Abstract
The invention provides an assembling method for assembling a cross column by using a special jig, wherein the special jig for assembling the cross column comprises a ground beam, baffle plates and two rows of baffle plates of a support frame, which are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the ground beam, each baffle plate is connected with one support frame, the baffle plates are provided with arc-shaped slideways, the support frames can be connected to the baffle plates through rotating pin shafts, and the support frames rotate along the arc-shaped slideways. The method can assemble the T-shaped steel at one time; the problem that the positioning plate needs to be spot-welded in the assembling process is solved, and the base material is prevented from being burnt; because the assembly of the jig frame is adopted, the problem of tolerance is not required to be specially controlled; the semi-finished cross column in the assembling process is omitted from turning over, and equipment and labor are saved; due to simple operation, the assembly of the cross column by the method does not need an experienced master, so that the labor cost is saved; the method is simple and convenient to operate, high in precision and high in efficiency; the method can be widely popularized and applied in the processing and manufacturing of the assembled steel structure.

Technical Field

Background
Under the background that the assembly type building is greatly promoted, large and medium steel structure products are favored by the society, and the cross column is widely applied as a main stressed member in most steel structure buildings. The cross column is mainly formed by welding H-shaped steel with a main section and T-shaped steel on two sides.
In the process of manufacturing the existing cross column, the assembly method of the T-shaped steel is single, most of the assembly methods in the figures 1-4 are used, the T-shaped steel is positioned by means of spot welding of the temporary positioning plate on the main section of the H-shaped steel, after positioning welding of one side is completed, the structure is turned over by 180 degrees, then the T-shaped steel of the other side is positioned, and after the two sides are all completed, the T-shaped steel is transferred to the next procedure to be integrally welded.
The prior art has the following disadvantages: although the assembly method is simple in idea, the operation difficulty is high, and the product quality is easily influenced; firstly, each cross column needs to be spot-welded with a positioning plate, so that the base metal is easily damaged; secondly, the spot welding of each positioning plate needs to strictly check the size so as to ensure the accurate positioning of the T-shaped steel, and the problem of the subsequent product size tolerance out-of-tolerance is easily caused by negligence in the process; thirdly, the semi-finished cross column needs to be turned over in the assembling process, so that equipment and labor are wasted, the construction period progress is influenced, and the spot-welded T-shaped steel is easy to collide and deform; fourth, this method, while seemingly simple, requires experienced workers to complete the positioning.

and step C, inwards rotating the support frame 5 to a horizontal state, directly placing the T-shaped steel 2 on the support frame 5, simultaneously placing the T-shaped steel 2 on two sides of the support frame 5, or sequentially performing positioning welding on the T-shaped steel 2 and the H-shaped steel 1 to form a cross column, and then lifting the cross column out. This process does not require the support 5 to be intentionally rotated manually outward, as the process of lifting the cross naturally lifts the support 5 upward. And after the cross column is hung out, the cross column is transferred to the next procedure, and the assembling process is completed.
Compared with the traditional assembly method, the cross column assembly method has the advantages that the arrangement directions of the H-shaped steel 1 on the main section of the cross column are different, the H-shaped steel web plates are arranged in the vertical direction, the simultaneous assembly of the T-shaped steel 2 on two sides is facilitated, and the cross column does not need to be turned over.
The method for processing the concrete prefabricated part is simple to operate, high in speed and wide in application range, and is expected to be widely used in the future.
