一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置
技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置。
背景技术
绿茶是未经发酵制成的茶,保留了鲜叶的天然物质,含有的茶多酚、儿茶素、叶绿素、咖啡碱、氨基酸、维生素等营养成分也较多。绿茶中的这些天然营养成份对防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎等具有特殊效果,是其他茶类所不及的。绿茶是以适宜茶树新梢为原料,经杀青、炒青、揉捻、干燥等典型工艺过程制成的茶叶。其干茶色泽和冲泡后的茶汤、叶底以绿色为主调,故名绿茶。绿茶是将采摘来的鲜叶先经高温杀青,杀灭了各种氧化酶,保持了茶叶绿色,然后经揉捻、干燥而制成,清汤绿叶是绿茶品质的共同特点。
在绿茶的加工过程中,当绿茶烘干完成,得到成品茶后,由于前期加工时的炒青、揉捻等加工工艺时,会导致茶叶的部分叶片脱落,而经过最后一步烘干后,该部分脱落的叶片即成为茶叶末。若茶叶中的茶叶末过多,无疑会降低茶叶的品质,影响销售。因此在茶叶烘干完成后为了去除茶叶末需要使用筛子将茶叶末筛除,但无论是人工还是使用机器筛除茶叶末,都需要在茶叶烘干完成后才能进行,导致绿茶的加工时间变长,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置,用以减少绿茶的生产时间。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置,包括烘干箱、烘干机构和筛选机构,所述筛选机构位于烘干箱的内底部,所述筛选机构包括支撑架和装茶盘,所述支撑架的顶部固定连接有盛渣盘;所述装茶盘上均布有若干出渣孔,装茶盘横向滑动连接在盛渣盘的顶部,所述装茶盘的侧壁上转动连接有连杆,所述烘干箱的外壁上固定连接有电机,电机的输出轴穿过烘干箱位于烘干箱内并固定连接有转轮,所述连杆远离装茶盘的一端活动连接在转轮的偏心处;
所述烘干机构包括风管和热风机,所述风管环设在烘干箱的内壁上,所述风管上均布有出气孔,出气孔朝向装茶盘;所述热风机固定连接在烘干箱的箱壁,热风机的出风口与风管连通。
本发明工作原理:使用时,将需要进行烘干的茶叶放置在装茶盘上,然后启动热风机,由于热风机与风管连通,而风管上的出风孔朝向装茶盘,所以热风机运行时将热风吹入到风管中,从风管的出风孔吹向茶叶对茶叶进行烘干,此时再启动电机,电机运行时带动转轮转动,转轮转动时带动连杆与转轮转动连接的一端绕转轮的圆新做圆周运动,连杆运动时拉动装茶盘在盛渣盘上来回滑动,装茶盘来回滑动时茶叶在惯性的作用下在装茶盘中移动,当茶叶末移动到出渣孔上时,茶叶末在重力的作用下掉落到盛渣盘中。
本发明的有益效果:1、本方案通过电机带动连杆移动,连杆移动时带动装茶盘在盛渣盘上做往复运动,而茶叶在惯性的作用下同样做往复运行,进而上使装茶盘中的茶叶自动调整位置,使得茶叶与热风均匀接触,进而加快茶叶的烘干速度,提高了烘干效率,不用人工翻动茶叶。2、在对茶叶进行烘干的同时,通过装茶盘的往复运动可以对茶叶末进行筛除,在茶叶烘干完成后即对茶叶的筛除完成,使得对茶叶的烘干和筛选合为一步,节约了加工时间,提高了生产效率。
进一步,所述烘干箱的顶部设有排气孔。其目的是,通过排气孔将茶叶中受热蒸发的水蒸气排出烘干箱,避免水蒸气被烘干的茶叶吸收回潮。
进一步,所述风管上连通有支管,支管远离风管的一端穿过盛渣盘位于装茶盘下方。其目的是,利用热风会向上流动的特点,使热风从出渣孔中吹入到茶叶中,加快茶叶的烘干速度。
