When the movable platform 25 is in sliding connection with the platform frame 21, after the bottle grabbing clamp 1 grabs the bottom support 5, the movable platform 25 and the platform frame 21 are controlled to slide relatively to expose a boxing station below the movable platform 25, so that the boxing manipulator is convenient to continuously descend.
When the movable platform 25 is rotatably connected with the platform frame 21, after the bottle grabbing clamp 1 grabs the bottom support 5, the movable platform 25 and the platform frame 21 are controlled to rotate relatively to expose a boxing station below the movable platform 25, so that the boxing manipulator is convenient to continuously descend.
Preferably, a pressure sensor or a mass sensor may be provided on the movable platform 25 and connected to a control device for controlling the position of the movable platform 25, so as to automate the sliding connection or the rotating connection.

Preferably, the number of the movable platforms 25 may be two, the two movable platforms 25 are symmetrical with respect to an axis in the length direction of the platform frame 21, the slide rail 22 is arranged on of the movable platform 25 and the platform frame 21, and the slide block 23 in clamping fit with the slide rail 22 is arranged on .
The slide rails 22 may be disposed only at two ends of the platform frame 21 in the length direction, and of course, please refer to fig. 4 and 5, and the slide rails 22 may also be disposed at other positions of the platform frame 21 in the length direction.
Preferably, the opening and closing cylinder 24 may be disposed between the movable platform 25 and the platform frame 21, an end of the opening and closing cylinder 24 is connected to the movable platform 25, and another end is connected to the platform frame 21, so as to drive the two movable platforms 25 to approach to each other or to be away from each other, thereby realizing automation of position adjustment of the movable platforms 25.
Preferably, the opening and closing cylinder 24 may be connected to a midpoint of the platform frame 21 in the length direction, and the axial direction of the opening and closing cylinder 24 is perpendicular to the length direction of the platform frame 21.
Of course, the opening and closing cylinder 24 may be replaced by an electric push rod, a hydraulic oil cylinder, or the like with similar functions.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the structure of the carton conveying and positioning device 3 is defined, the carton conveying and positioning device 3 may include a conveying frame 31, a conveying roller 32 installed on the conveying frame 31, a blocking plate 37 for positioning the boxing station, a blocking cylinder 36 for driving the blocking plate 37, and a blocking cylinder fixing plate 35, the blocking cylinder fixing plate 35 is installed on the conveying frame 31, the blocking cylinder 36 is installed on the blocking cylinder fixing plate 35, and a piston rod of the blocking cylinder 36 is connected with the blocking plate 37.
The conveying roller 32 drives the paper box 6 to move forward through the friction force between the conveying roller and the paper box 6, and the specification and structure of the conveying roller 32 are referred to in the prior art and will not be described herein again.
Preferably, the blocking plate 37 may be a rectangular plate, and the blocking plate 37 is perpendicular to the plane of the conveying roller 32, so as to achieve accurate positioning of the cartons 6 and prevent the cartons 6 from tipping forward.
During operation, the carton 6 is conveyed to the boxing station through the conveying roller 32, and the piston rod of the blocking cylinder 36 extends to drive the blocking plate 37 to be pushed out upwards, so that the carton 6 is limited to move continuously, and the boxing station is positioned.
When a plurality of boxing stations are arranged, a position of a second boxing station, counted by the end in the moving direction of the carton conveying and positioning device 3, close to the long side of the th boxing station is taken as a reference, a proximity switch can be arranged at a position which is away from the reference cartons 6 in length, and after the th carton 6 is close to the proximity switch, the proximity switch controls the plurality of blocking cylinders 36 to push out the blocking plate 37.
Preferably, in order to prevent the carton 6 from deviating from the boxing station, the carton conveying and positioning device 3 may further include a guardrail 34 and a guardrail bracket 33, the guardrail bracket 33 is connected to the conveying frame 31, and the guardrail 34 is mounted on the guardrail bracket 33.
The specific height of the guardrail 34 is determined according to the height of the carton 6 in actual production, and the style, material and the like of the guardrail 34 refer to the prior art, which is not described herein again.
Preferably, the guardrail supports 33 can be slidably connected with the conveyor frame 31 in consideration of the difference of the widths of the different cartons 6, so as to adjust the distance between the two guardrail supports 33 according to the widths of the different cartons 6.
In addition to the boxing apparatus for holding glass bottles, the present invention further provides boxing methods for the boxing apparatus disclosed in the above embodiments, comprising:
step S1, controlling the bottle grabbing clamp 1 to grab the glass bottle 4;
step S2, controlling the bottle grabbing clamp 1 to move to a loading station, and loading the glass bottles 4 into the bearing holes on the bottom support 5;
step S3, controlling the bottle grabbing clamp 1 to be clamped with the bottom support 5;
step S4, controlling the bottle grabbing clamp 1 to move to a boxing station, and loading the bottom support 5 into the carton 6;
and step S5, controlling the bottle grabbing clamp 1 to release the glass bottle 4 and the bottom support 5.
It is preferable that the travel path of the bottle gripping jig 1 be controlled by the box packing robot in order to increase the positioning speed and improve the control accuracy in the steps S1, S2, and S4.
It should be noted that, in order to optimize the running path and improve the packing efficiency, the packing station may be preferably disposed directly below the loading station in steps S2 and S4.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
The present invention provides a packing apparatus for packing glass bottles and a packing method thereof. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

