Abstract
本发明公开了一种多辊双面涂布单元及涂布方法,多辊双面涂布单元包含上下两组涂布辊组,其中每组涂布辊组均由定量辊、转移辊、涂布辊和料槽挡板组成,每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊均依次滚动连接有若干个转移辊,且远离定量辊的转移辊与涂布辊滚动贴合,两个所述涂布辊之间设有待涂布的基材,每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊与转移辊之间的两端均设有料槽挡板。基材经过此涂布单元后,被在双面同时涂覆相同或不同的涂布液,减少涂布面的缺陷,并提高了生产效率,减少了能耗。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂布技术领域,具体涉及一种多辊双面涂布单元及涂布方法。
背景技术
基材在做涂布或复合时,需按照工艺要求将涂布液均匀涂覆于基材上,得到平整、光滑、无气泡的涂层,而有些基材则需要在基材的正面和背面均涂有相同或不同的涂布液。现有的工艺将第一面涂布后再进行第二面作业,那就会造成以下缺陷:
1、在进行第二面涂布时,会存在部分缺陷。如由于运用溶剂,第二遍的溶剂会影响第一面涂布面,还有第二次涂布时,第一面会多次经动力辊,会对表面产生划痕、花面、破损等缺陷。
2、现在二次涂胶除了缺陷以外,还有能耗高,工时高,损耗高等弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多辊双面涂布单元及涂布方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多辊双面涂布单元,包含上下两组涂布辊组,其中每组涂布辊组均由定量辊、转移辊、涂布辊和料槽挡板组成,每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊均依次滚动连接有若干个转移辊,且远离定量辊的转移辊与涂布辊滚动贴合,两个所述涂布辊之间设有待涂布的基材,每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊与转移辊之间的两端均设有料槽挡板。
优选的,所述定量辊、转移辊与料槽挡板围成涂布液槽,涂布液槽内的涂布液通过定量辊控制胶量并经过若干个转移辊转移到涂布辊将涂布液均匀涂覆于基材的上下两面。
优选的,所述料槽挡板为活动设置,根据基材的宽度调整涂布液槽的长度,保证基材的涂覆宽度,又不把涂布液涂到基材以外的地方。
优选的,所述定量辊和转移辊之间以及各转移辊之间的间隙可以调整,用于调节涂布量。
优选的,每个所述转移辊与独立动力源连接且单独速度可调,根据涂布量的要求进行调整,所述独立动力源包括电机。
优选的,每个涂布辊组中均设有一个定量辊、两个转移辊和一个涂布辊。
优选的,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊、一个转移辊和一个涂布辊,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊、三个转移辊和一个涂布辊。
优选的,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊、一个转移辊和一个涂布辊,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊、两个转移辊和一个涂布辊。
一种多辊双面涂布单元的涂布方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:根据涂布液的涂布厚度和宽度,对定量辊和转移辊之间以及各转移辊之间的间隙进行调整,同时根据涂布宽度调节料槽挡板,向涂布液槽中加入涂布液;
S2:再将待涂布基材从两个涂布辊之间穿出;
S3:启动设备,利用电机带动转移辊转动,涂布液经过若干个转移辊转移到涂布辊,在涂布辊的驱动下将涂布液均匀涂覆于基材的上下两面。
本发明的技术效果和优点:基材经过此涂布单元后,被在双面同时涂覆相同或不同的涂布液,减少涂布面的缺陷,并提高了生产效率,减少了能耗。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,一种多辊双面涂布单元,包含上下两组涂布辊组,其中每组涂布辊组均由定量辊1、转移辊3、涂布辊4和料槽挡板5组成,每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊1均依次滚动连接有若干个转移辊3,且远离定量辊1的转移辊3与涂布辊4滚动贴合,两个所述涂布辊4之间设有待涂布的基材2,每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊1与转移辊3之间的两端均设有料槽挡板5。
所述定量辊1、转移辊3与料槽挡板5围成涂布液槽6,涂布液槽66内的涂布液通过定量辊1控制胶量并经过若干个转移辊3转移到涂布辊4将涂布液均匀涂覆于基材2的上下两面。
所述料槽挡板5为活动设置,根据基材2的宽度调整涂布液槽6的长度,保证基材2的涂覆宽度,又不把涂布液涂到基材2以外的地方。
所述定量辊1和转移辊3之间以及各转移辊3之间的间隙可以调整,用于调节涂布量。
每个所述转移辊3与独立动力源连接且单独速度可调,根据涂布量的要求进行调整,所述独立动力源包括电机。