进一步,所述盛渣盘与烘干箱可拆卸连接,所述烘干箱的箱壁上设有用于盛渣盘进出的避让口,避让口上滑动连接有挡板。其目的是,便于取出盛渣盘,处理茶叶末。
进一步,所述装茶盘上涂有光滑涂层。其目的是,减小茶叶与装茶盘之间的摩擦力,便于茶叶在装茶盘中滑动。
进一步,所述装茶盘的顶部的周向上设有挡板。其目的是,防止茶叶在装茶盘中移动时,因惯性太大而滑出装茶盘。

实施例基本如附图1所示:
一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置,包括烘干箱1、烘干机构和筛选机构,筛选机构位于烘干箱1的内底部,烘干箱1的顶部设有排气孔,筛选机构包括支撑架8和装茶盘4,支撑架8的顶部螺钉连接有盛渣盘7,烘干箱1的箱壁上设有避让口10,避让口10上滑动连接有箱门9。装茶盘4的上表面涂有陶瓷制成的光滑涂层,装茶盘4的顶部的周向上设有挡板,装茶盘4上均布有若干出渣孔11,装茶盘4横向滑动连接在盛渣盘7的顶部,装茶盘4的侧壁上转动连接有连杆5,烘干箱1的外壁上固定连接有电机,电机的输出轴穿过烘干箱1位于烘干箱1内并固定连接有转轮6,连杆5远离装茶盘4的一端活动连接在转轮6的偏心处;
烘干机构包括风管2和热风机12,风管2环设在烘干箱1的内壁上,风管2上均布有出气孔3,出气孔3朝向装茶盘4;热风机12固定连接在烘干箱1的箱壁,热风机12的出风口与风管2连通。
具体实施过程如下:
使用时,将需要进行烘干的茶叶放置在装茶盘4上,然后启动热风机12,由于热风机12与风管2连通,而风管2上的出风孔朝向装茶盘4,所以热风机12运行时将热风吹入到风管2中,从风管2的出风孔吹向茶叶对茶叶进行烘干,此时再启动电机,电机运行时带动转轮6转动,转轮6转动时带动连杆5与转轮6转动连接的一端绕转轮6的圆新做圆周运动,连杆5运动时拉动装茶盘4在盛渣盘7上来回滑动,装茶盘4来回滑动时茶叶在惯性的作用下在装茶盘4中移动,当茶叶末移动到出渣孔11上时,茶叶末在重力的作用下掉落到盛渣盘7中。
实施例2:与实施例1的区别在于风管2上连通有支管,支管远离风管2的一端穿过盛渣盘7位于装茶盘4下方。通过支管讲部分热风导向盛渣盘7中,利用热风会向上流动的特点,使热风从出渣孔11中吹入到茶叶中,加快茶叶的烘干速度。

1.一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置,其特征在于:包括烘干箱、烘干机构和筛选机构,所述筛选机构位于烘干箱的内底部,所述筛选机构包括支撑架和装茶盘,所述支撑架的顶部固定连接有盛渣盘;所述装茶盘上均布有若干出渣孔,装茶盘横向滑动连接在盛渣盘的顶部,所述装茶盘的侧壁上转动连接有连杆,所述烘干箱的外壁上固定连接有电机,电机的输出轴穿过烘干箱位于烘干箱内并固定连接有转轮,所述连杆远离装茶盘的一端活动连接在转轮的偏心处;
所述烘干机构包括风管和热风机,所述风管环设在烘干箱的内壁上,所述风管上均布有出气孔,出气孔朝向装茶盘;所述热风机固定连接在烘干箱的箱壁,热风机的出风口与风管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置,其特征在于:所述烘干箱的顶部设有排气孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种茶叶烘干筛选一体装置,其特征在于:所述风管上连通有支管,支管远离风管的一端穿过盛渣盘位于装茶盘下方。
