When the barrel turning frame 8 is turned downwards to a certain position, the scraper oil cylinder 6 extends out, the scraper 3 rotates around a hinged point at the front end of the inclined plate under the action of the scraper oil cylinder 6, along with the continuous extension of the scraper oil cylinder 6, the scraper 3 scrapes garbage poured into the garbage can into the rear part of the garbage can, and when a certain amount of garbage in the garbage can is filled, the scraping process is both scraping and compressing. Repeating the process for many times, and finally compacting the garbage in the garbage can body 1 to finish the garbage compression operation.
