The delivery devices 311 are provided for efficient and accurate sorting of the dispatch items, and are intended to ensure that the dispatch items waiting for sorting can be accurately fed into the sorting devices 312 moving at a high speed through identification and processing of information during automatic measurement of various physical parameters, and since the handling capacity of the delivery devices 311 is often lower than that of the sorting devices 312, a specific number of delivery devices 311, which are automated at a high speed, are generally provided to ensure the need for sorting.
Specifically, the sorting device 312 is the core of the whole system, and is the main execution mechanism for implementing sorting, and the distribution and combination of the express items are implemented on the basis of a certain logical relationship. A sorter 312 is comprised of a series of conveyors of various types, additional facilities and control systems, wherein the end of the sorter 312 is the sorter conveyor 23. The operation of the sorting apparatus 312 can be roughly divided into 4 stages of merging, sorting signal input, splitting and distribution.
Merging: the express items sorted from different goods positions according to the sorting instruction are sent to the preprocessing mechanism in a certain mode and are collected to the main conveying line by the preprocessing mechanism, and the process is called confluence.
Sorting: the signal input reaches the express mail on the main conveying line, the express mail information of the express mail is read in through an automatic identification device (such as a bar code scanner and the like), and the read express mail information is correspondingly processed by a computer, and the process is called sorting signal input.
Shunting: after express information is read into a computer system, the express information continuously moves on a main conveying line, the storage shelf sorting mechanism detects the moving position of the express in real time, and when the express reaches a corresponding sorting road junction, the sorting mechanism immediately sorts the express to enable the express to enter the corresponding sorting road junction, and the process is called shunting.
The automatic express packaging equipment 33 is used for placing express items into the packaging bag 21 and transmitting the packaging bag 21 to the unloading equipment 32;
the lower equipment 32 is used for storing the packing bag 21. Specifically, the drop device 32 is an end device of the express sorting system, and is designed to provide a temporary storage location for the sorted express and to perform a certain management function, wherein the start section of the drop device 32 is the packet conveyor 22.
The express mail sorting system of the embodiment comprises sorting equipment 31, unloading equipment 32 and the express mail automatic packaging equipment 33 of the above embodiment; the sorting equipment 31 is used for acquiring the basic information of the express mails and transmitting the express mails to corresponding express mail automatic packaging equipment 33 according to the basic information; the automatic express packaging equipment 33 is used for placing express items into the packaging bag 21 and transmitting the packaging bag 21 to the unloading equipment 32; the lower equipment 32 is used for storing the packing bag 21. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the used capacity of the packaging bag 21 is automatically judged, and the packaging is automatically carried out when the used capacity reaches the preset capacity without manual packaging, so that the packaging work efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the labor cost is saved.

For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (7)

1. The automatic express item packaging equipment is characterized by comprising an express item quantity checking device, an automatic packaging device, a main control device, at least one packaging component, an express item information pasting device and a transfer conveyor belt;
the main control device comprises an information generating unit and an information executing unit;
each packaging component comprises a first sealing rod and a second sealing rod;
the first sealing rod and the second sealing rod are respectively used for fixing two sides of the opening end of the packaging bag;
the information generating unit is used for generating exposure information;
the information execution unit is used for controlling the first sealing rod and/or the second sealing rod to move according to the opening information so as to enable the opening end of the packaging bag to be in an opening state;
the express quantity checking device is used for detecting the used capacity of the packaging bag after the express falls into the packaging bag in the open state;
the information generating unit is further used for generating closing information if the used capacity of the packaging bag reaches a preset amount;
the information execution unit is further used for controlling the first sealing rod and/or the second sealing rod to move according to the closing information so as to enable the opening end of the packaging bag to be in a closing state;
the automatic packaging device is used for packaging the packaging bag in a closed state;
the express mail information pasting device comprises an information acquisition unit, an information printing unit and an information pasting unit;
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the basic information of the express mail;
the information execution unit is further used for controlling the information printing unit to print the basic information according to the closed information to obtain a sticky label;
the information pasting unit is used for pasting the pasting label to the packaging bag;
the transfer conveyor belt is arranged at the feeding end of the packaging conveyor belt;
the information generating unit is further used for generating packaging information after the packaging bag packaging is finished, and generating pasting information after the pasting label is pasted on the packaging bag;
the information execution unit is further used for controlling the transfer conveyor belt to convey the packaging bags to the packaging conveyor belt according to the packaging information and the pasting information;
the information generating unit is further configured to generate the opening information of the next packaging bag after the packaging bag is conveyed to the packet conveyor belt;
the information execution unit is further used for controlling the first sealing rod positioned next to the initial position and/or the second sealing rod positioned next to the initial position to move according to the opening information, so that the packaging bag fixed next to the first sealing rod and the second sealing rod is in an opening state.

The automatic express item packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the express item quantity checking device is specifically configured to detect a height of the stack of express items and/or a total weight of the express items as a used capacity of the packaging bag after the express items fall into the packaging bag in an open state;
the information generating unit is further configured to generate the closure information if the height reaches a preset height and/or the total weight reaches a preset weight.
3. The automatic express item packaging device according to claim 1, further comprising a counting device and a reminding device;
the counting device is used for counting the number of the remaining packaging components;
the information execution unit is further used for controlling the reminding device to output reminding information if the number of the remaining packaging components is smaller than the preset number, so as to remind a worker to transfer all the packaging components to the initial position, and the packaging bags are sleeved on each packaging component.
4. The automatic express item packaging device according to claim 1, further comprising an express item baffle;
the information execution unit is further used for controlling the express mail baffle to move to the discharging end of the sorting conveyor belt according to the closing information so as to avoid that the express mail falls down when the packaging bag is sealed.

The automatic express mail packaging equipment according to claim 4, wherein the information execution unit is further configured to control the express mail baffle to move away from the blanking end of the sorting conveyor according to the opening information, so that the express mail falls into the packaging bag.
6. An automatic express mail packaging method applied to the automatic express mail packaging equipment of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
generating exposure information;
controlling the first sealing rod and/or the second sealing rod to move according to the opening information so that the packaging bags fixed on the first sealing rod and the second sealing rod at two sides of the opening end are in an opening state;
after the express mail falls into the packaging bag in the open state, detecting the used capacity of the packaging bag;
if the used capacity of the packaging bag reaches a preset amount, generating closed information;
controlling the first sealing rod and/or the second sealing rod to move according to the closing information so as to enable the opening end of the packaging bag to be in a closed state;
and packaging the packaging bag in the closed state.
7. An express mail sorting system, which is characterized by comprising sorting equipment, unloading equipment and an express mail automatic packaging equipment according to any one of claims 1-5;
the sorting equipment is used for acquiring express mail information of express mails and transmitting the express mails to corresponding express mail automatic packaging equipment according to the express mail information;
the express automatic packaging equipment is used for putting the express into a packaging bag and transmitting the packaging bag to the unloading equipment;
and the piece discharging equipment is used for storing the packaging bags.
