一种光伏电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆,尤其涉及一种光伏电缆。
背景技术
太阳能技术将成为未来的绿色能源技术之一,太阳能或光伏(PV)在国际应用日渐广泛,而光伏电缆是应用在太阳能光顾发电系统中极其重要并不可或缺的一环。通常光伏发电产生的低压直流电转换为交流电再输出,而连接光伏组件与交直流逆变器间的电缆即为光伏电缆。所以光伏电缆作为光伏发电设置电能传输的主干,直接关系到太阳能光伏发电系统的安全性、可靠性和先进性。
由于光伏电缆与太阳能采集设备一起常年设于户外,所以要求光伏电缆必须有良好的的阻燃、防老化和防鼠蚁噬咬等特性。现有的光伏电缆通过绝缘胶皮来对其进行保护,而且绝缘胶皮容易收到外力的损坏,现有的解决办法是在电缆外部增加一护套,通过护套来进行电磁屏蔽和提高强度方面的作用。但是绝缘胶皮和护套均为高分子易燃材料,在线缆温度较高时,容易发生燃烧,使用安全性降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、提高屏蔽效果、有良好的阻燃性、防老化、防鼠蚁噬咬、强度高、使用安全性高的光伏电缆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种光伏电缆,包括缆芯、填充层、钢带铠装层、内护套层、铜带屏蔽层、辣椒素颗粒层、外护套层和防氧化层,所述缆芯包括导体、绝缘层和着色层,所述绝缘层包覆在导体外表面上,绝缘层材质为硅材料,着色层涂覆在绝缘层外表面上,缆芯为若干个,钢带铠装层包覆在若干个缆芯外侧,填充层填充在缆芯与钢带铠装层之间,内护套层包覆在钢带铠装层外表面上,内护套层材质为硅材料,铜带屏蔽层包覆在内护套层外表面上,外护套层包覆在铜带屏蔽层外侧,辣椒素颗粒层填充在铜带屏蔽层和外护套层之间,外护套层材质为硅材料,防氧化层涂覆在外护套层外表面上。
为了提高阻燃性能,所述填充层为无卤低烟阻燃材料。
优选的,所述钢带铠装层为双层镀锌钢带。
为了便于检测电缆,该光伏电缆,还包括传感线,所述传感线为若干个,若干个传感线均匀分布在外护套层内。
本发明的有益效果为:该光伏电缆,绝缘层采用硅材料,即保证了电缆的柔软度和强度,有降低了绝缘层的可燃性,提高使用安全性;着色层的设置,在使用电缆时,可以方便分辨电缆,容易进行电缆布线;填充层采用无卤低烟阻燃材料,可以提高电缆的阻燃性,降低毒性,提高使用安全性;钢带铠装层的设置,可以提高电缆的强度,保护缆芯;内护套层采用硅材料,即保证了电缆的柔软度和强度,有降低了绝缘层的可燃性,提高使用安全性;铜带屏蔽层的设置,可以提高电缆的屏蔽性能;辣椒素颗粒层的设置,当鼠蚁将防氧化层和外护套层啃咬破后不敢进一步啃咬;外护套层采用硅材料,即保证了电缆的柔软度和强度,有降低了绝缘层的可燃性,提高使用安全性;传感线的设置,可以随时监测外护套层的完整性,方便检测电缆;防氧化层的设置,可以提高电缆的防老化性能。

参照附图1,本发明提供一种光伏电缆,包括缆芯1、填充层2、钢带铠装层3、内护套层4、铜带屏蔽层5、辣椒素颗粒层6、外护套层7和防氧化层8,所述缆芯1包括导体101、绝缘层102和着色层103,所述绝缘层102包覆在导体101外表面上,绝缘层102材质为硅材料,着色层103涂覆在绝缘层102外表面上,缆芯1为若干个,钢带铠装层3包覆在若干个缆芯1外侧,填充层2填充在缆芯1与钢带铠装层3之间,内护套层4包覆在钢带铠装层3外表面上,内护套层4材质为硅材料,铜带屏蔽层5包覆在内护套层4外表面上,外护套层7包覆在铜带屏蔽层5外侧,辣椒素颗粒层6填充在铜带屏蔽层5和外护套层7之间,外护套层7材质为硅材料,防氧化层8涂覆在外护套层7外表面上。
本实施例中,所述填充层2为无卤低烟阻燃材料。
本实施例中,所述钢带铠装层3为双层镀锌钢带。
该光伏电缆,还包括传感线,所述传感线为若干个,若干个传感线9均匀分布在外护套层7内。
该光伏电缆,绝缘层102采用硅材料,即保证了电缆的柔软度和强度,有降低了绝缘层102的可燃性,提高使用安全性;着色层103的设置,在使用电缆时,可以方便分辨电缆,容易进行电缆布线;填充层2采用无卤低烟阻燃材料,可以提高电缆的阻燃性,降低毒性,提高使用安全性;钢带铠装层3的设置,可以提高电缆的强度,保护缆芯1;内护套层4采用硅材料,即保证了电缆的柔软度和强度,有降低了绝缘层102的可燃性,提高使用安全性;铜带屏蔽层5的设置,可以提高电缆的屏蔽性能;辣椒素颗粒层6的设置,当鼠蚁将防氧化层8和外护套层7啃咬破后不敢进一步啃咬;外护套层7采用硅材料,即保证了电缆的柔软度和强度,有降低了绝缘层102的可燃性,提高使用安全性;传感线9的设置,可以随时监测外护套层7的完整性,方便检测电缆;具体的,传感线最终连接有传感器,当有传感线裸露时,传感器就会发出报警,工作人员直接去将该段电缆更换,防氧化层8的设置,可以提高电缆的防老化性能。

1.一种光伏电缆,其特征在于,包括缆芯、填充层、钢带铠装层、内护套层、铜带屏蔽层、辣椒素颗粒层、外护套层和防氧化层,所述缆芯包括导体、绝缘层和着色层,所述绝缘层包覆在导体外表面上,绝缘层材质为硅材料,着色层涂覆在绝缘层外表面上,缆芯为若干个,钢带铠装层包覆在若干个缆芯外侧,填充层填充在缆芯与钢带铠装层之间,内护套层包覆在钢带铠装层外表面上,内护套层材质为硅材料,铜带屏蔽层包覆在内护套层外表面上,外护套层包覆在铜带屏蔽层外侧,辣椒素颗粒层填充在铜带屏蔽层和外护套层之间,外护套层材质为硅材料,防氧化层涂覆在外护套层外表面上,还包括传感线,所述传感线为若干个,若干个传感线均匀分布在外护套层内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏电缆,其特征在于,所述填充层为无卤低烟阻燃材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光伏电缆,其特征在于,所述钢带铠装层为双层镀锌钢带。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的光伏电缆,其特征在于,还包括传感线,所述传感线为若干个,若干个传感线均匀分布在外护套层内。
