Description

Automatic bulk cargo boxing system and method suitable for railway transportation
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system and a method for automatically loading bulk cargo into a container and transporting the container by a railway, in particular to the field of logistics transportation of loading bulk materials into the container and transporting the bulk materials by the railway and the field of loading and unloading mechanical equipment.
Background
Common bulk materials such as chemicals, coke, lump coal, ore, fertilizer, grain, dried vegetables, etc. are typically transported by cargo ships to docks, and then loaded into containers and transported by rail. In order to reduce the loss of bulk cargo in the storage and transportation links, protect the quality of the transported cargo, facilitate the transportation of the bulk cargo and reduce the damage to the environment in each link, the demands of part of enterprises for carrying massive and granular bulk cargo by containers are continuously increased. At present, the container turning equipment developed for loading and unloading of a single container lifts the container through a lifting appliance, and the container lifting appliance tilts through the stretching of an oil cylinder on the container turning equipment, so that the container is driven to tilt by a certain angle or keep a vertical state, a box opening door needs to be manually completed, bulk goods are loaded through a belt conveyor, the loading weight is difficult to control, and the time is long. The tipping wagon and the charging hopper device are also provided for bulk cargo transported by a container truck, the tipping wagon is provided with a single-row or double-row transport container, a tipping oil cylinder on the wagon pushes a tipping plate to drive the container to tilt for a certain angle, then a container door is opened in a manual mode or a semi-automatic mode, the container is loaded in the container by a hopper, then the container door is closed in the manual mode or the semi-automatic mode, and then the container is hoisted to the container truck by a travelling crane.
At present, the loading and unloading process of transporting bulk cargos in a container through a railway train falls behind, the efficiency of the container loading equipment is low, and the traditional loading and unloading process flow is as follows: a locomotive pulls a group of flat trains to stop at the position for hoisting the container; two operators stand on the container to hook four lifting hooks on a crane drum into four lifting holes on the top of the container; the crane lifts an empty container on the train and translates the empty container into a container house, and a pit inclined at a certain angle is arranged in the empty container house; the operator of the crane controls the corresponding reel of the crane to release the steel wire rope, so that one end of the container is inclined until the bottom of the container falls on the surface of an inclined pit in the container loading room; two operators open the container door; continuously loading bulk cargo into the container by a loader; after the box is full, the box door is closed by an operator; hoisting the container by a crane and moving the container back to the train under the guidance of a commander; finally, the lifting hooks around the container are picked off by an operator, so that a container packing operation cycle is completed. In the loading and unloading process, a locomotive traction train is required to be accurately stopped at the position of a hanging box; secondly, operators are required to have high speed for hooking, unhooking and opening and closing the door of the container; under the command of a commander, hoisting operators accurately operate the crane to move and place the container; the driver drives the loader to safely load the materials into the container one by one.
With the development of global economy and the construction of domestic and European railways, the transportation of railway containers will increase continuously. At present, the main problems exist, the bulk cargo handling equipment does not realize the automatic and continuous packing operation, in the process flow of the prior bulk cargo packing and railway transfer containers, all links are mostly manual or semi-automatic modes, a locomotive for traction positioning needs to repeatedly move a train and wait for the packing operation for a long time, the technology of automatically opening and closing a box door is immature, the packing operation time is long, multiple operators are needed, safety accidents easily occur on the site, related equipment of the bulk cargo packing and railway transfer containers needs to be improved, and the efficiency of the packing operation and the railway transfer containers is improved.
