Abstract
本发明涉及离型膜的制备领域,公开了一种用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,包括相互平行且依次设置的计量辊(1)、匀胶辊(2)、转移辊(3)、上胶辊(4)、涂布压辊(5)以及设置在匀胶辊与计量辊之间上方的出胶口(6);在涂胶进行时,计量辊与匀胶辊之间相切,匀胶辊与转移辊之间相切,转移辊与上胶辊相切,涂布压辊与上胶辊相切;计量辊、匀胶辊、转移辊、上胶辊、涂布压辊之间的转速比为5~25:10:80:100:100。通过本发明的装置进行涂胶工艺,不仅能够大大提高工艺车速,提高产能,而且无需使用溶剂稀释硅油,节省成本,通过控制五辊的转速比控制上胶量,能够精确控制;不会出现有机硅颗粒堵辊现象,效率较高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及离型膜的制备领域,特别涉及一种用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置。
背景技术
在生产离型膜的工艺过程中,需要将基底膜的一面涂布上硅油,目前在待涂胶的膜7上涂布硅油的方式通常为微凹涂布,如图1所示,上胶辊4置于胶槽11内,其下部位于胶槽11的硅油13内,上胶辊4的转动方向与待涂胶的膜7的运行方向相对,在上胶辊4上方两侧分别设置两个压辊12,待涂胶的膜7从两侧压辊12与下方的上胶辊4之间通过,且上侧两个压辊12的最低点低于上胶辊4的最高点,使待涂胶的膜7形成微凹状,这样,当待涂胶的膜7从上胶辊4与两侧压辊12之间通过时,上胶辊4的转动将胶槽11内的硅油13粘附在其外壁,既可以实现将硅油13涂布至待涂胶的膜7底面。为了使得在待涂胶的膜7上涂覆的硅油13均匀且适量,需要在上胶辊4一侧设置刮刀14,当上胶辊4转动时,该刮刀14就能够将上胶辊4上多余的硅油13刮掉并均匀分布,之后上胶辊4上剩余的硅油13再被涂覆至待涂胶的膜7上。
在使用上述装置涂布硅油13时,(1)因为上胶量有标准要求,需要将硅油13进行稀释后使用,稀释所需溶剂量大概为每公斤硅油原料液内需要加3.5kg的溶剂进行稀释,溶剂为挥发物,对硅油原料液只是起到稀释的作用,且加溶剂会大大提高产品的成本。(2)因硅油13内添加的有机硅粉为颗粒状,用上述微凹涂布工艺时,刮刀14的刀口容易卡入颗粒状的有机硅粉,导致制成的离型膜产品15膜面有线条异常,需要隔段时间或隔段长度对刮刀14的刀口进行清理擦拭,比较浪费时间,影响产能。(3)由于上述微凹涂布工艺中使用的上胶辊4需要为表面具有网孔16的网纹辊,如图2,这样才能胶槽11内的硅油附着在网纹辊上,经过刮刀14刮过后,网纹辊的网孔内留下来的硅油才会被转移至待涂胶的膜7的底面。硅油13内添加的颗粒状有机硅粉,很容易造成上胶辊4的网孔16堵塞的问题,堵辊后会导致上胶量不够,最终离型膜产品15的离型力偏高。(4)由于微凹涂布工艺时,上胶辊的直径需要偏细,这样才能保证涂覆出来的膜的外观符合要求,也是因为上胶辊较细,高速运行会导致甩胶和烘烤不干的现象产生,所以微凹涂布工艺的车速通常大概只能在50m/min,车速较快涂布上胶不均且上胶量达不到要求。(5)上述微凹涂布工艺的上胶量是通过微凹辊的转速与硅油的固含量控制,误差较大。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,通过本发明的装置进行涂胶工艺,不仅能够大大提高工艺车速,提高产能,而且无需使用溶剂稀释硅油,节省成本,通过控制五辊的转速比控制上胶量,能够精确控制;不会出现有机硅颗粒堵辊现象,效率较高。
技术方案:本发明提供了一种用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,包括相互平行且依次设置的计量辊、匀胶辊、转移辊、上胶辊、涂布压辊以及设置在所述匀胶辊与所述计量辊之间上方的出胶口;在涂胶进行时,所述计量辊与所述匀胶辊之间相切,所述匀胶辊与所述转移辊之间相切,所述转移辊与所述上胶辊相切,所述涂布压辊与所述上胶辊相切;所述计量辊、匀胶辊、转移辊、上胶辊、涂布压辊之间的转速比为5~25:10:80:100:100。
进一步地,在所述匀胶辊与所述计量辊之间的两端,还分别设置有挡胶板。挡胶板的设置是为了阻止从出胶口流到匀胶辊与计量辊之间的硅油从两端流出。
