As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment 4 of a block chain-based enterprise employee full-life-cycle management system disclosed in the present invention, the system may include: the system comprises a block chain platform, a recruitment management module, a project management module, an attendance management module, a performance management module, a salary management module, an identity and authority management module, a financial management module and an employee departure management module; wherein:
the identity and authority management module is used for managing the authority of the employee based on the block chain platform;
the recruitment management module is used for performing talent recruitment management based on the block chain platform;
the project management module is used for carrying out project management based on the block chain platform;
the attendance management module is used for carrying out staff attendance management based on the block chain platform;
the performance management module is used for performing performance management based on the block chain platform, the project management information and the attendance management information;
the salary management module is used for performing salary management by combining basic salary of the staff and performance assessment information based on the block chain platform;
the financial management module is used for managing finance based on the block chain platform;
and the employee resignation management module is used for performing resignation management on the resignation employees based on the block chain platform.
The working principle of the enterprise employee full-life-cycle management system based on the block chain disclosed by the embodiment is as follows: the bottom layer of the block chain platform is a block chain core technology, comprises modules such as a node management module, a consensus mechanism module, an intelligent contract module and a P2P network module, and provides support for upper-layer application; the middle layer is a block chain identity management and block chain monitoring and management module, and provides access block chain member management and block chain running state monitoring capabilities; the identity and authority management module in the upper application realizes the management of the identity and the access authority of the enterprise employees on the basis of the block chain platform, the recruitment management module in the upper application realizes the talent recruitment management on the basis of the block chain platform, the project management module in the upper application realizes the management of the enterprise projects on the basis of the block chain platform, the attendance management module in the upper application realizes the attendance management of the enterprise employees on the basis of the block chain platform, the performance management module in the upper application combines the project management information and the attendance management information on the basis of the block chain platform to realize the performance management of the employees, and the salary management module in the upper application combines the basic salary and the performance assessment information of the employees on the basis of the block chain platform to realize the salary management of the employees; financial management module among the upper application realizes the management to enterprise's financial affairs on the basis of blockchain platform, and staff's management of leaving a job of enterprise is realized to staff's management of leaving a job in the upper application on the basis of blockchain platform.

the identity and authority management module is used for encrypting and chaining the employee information based on the block chain platform and setting personnel access authority;
the recruitment management module is used for auditing the qualification documents of the applicant based on the block chain platform, linking the qualification documents of the approved applicant and the interview result data, restricting the interview qualification conditions through intelligent contracts, and determining the applicant meeting the interview qualification conditions as a person acquiring the enrollment qualification;
the project management module is used for setting project start-stop arrangement based on the block chain platform, managing project personnel, dividing work of staff tasks and linking up related work progress data;
the attendance management module is used for carrying out staff attendance management based on the block chain platform;
the performance management module is used for performing performance management based on the block chain platform, the project management information and the attendance management information;
the salary management module is used for calculating five risks, one fund, issuing actual salaries and directly transferring the actual salaries into employee accounts based on the block chain platform and by combining the basic salaries of the employees and the performance assessment information;
the financial management module is used for recording employee expense reimbursement and company outward fund transaction records through the blockchain based on the blockchain platform so as to realize retrospective audit of the transaction records;
and the staff leaving management module is used for completing the handing over of staff leaving wage tasks, clearing of financial salaries and canceling of staff identity authority information based on the block chain platform.
The working principle of the enterprise employee full-life-cycle management system based on the block chain disclosed by the embodiment is as follows: the bottom layer of the block chain platform is a block chain core technology, comprises modules such as a node management module, a consensus mechanism module, an intelligent contract module and a P2P network module, and provides support for upper-layer application; the middle layer is a block chain identity management and block chain monitoring and management module, and provides access block chain member management and block chain running state monitoring capabilities;
the recruitment management module is mainly used for auditing the qualification of the interviewer in the recruitment process, chaining data information such as qualification certification documents such as resumes, academic certificates and the like of employees and interview scores and the like, restricting qualified interview conditions through intelligent contracts, and acquiring the enrollment qualification by only people meeting the condition requirements through interviewing so as to avoid irregular recruitment behaviors.
The identity and authority management module is mainly used for managing employee identity file information of the whole company, employee information is encrypted and linked up, and only designated personnel can access the designated information. For example, the employee himself only has access to his own identity information, work project progress, performance score, compensation welfare, financial reimbursement and other contents; the manager can only obtain various information of the staff in the jurisdiction range, and the personnel can access the information of the staff.