每个涂布辊组中均设有一个定量辊1、两个转移辊3和一个涂布辊4。
一种多辊双面涂布单元的涂布方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:根据涂布液的涂布厚度和宽度,对定量辊1和转移辊3之间以及各转移辊3之间的间隙进行调整,同时根据涂布宽度调节料槽挡板5,向涂布液槽6中加入涂布液;
S2:再将待涂布基材2从两个涂布辊4之间穿出;
S3:启动设备,利用电机带动转移辊3转动,涂布液经过若干个转移辊3转移到涂布辊4,在涂布辊4的驱动下将涂布液均匀涂覆于基材2的上下两面。
实施例2
根据涂布液工艺不同,如图3所示,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊1、一个转移辊3和一个涂布辊4,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊1、三个转移辊3和一个涂布辊4。
实施例3
根据涂布液工艺不同,如图4所示,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊1、一个转移辊3和一个涂布辊4,上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊1、两个转移辊3和一个涂布辊4。
基材2经过此涂布单元后,被在双面同时涂覆相同或不同的涂布液,减少涂布面的缺陷,并提高了生产效率,减少了能耗。该涂布方法应用广泛,适用涂布液包括溶剂、水性胶水、油墨,适用基材包括非弹性膜,纸张等卷材。

1.一种多辊双面涂布单元,包含上下两组涂布辊组,其中每组涂布辊组均由定量辊(1)、转移辊(3)、涂布辊(4)和料槽挡板(5)组成,其特征在于:每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊(1)均依次滚动连接有若干个转移辊(3),且远离定量辊(1)的转移辊(3)与涂布辊(4)滚动贴合,两个所述涂布辊(4)之间设有待涂布的基材(2),每组所述涂布辊组中的定量辊(1)与转移辊(3)之间的两端均设有料槽挡板(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多辊双面涂布单元,其特征在于:所述定量辊(1)、转移辊(3)与料槽挡板(5)围成涂布液槽(6),涂布液槽(6)(6)内的涂布液通过定量辊(1)控制胶量并经过若干个转移辊(3)转移到涂布辊(4)将涂布液均匀涂覆于基材(2)的上下两面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多辊双面涂布单元,其特征在于:所述料槽挡板(5)为活动设置,根据基材(2)的宽度调整涂布液槽(6)的长度,保证基材(2)的涂覆宽度,又不把涂布液涂到基材(2)以外的地方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多辊双面涂布单元,其特征在于:所述定量辊(1)和转移辊(3)之间以及各转移辊(3)之间的间隙可以调整,用于调节涂布量。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多辊双面涂布单元,其特征在于:每个所述转移辊(3)与独立动力源连接且单独速度可调,根据涂布量的要求进行调整,所述独立动力源包括电机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多辊双面涂布单元,其特征在于:每个涂布辊组中均设有一个定量辊(1)、两个转移辊(3)和一个涂布辊(4)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多辊双面涂布单元,其特征在于:上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊(1)、一个转移辊(3)和一个涂布辊(4),上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊(1)、三个转移辊(3)和一个涂布辊(4)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多辊双面涂布单元,其特征在于:上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊(1)、一个转移辊(3)和一个涂布辊(4),上方的涂布辊组中设有一个定量辊(1)、两个转移辊(3)和一个涂布辊(4)。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的多辊双面涂布单元的涂布方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤:
S1:根据涂布液的涂布厚度和宽度,对定量辊(1)和转移辊(3)之间以及各转移辊(3)之间的间隙进行调整,同时根据涂布宽度调节料槽挡板(5),向涂布液槽(6)中加入涂布液;
S2:再将待涂布基材(2)从两个涂布辊(4)之间穿出;
S3:启动设备,利用电机带动转移辊(3)转动,涂布液经过若干个转移辊(3)转移到涂布辊(4),在涂布辊(4)的驱动下将涂布液均匀涂覆于基材(2)的上下两面。