优选地,所述涂布压辊设置在所述上胶辊的正上方。上胶辊对待涂胶的膜的下表面进行涂胶时,涂布压辊压住待涂胶的膜的上表面,将待涂胶的膜与上胶辊之间紧密接触,实现涂胶。
进一步地,所述的五辊涂布装置还包括分别位于涂布压辊和所述上胶辊前后两侧的料辊和牵引机构,所述待涂胶的膜一端缠绕在所述料辊上,另一端穿过所述上胶辊与所述涂布压辊之间后,由所述牵引机构牵引。
优选地,所述计量辊用于通过预先设定的转速控制涂布的胶量;所述匀胶辊用于将从所述出胶口流出的胶水均匀分布;所述转移辊用于将所述匀胶辊上的胶水转移至所述上胶辊上;所述上胶辊用于将自身粘附的胶水涂布到待涂胶的膜上;所述涂布压辊用于在上胶辊涂布胶水至所述待涂胶的膜上时,将所述待涂胶的膜与所述上胶辊压紧接触。
优选地,所述待涂胶的膜为以下任意一种:PE、PET、PP、BOPP、CPP。
优选地,所述计量辊、匀胶辊、转移辊、上胶辊、涂布压辊均为表面无纹路的平纹辊。上述五辊都属于平纹辊,平纹辊上是没有纹路的,这样就不会造成硅油内的有机硅粉颗粒堵辊的现象。
有益效果:
本申请中,先根据产品所需的上胶量设定好五辊的转速比,将待涂胶的膜的一端穿过涂布压辊与上胶辊之间后,通过牵引机构牵引,将涂布压辊将待涂胶的膜压至与上胶辊的表面紧密接触,然后启动上述五辊,将硅油通过出胶口流出至匀胶辊与计量辊之间的夹缝中,计量辊的转速决定上胶量的大小,匀胶辊的自传使得硅油将其包覆均匀,然后随着匀胶辊和转移辊的转动,匀胶辊将硅油均匀涂覆至转移辊上,随着转移辊和上胶辊的转动,转移辊将硅油转移至上胶辊,在上胶辊的转动和涂布压辊的转动压力作用下,上胶辊外壁上的硅油涂覆至待涂胶的膜的下表面,待后续烘干定型后,得所需产品。
本申请中的五辊涂布装置与现有技术中相比,具有如下优势:
(1)由于五辊涂布辊中,各辊的直径较大,不会出现甩胶现象,可直接固化不会出现固化不良的现象,所以本申请中的五辊涂布装置可以将工艺车速提高至80m/min,与微凹涂布工艺相比,可以提高60%的产能。
(2)由于五辊涂布对硅油浓度没有要求,本申请中的五辊涂布装置不需要对硅油进行稀释,这样每公斤节就能节省3.5kg的挥发溶剂,大大降低产品成本,绿色环保。
(3)本申请中的五辊涂布装置因不需要使用刮刀,就避免了刮刀刀口卡入有机硅粉颗粒的可能,避免了因此造成的产品表面线条异常。
(4)本申请中的计量辊、匀胶辊、转移辊、上胶辊和涂布压辊都属于平纹辊,平纹辊上是没有纹路的,这样就不会造成硅油内的有机硅粉颗粒堵辊的现象。
(5)本申请中的五辊涂布装置可以利用五辊不同的转速比例来调整产品所需的上胶量,转速比一旦调整好,则产品上胶量控制精确。利用五个辊不同的转速比例对所需的上胶量和离型克重进行控制,比如需要上胶量较大时,需要将计量辊的转速调大,反之则调小计量辊的转速。
(6)本申请中的五辊涂布装置适合涂布各种材质的产品,如PE、PET、PP、BOPP、CPP等。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细的介绍。
实施方式1:
本实施方式提供了一种用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,如图3所示,包括相互平行且依次设置的计量辊1、匀胶辊2、转移辊3、上胶辊4、涂布压辊5以及设置在匀胶辊2与计量辊1之间上方的出胶口6;涂布压辊5设置在上胶辊4的正上方。在涂胶进行时,计量辊1与匀胶辊2之间相切,匀胶辊2与转移辊3之间相切,转移辊3与上胶辊4相切,涂布压辊5与上胶辊4相切;匀胶辊2与计量辊1之间的两端,还分别设置有挡胶板8。料辊9和牵引机构10分别位于涂布压辊5和上胶辊4前后两侧。上述计量辊1、匀胶辊2、转移辊3、上胶辊4、涂布压辊5均为表面无纹路的平纹辊。
计量辊1用于通过预先设定的转速控制涂布的胶量;匀胶辊2用于将从出胶口6流出的胶水均匀分布;转移辊3用于将匀胶辊2上的胶水转移至上胶辊4上;上胶辊4用于将自身粘附的胶水涂布到待涂胶的膜7上;涂布压辊5用于在上胶辊4涂布胶水至待涂胶的膜7上时,将待涂胶的膜7与上胶辊4压紧接触。上述计量辊1、匀胶辊2、转移辊3、上胶辊4、涂布压辊5之间的转速比为5~25:10:80:100:100。
使用本实施方式中的五辊涂布装置制作以PET为基底膜、以硅油为隔离层的3-5g离型膜的工作原理如下:
