1. An information management method based on a block chain is characterized in that information is classified into a plurality of modules through upper-layer application of a block chain platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
managing the personnel files based on the block chain platform through a personnel file management module;
managing staff education work based on the block chain platform through a learning management module;
managing activities based on the blockchain platform through an activity management module;
carrying out personnel supervision work management based on the block chain platform through a supervision module;
performing personnel idea management based on the block chain platform through an idea management module;
and performing assessment evaluation through an assessment evaluation module based on the block chain platform.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the information, the blockchain platform performs the following operations:
the block chain platform extracts the digital fingerprint of the information through a digital fingerprint module, performs distributed storage on the digital fingerprint and the information attribute in a block chain network, and simultaneously stores an information original file in a database; the digital fingerprint and the information attribute jointly form information metadata;
when storing the information metadata, the block chain platform encapsulates the information metadata, and each block encapsulated with the information metadata comprises a block head and a block body; the block head stores the block hash value of the block body and a pointer pointing to the previous block; storing information metadata in the block body;
when using information, a user firstly completes registration in an information management system, and a block chain platform generates a private key and user attribute data of the user; the user sends an access request, the block chain platform receives a secret key and user attribute data provided by the user, and the user is authenticated by an elliptic curve signature algorithm; if the authentication is passed, the user is allowed to access the information and the information metadata.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the information is checked and examined on the block chain platform, the auditor selects the unit, person and time range to be audited, and the platform checks the authenticity of the information according to the digital fingerprint in the information metadata of the corresponding unit, person and time range, and checks the integrity of the information according to the result of the Merkle tree check to complete self-verification and self-audit of the information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the information attribute comprises fixed information and information access information, and the modification of the fixed information results in the generation of a new block and the connection to the block chain, and each access to the fixed information generates a corresponding information access information in the block.
5. An information management system based on a block chain, comprising: the system comprises a block chain platform, a personnel file management module, a learning management module, an activity management module, a monitoring module, a thought management module and an examination and evaluation module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

The system according to claim 5, wherein the idea management module is configured to, when performing human idea management on the blockchain platform: issuing staff idea construction data and staff idea construction task information on the block chain platform, and receiving and storing task result information;
the assessment evaluation module is used for performing assessment evaluation management on the block chain platform: and issuing an assessment evaluation task, performing online assessment scoring, performing weighted scoring according to learning, activity, supervision and thought management results, and storing and publishing the scoring result.
