instructions (such as ticket state) to the ticket service systems of the operation enterprises through the interfaces, and the ticket service systems of the operation enterprises can feed back operation or query state information (such as ticket buying information and ticket state).
The embodiment of the invention is not limited to ticket buying on the APP or the website which opens the face recognition ticketing service, but the method is also suitable for ticket buying on other APPs, websites or terminals, and the premise is that the passenger opens the function of the face recognition ticketing service and inputs personal identity information and face image information. It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention is only applicable to the track tickets bound with the personal identity information, and the track tickets not bound with the personal identity information (such as subway tickets purchased under the condition of not binding the personal identity information) cannot be checked by using the method, but can be checked in an existing manner, such as a one-time magnetic ticket, a one-card transportation ticket, and other non-real-name ticket checking manners.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a ticket checking process according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, when the ticket checking system detects that a traveler enters a no-stay ticket checking channel, a camera in the no-stay ticket checking channel performs face recognition, and performs comparison or matching based on a recognized face image and face image information of the traveler who owns a ticket in an available state in an information base, where the available state includes an unused state or an in-use state. If the face image information which is in the available state and is the same as the real-time face image information in the ticket of the system is not matched in the information base, the passenger does not purchase the ticket or fails to check the ticket, and the state of the ticket corresponding to the system is unchanged; if the face image information which is the same as the real-time face image information and is in the available state with the ticket of the system is matched in the information base, the state of the ticket corresponding to the system is identified, whether the state of the ticket corresponding to the system meets the condition that the ticket is not marked when the ticket enters the station and the station is successfully matched is judged, and the following judgment is carried out:
if the state of the ticket corresponding to the system meets the condition that the ticket is not marked when the ticket enters the station and the station matching is successful, allowing the passenger to enter the station or transfer the station, marking the ticket corresponding to the system when the ticket enters the station, and updating the state of the ticket corresponding to the system to be in use;
if the state of the ticket corresponding to the system does not meet the conditions that the ticket is not marked when the ticket enters the station and the station is successfully matched, judging whether the state of the ticket corresponding to the system meets the conditions that the ticket does not mark when the ticket leaves the station and the station is successfully matched, and judging as follows:
if the state of the ticket corresponding to the system meets the conditions that the ticket is not marked when the ticket is out of the station and the station matching is successful, allowing the passenger to go out of the station or transfer the ticket, marking the ticket corresponding to the system as out of the station, and updating the state of the ticket corresponding to the system as used;
if the state of the ticket corresponding to the system does not meet the conditions that the ticket is not marked when the ticket is out of the station and the station matching is successful, the condition that the ticket amount is insufficient or the ticket checking is failed is represented, and the state of the ticket corresponding to the system is unchanged.
The above is a flow of checking tickets once, when multiple cross-system transfer and ride-taking occur in a journey, then the tickets are checked for multiple times, and the flow is repeated for checking the tickets every time.
In this embodiment, fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a transfer process according to an embodiment of the present invention, when a passenger enters a station and checks a ticket, a face recognition ticketing system obtains an identity certificate of the passenger according to face recognition, and detects whether a special mark is present on the identity certificate, where the special mark is different number fields, and each number represents a transfer state and a rail transit system. Illustratively, the special labels are 2 and 3, wherein 2 represents urban rail and 3 represents urban rail. When no special mark is detected on the identity certificate, the face recognition ticketing system determines that the passenger enters the station for the first time, makes a special mark on the identity certificate, attaches a time stamp to the special mark, and takes the time recorded by the time stamp as the generation time of the special mark; when the special mark is detected on the identity certificate, the special mark with the latest time is identified according to the timestamp, a specific number is identified, the category of the track traffic system taken last time can be known according to the number, the track traffic system taken last time is compared with the track traffic system required to be taken at present, whether the two track traffic systems are the same or not is judged, if the two track traffic systems are the same, the face recognition ticketing system recognizes that the two track traffic systems are changed in the same mode, the face recognition ticketing system sends an instruction to the operation system of the current track traffic system, and when the two track traffic systems are changed, starting price can be saved; if the two types of information are different, the face recognition ticketing system recognizes that the two types of information are changed in a cross-mode, sends an instruction to the operation system of the current rail transit mode, and can give preference to the fare when the two types of information are changed. When the passenger goes out to check the ticket, the face recognition ticketing system acquires the identity certificate of the passenger according to the face recognition, detects whether the identity certificate corresponds to each rail transit system ticket or not and determines that the passenger is the outbound transfer if the identity certificate corresponds to the unused ticket; if not, the face recognition ticketing system determines that the passenger is finally out-of-station, and the face recognition ticketing system empties the special mark field and the time stamp on the identity certificate when the passenger is out-of-station.