  1. The packing equipment for packing glass bottles in is characterized by comprising a carton conveying and positioning device (3) for conveying and positioning a carton (6), a packing platform (2) for positioning a bottom support (5) and a packing manipulator, wherein the carton conveying and positioning device (3) is provided with at least packing stations, and the packing platform (2) is provided with a packing station corresponding to the packing station;
    the end connection of vanning manipulator grabs a bottle anchor clamps (1), grab a bottle anchor clamps (1) and be used for snatching glass bottle (4), remove glass bottle (4) extremely in the carrier hole of collet (5) and snatch collet (5).

    the grabbing and supporting air cylinders (13) are connected to the two opposite side surfaces of the clamp fixing frame (11), and the axial lines of the grabbing and supporting air cylinders (13) are perpendicular to the side surfaces of the clamp fixing frame (11);
    the grabbing plate (14) is connected with a piston rod of the grabbing and supporting cylinder (13), so that the grabbing and supporting cylinder (13) can enable the grabbing plate (14) to be clamped with or separated from the bottom support (5) by controlling the extending length of the piston rod.
  3. 3. A boxing apparatus for palletising glass bottles according to claim 1, characterised in that the palletising platform (2) comprises a platform frame (21), a mobile platform (25) for mounting the shoe (5) and a positioning structure for positioning the palletising station, the positioning structure being connected to the upper surface of the mobile platform (25).
  4. 4. A packing apparatus for glass bottles according to claim 3, characterized in that said palletizing station is arranged right above said packing station, said bottle gripping clamp (1) being arranged above said palletizing platform (2);
    the movable platform (25) is connected with the platform frame (21) in a sliding or rotating mode, so that the bottle grabbing clamp (1) can continuously descend to the boxing station after grabbing the bottom support (5).
  5. 5. A packing apparatus for glass-filled bottles according to claim 4 characterised in that said movable platforms (25) are two in number and that said two movable platforms (25) are symmetrical about an axis in the length direction of said platform frame (21);
    the movable platform (25) and in the platform frame (21) are provided with slide rails (22), and in addition, is provided with slide blocks (23) which are matched with the slide rails (22) in a clamping way.
  6. 6. The packing equipment for glass-bottle according to claim 5, characterized in that an opening and closing cylinder (24) is arranged between the movable platform (25) and the platform frame (21), wherein the end of the opening and closing cylinder (24) is connected with the movable platform (25), and the other end is connected with the platform frame (21).
  7. 7. The boxing apparatus for loading glass bottles in the claim 4, wherein the positioning structure comprises a long edge push plate (27) for positioning the long edge of the loading station, a short edge push plate (29) for positioning the short edge of the loading station, a long edge positioning cylinder (26) and a short edge positioning cylinder (28), the long edge positioning cylinder (26) and the short edge positioning cylinder (28) are both mounted on the movable platform (25), the long edge push plate (27) is connected with a piston rod of the long edge positioning cylinder (26), and the short edge push plate (29) is connected with a piston rod of the short edge positioning cylinder (28).
  8. 8. The glass bottle palleting apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7 to , wherein the carton conveying and positioning device (3) comprises a conveyor frame (31), a conveying roller (32) mounted on the conveyor frame (31), a blocking plate (37) for positioning the boxing station, a blocking cylinder (36) for driving the blocking plate (37), and a blocking cylinder fixing plate (35), the blocking cylinder fixing plate (35) is mounted on the conveyor frame (31), the blocking cylinder (36) is mounted on the blocking cylinder fixing plate (35), and a piston rod of the blocking cylinder (36) is connected with the blocking plate (37).
  9. 9. A filling apparatus for glass bottles according to claim 8, characterized in that said carton conveying and positioning device (3) further comprises a guardrail (34) for preventing the carton (6) from deviating from the filling station and a guardrail bracket (33), said guardrail bracket (33) being connected to said conveyor frame (31), said guardrail (34) being mounted to said guardrail bracket (33).
  10. A method of boxing a plurality of tote bottles of the type , wherein the boxing apparatus for tote bottles of any of claims 1-9 to comprises:
    controlling the bottle grabbing clamp (1) to grab the glass bottle (4);
    controlling the bottle grabbing clamp (1) to move to a loading station, and loading the glass bottles (4) into bearing holes on a bottom support (5);
    controlling the bottle grabbing clamp (1) to clamp the bottom support (5);
    controlling the bottle grabbing clamp (1) to move to the boxing station, and loading the bottom support (5) into a carton (6);
    and controlling the bottle grabbing clamp (1) to release the glass bottle (4) and the bottom support (5).
