Claims (5)
- The formula of the health-preserving traditional Chinese medicine black tea and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the formula consists of a traditional Chinese medicine composition and the black tea, the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the black tea are in a mass ratio of 4:1-1:1, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials of hawthorn, malt, dried orange peel, poria cocos, medicated leaven, selfheal, fried pharbitis seed, phaseolus calcaratus, radish seed, cassia occidentalis and wrinkled gianthyssop.
- 2. The traditional Chinese medicine dark green tea formula and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition to the dark green tea is 4:1-3: 1.
- 3. The traditional Chinese medicine black tea formula and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 600 parts of hawthorn fruit 100-.
- 4. The Chinese medicinal dark tea formula and the preparation method thereof according to claim 3, wherein the multi-effect Chinese medicinal composition comprises, by weight, 350 parts of hawthorn, 400 parts of malt, 800 parts of dried orange peel, 200 parts of poria cocos, 50 parts of medicated leaven, 200 parts of selfheal, 60 parts of fried pharbitis seed, 50 parts of phaseolus calcaratus, 100 parts of radish seed, 40 parts of cassia occidentalis, and 200 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb.

The traditional Chinese medicine dark tea formula and the preparation method thereof according to any one of claims 1 to 4 and , wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:(1) the preparation method of the dark tea comprises the following steps:spreading, namely spreading the cleaned fresh leaves in a clean field to dry the surface moisture of the leaves, and drying the leaves in the sun until the surface of the tea leaves is anhydrous;b, deactivating enzymes, namely putting the tea leaves into a frying pan, heating the frying pan to 280-320 ℃ by using firewood, manually frying in a sealed mode until the tea leaves are soft and sticky, have dark color and luster, are dull, are not easy to break and are uniform , and frying in a sealed mode for 5-6 minutes in to meet the requirement;c, rolling, namely rolling for 14-16 minutes at 35-45 rpm by a rolling machine according to the old and tender thickness of the tea leaves and according to the principle of light pressing, short time and slow rolling until the tender tea leaves are stripped and the old and coarse tea leaves are wrinkled and folded;d, pile fermentation, keeping the normal temperature and the relative humidity at about 90% in a clean odor-free room, piling the rolled tea leaves without deblocking, wherein the height of the pile fermentation is about 90cm, the pile fermentation is carried out for about 24 hours, pile turning is carried out in the pile fermentation process so as to be beneficial to uniform pile fermentation, water drops appear on the surfaces of the tea leaves, the tea leaves are changed from dark green to yellow brown and have vinasse gas or sour and spicy smell, the hands stretch into the pile to feel hot, the viscosity of the tea balls is reduced, and pile fermentation is carried out, namely the pile fermentation is proper;e, drying, namely drying by adopting an electric heating dryer, times until the tea stems are easily broken, kneading the tea leaves by hands to form powder, wherein the color is dark, and the pine smoke aroma is moderate when the pine smoke aroma is sharp;(2) taking raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and 5g of black tea in a mass ratio of 4:1-1:1, crushing and screening the raw materials into 30 meshes, drying, sterilizing at high temperature, performing multiple sterilization by ultraviolet rays and infrared rays, mixing, granulating, and filling into a food-grade single-chamber filter paper bag.