And the project management module realizes the on-chain management of project completion progress, sets project start-stop arrangement, manages project personnel, divides the work of staff tasks and links up related work progress data. By the method, the project can be efficiently managed, and performance assessment of staff is facilitated.
The attendance management module records attendance information of the staff by an attendance system and stores the attendance information in a chain manner, and the block chain ensures that the related data can not be tampered, thereby facilitating attendance audit.
The performance management module directly acquires information of employee project management and attendance management by a performance management contract, directly evaluates employee performance, avoids man-made interference and determines the fairness of performance evaluation.
The salary management module calculates information such as five insurance-one money according to basic salaries and performance assessment conditions of the staff through salary management contracts, issues actual salaries, and directly transfers the actual salaries to staff accounts, so that the self-efficient level of salary management of the staff is greatly improved.
The financial management module mainly relates to employee expense reimbursement and external fund exchange of a company, realizes retrospective audit of transaction records through a block chain, and prevents false reimbursement and possible gray transactions.
The worker leaving management module mainly relates to the handing over of the leaving job tasks, the clearing of financial salaries, the logout of identity authority information and the like.
In summary, in the above embodiments, data storage of the whole employee in the enterprise work cycle during recruitment, employment, work, training and departure of the employee is realized, the processes of enterprise recruitment, job task division, performance assessment and salary and welfare allocation are standardized through an intelligent contract, the management efficiency of the enterprise human resources is improved, the non-removable property of block link data is utilized to realize the post-audit of human resource management, and the problems of non-disclosure, non-fairness, opaqueness and internal corruption existing in the human resource management process are prevented.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (8)

1. A block chain-based enterprise employee full life cycle management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
performing talent recruitment management based on the block chain platform through a recruitment management module;
performing project management based on the blockchain platform through a project management module;
performing staff attendance management based on the block chain platform through an attendance management module;
performing performance management on the basis of the block chain platform, the project management information and the attendance management information through a performance management module;
based on the block chain platform, the salary management module is used for performing salary management by combining basic salary of the staff and performance assessment information;
managing the authority of the employee based on the block chain platform through an identity and authority management module;
managing finance based on the blockchain platform through a finance management module;
and performing job leaving management on the job-leaving employees on the basis of the block chain platform through an employee job leaving management module.
2. A blockchain-based enterprise employee full lifecycle management system, comprising: the system comprises a block chain platform, a recruitment management module, a project management module, an attendance management module, a performance management module and a salary management module; wherein:
the recruitment management module is used for performing talent recruitment management based on the block chain platform;
the project management module is used for carrying out project management based on the blockchain platform;
the attendance management module is used for carrying out staff attendance management based on the block chain platform;
the performance management module is used for performing performance management based on the block chain platform, the project management information and the attendance management information;
the salary management module is used for performing salary management by combining staff basic salary and performance assessment information based on the block chain platform;
the identity and authority management module is used for managing the authority of the employee based on the block chain platform;
the financial management module is used for managing finance based on the block chain platform;
and the employee resignation management module is used for performing resignation management on the resignation employees based on the block chain platform.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the recruitment management module, when performing talent recruitment management based on the blockchain platform, is specifically configured to:
checking the qualification certification file of the applicant;
linking the qualification certification document of the qualified personnel and the interview result data which pass the examination;
defining interview qualification conditions through intelligent contract constraints;
and determining the applicable personnel meeting the interview qualification conditions as personnel for acquiring the job-entering qualification.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the project management module, when performing project management based on the blockchain platform, is specifically configured to:
setting project starting and stopping arrangement, managing project personnel, dividing work of staff tasks, and linking up related work progress data.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the identity and permission management module, when managing permissions of employees based on the blockchain platform, is specifically configured to:
and encrypting and chaining the employee information, and setting the access authority of the employee.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the compensation management module, when performing compensation management based on the blockchain platform in combination with employee basic compensation and performance assessment information, is specifically configured to:
and calculating five insurance one fund by combining the basic salary of the staff and the performance assessment information, checking and issuing the actual salary, and directly transferring the actual salary into the staff account.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the finance management module, when managing finance based on the blockchain platform, is specifically configured to:
and recording employee expense reimbursement and external fund transaction records of the company through a block chain so as to realize retrospective audit of the transaction records.