先根据离型膜产品所需的上胶量设定好计量辊1的转速为车速的5%,匀胶辊2的转速为车速的10%,转移辊3的转速为车速的80%,上胶辊4的转速为车速的100%,涂布压辊5的转速为车速的100% 。然后将待涂胶的膜7(PE膜)的一端穿过涂布压辊5与上胶辊4之间后,通过牵引机构10牵引,将涂布压辊5将待涂胶的膜7压至与上胶辊4的表面紧密接触,然后启动上述五辊,将硅油通过出胶口6流出至匀胶辊2与计量辊1之间的夹缝中,计量辊1的转速决定上胶量的大小,匀胶辊2的自传使得硅油将其包覆均匀,然后随着匀胶辊2和转移辊3的转动,匀胶辊2将硅油均匀涂覆至转移辊3上,随着转移辊3和上胶辊4的转动,转移辊3将硅油转移至上胶辊4,在上胶辊4的转动和涂布压辊5的转动压力作用下,上胶辊外4壁上的硅油涂覆至待涂胶的膜7的下表面,待后续烘干定型后,得3-5g离型膜产品。经测量,该离型膜产品的隔离层(硅油形成的层)的厚度为0.8~1.5g/㎡。
实施方式2:
本实施方式与实施方式1大致相同,不同点仅在于,计量辊1、匀胶辊2、转移辊3、上胶辊4、涂布压辊5之间的转速比为25:10:80:100:100。即计量辊1的转速为车速的25%,其他四辊的转速不变。最终制备出来得1-3g离型膜产品,隔离层的厚度为1.8-3g/㎡。
除此之外,本实施方式与实施方式1完全不同,此处不做赘述。
通过上述实施方式1和2中五辊转速比的不同,得到的离型膜产品的隔离层的厚度也不同可知,通过本申请中的五辊涂布装置中五辊转速比的调节,能够制备出不同上胶量的产品,且上胶量的大小与五辊的转速比密切相关,需要调大上胶量时,需要提高计量辊1的转速,需要调小上胶量时,则降低计量辊1的转速。

1.一种用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,其特征在于,包括相互平行且依次设置的计量辊(1)、匀胶辊(2)、转移辊(3)、上胶辊(4)、涂布压辊(5)以及设置在所述匀胶辊(2)与所述计量辊(1)之间上方的出胶口(6);在涂胶进行时,所述计量辊(1)与所述匀胶辊(2)之间相切,所述匀胶辊(2)与所述转移辊(3)之间相切,所述转移辊(3)与所述上胶辊(4)相切,所述涂布压辊(5)与所述上胶辊(4)相切;
所述计量辊(1)、匀胶辊(2)、转移辊(3)、上胶辊(4)、涂布压辊(5)之间的转速比为5~25:10:80:100:100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,其特征在于,在所述匀胶辊(2)与所述计量辊(1)之间的两端,还分别设置有挡胶板(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,其特征在于,所述涂布压辊(5)设置在所述上胶辊(4)的正上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,其特征在于,还包括分别位于涂布压辊(5)和所述上胶辊(4)前后两侧的料辊(9)和牵引机构(10),所述待涂胶的膜(7)一端缠绕在所述料辊(9)上,另一端穿过所述上胶辊(4)与所述涂布压辊(5)之间后,由所述牵引机构(10)牵引。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,其特征在于,所述计量辊(1)用于通过预先设定的转速控制涂布的胶量;所述匀胶辊(2)用于将从所述出胶口(6)流出的胶水均匀分布;所述转移辊(3)用于将所述匀胶辊(2)上的胶水转移至所述上胶辊(4)上;所述上胶辊(4)用于将自身粘附的胶水涂布到待涂胶的膜(7)上;所述涂布压辊(5)用于在所述上胶辊(4)涂布胶水至所述待涂胶的膜(7)上时,将所述待涂胶的膜(7)与所述上胶辊(4)压紧接触。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,其特征在于,所述待涂胶的膜(7)为以下任意一种:
PE、PET、PP、BOPP、CPP。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于制备离型膜的五辊涂布装置,其特征在于,所述计量辊(1)、匀胶辊(2)、转移辊(3)、上胶辊(4)、涂布压辊(5)均为表面无纹路的平纹辊。