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating states of a ticket and a transition flow thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the states of the ticket include an unscheduled ticket state, an unused state, an in-use state, and a used state, as shown in fig. 5. Specifically, the ticket state of the passenger who has opened the face recognition ticket service is a non-ticket-purchasing state; when the passenger purchases the ticket, the ticket state of the passenger is an unused state, the passenger can change the ticket (such as refunding the ticket, supplementing the ticket and changing the ticket), and the changed ticket state is still the ticket state before the change; after a passenger enters a station, the station entering mark is carried out on the ticket corresponding to the system, the ticket state is changed from the unused state to the using state, the passenger can change the ticket in use (such as ticket compensation and the like) but cannot refund and change the ticket, and the changed ticket state is still the ticket state before the change; when the passenger leaves the station, the ticket corresponding to the system is marked to leave the station, and the ticket state is changed from the use state to the used state. The system records the state change history of the tickets, and resets the tickets corresponding to the system to the states of the tickets which are not purchased after the tickets of the passenger train are used.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a non-stop ticket checking channel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of cameras are arranged in the non-stop ticket checking channel, and face recognition is performed by the cameras. The cameras are usually arranged right in front of and at the side of the passenger traveling direction, for example, five cameras are taken as an example in this embodiment, but not limited to five cameras, three cameras are arranged at the top of the exit of the non-stop ticket checking channel, the three cameras are arranged at equal intervals, the remaining two cameras are respectively arranged at the two sides of the top of the non-stop ticket checking channel, and the directions of the cameras are opposite to the passenger traveling direction.
In order to reduce mutual blocking, passenger cap blocking and the like of passengers in the walking process and improve the speed and success rate of face recognition of the system, the walking channel can be set to be a ladder (including an escalator) or a ramp, but not limited to the ladder, and the problem of face blocking of the passengers is solved through the angle of the channel position, as shown in fig. 7. Specifically, fig. 7(a) shows the no-stay ticket checking channel under normal conditions, and the surface of the traveling channel is flat, so that the front passenger can easily block the face of the back passenger, which is not beneficial to the face recognition of the camera; FIG. 7(b) shows the stay-free ticket gate arranged in a step, with the step descending from the entrance of the stay-free ticket gate to the exit of the stay-free ticket gate; fig. 7(c) shows the no-stay ticket gate arranged as a ramp, with the ramp being arranged downhill from the entrance of the no-stay ticket gate to the exit of the no-stay ticket gate. In the arrangement of the non-stop ticket checking channel in fig. 7(b) and 7(c), the height difference is utilized to make the passengers behind higher than the passengers in front, so that the passengers in front are prevented from blocking the faces of the passengers behind, and the face recognition by the camera is facilitated.
In order to effectively block passengers who do not purchase tickets or passengers who do not succeed in ticket checking, blocking equipment (such as a gate, a railing and the like) which is normally open in a state can be arranged at an outlet of a non-stop ticket checking channel, so that the passengers who succeed in ticket checking can not stop at the blocking equipment and can directly pass through the blocking equipment, the passenger passing efficiency is high, and the blocking equipment is not easy to block. A small display screen is arranged on the arresting equipment, the passenger is subjected to ticket checking result picture and sound prompt, and the passenger who successfully checks the ticket prompts that the ticket is successfully checked; the blocking equipment can be automatically closed to block the passenger who fails to check the ticket, the ticket checking failure is prompted, the small display screen displays that the passenger ticket is unavailable or the ticket amount is insufficient, the passenger needs to complement the ticket or change the conventional ticket checking mode, and meanwhile, the passenger who fails to check the ticket is assisted by the staff.
The method provided by the invention can support passengers to conveniently buy tickets and go out among various rail transit systems, so that the passengers can carry out passive ticket checking, the ticket checking operation time is saved, the ticket checking passing efficiency is improved, the problem of facial shielding in the identification process is effectively solved, and the method is suitable for the requirements of quickness and high efficiency of checking tickets without staying.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
